    Very thankful for American Rooter And Drainto come out replace and install a new water softener (Travis) and service our heater for the winter (Dominic).Not only were Travis and Dominic both very courteous and on time we even got a text message with pictures, name, and phone number letting us know who would be coming. Very reassuring in these times to actually see whom your technician is so you’re not letting some stranger in your house.They both took the time to listen to our problem and answered our questions, were very thorough, and gave us options on what can be done.Kudos to the company for hiring such courteous top-notch talented professionals. Our family is grateful that we have American Rooter and Drain to service all our heating AC and plumbing needs!

    Dominic is an excellent tech. His knowledge within his field had him in and out of our home, the same day the appointment was scheduled. His patience is something were all grateful for, especially when it came to translating with the house owner and the initial barking of our senior dogs. Hes well spoken so we had little questions.     Our service tech Nick w was phenomenal. He was very personable. He took the time to educate the client every step of the way. He was timely in his arrival.     I recently moved into a 2017 house that had drains that seemed to me to be making noise they shouldn’t be making. Wasn’t sure if it was due to clogged drains. So I called American Rooter. They were able to come out right away and their communication was great!Travis and Deakin were extremity professional. They checked everything, going under the house and didn’t try to up sell me.( I totally expected it) In fact they told me that what I was hearing was actually normal for the particular drains and toilet I had. They cleaned out my sink drain and only charged me for the house call. ( which was only $59) They even gave me some tips on getting better service from my water softener. 👍🏼Highly recommend.

    I recently called American Rooter & Drain to have my tankless water heater serviced. I was able to get an appointment for the very next morning. Travis was my technician, friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed a broken line on the heater quickly and will skill. He also inspected my crawl space for any issues with the water lines. I was very impressed with the service I received.

    My family was able to get an expert out immediately. He told us what the problem was and got the ball rolling on all the repairs so quick. Not knowing the whole process clearly we made a call in but they were already one step ahead of us. Nick was out today and did a great job getting years of build up cleaned out and draining better than we’ve ever seen. Still have more work to be done but Nick did a great job today and there’s light at the end of the tunnel finally.

    Words cannot express the kindness Dominic showed me. We were going through a really rough time and couldnt get our heater to turn on. Being cold and having to deal with a very heavy situation isnt good, so I reached out for help and Dominic came out to help. He even offered me hugs, which was so needed during a time when my world was collapsing around me, it was so nice to see the humanity in his kindness.     These guys have been amazing, and helped me make such a stressful situation - as easy as possible on me. What turned out to be roots taking over my main sewer line causing my laundry room to flood, they came out right away and even contacted the restoration company, and my insurance for me! Also being able to love on my nosey dogs, and answer allll of my questions. Highly recommend these guys. Once Keidon the technician showed up he evaluated the issue and promptly informed me of the solution and cost.     American Rooter & Drain installed a new gas line in my kitchen for our new range back in December of 2023. From Chris that came out to size up the job and talk numbers and scope to Gabe who actually did the install all were great, courteous and very professional. They all wore booties on their feet to keep my floors clean and they showed up when they said would and were phenomenal to deal with.

    American Rooter Drain staff are consummate professionals, from Chris, who came to perform the first video inspection, through Colton and his team that executed the repair work. They had to expose an entrance point under the concrete basement floor to clean and line 57 of sewer pipe with a new epoxy liner. This pipe had several intersecting laterals most with difficult access. Each day office staff provided an approximate arrival time window with the name and photo of the lead technician. A project, such as this, is typically fraught with unforeseen conditions and surprises - this was no exception. Colton and his team dealt with every circumstance quickly and efficiently; even working late hours when necessary to ensure the work was done on time and the site was left clean. They communicated progress with me throughout the project keeping me informed through each stage. Chris returned for a final video inspection of the completed work to ensure I was fully satisfied with the end result. These guys are exceptionally knowledgeable and polite!

    Wow! If I could give a 10, I would. I am so impressed with our technician, Keidon Decker, who installed a well pump and performed other services at one of our properties in Weiser, ID that we manage for another client. Not only did he perform the services but he was very educational to me and my colleagues throughout the entire process. He is always readily available when we have questions and his response time is impeccable and beyond measures. His personality makes us feel like family but more importantly, he is always attentive to our needs and patient with me in particular as a city girl who dont quite understand the mechanics of a well. I would say, we got lucky when American Rooter & Drain assigned Keidon (family) as our technician. Thank you!

    Last Wednesday we discovered our HVAC system was not blowing cold air. I was referred to American Rooter by another customer/friend who said they were good people. I concur. From the office staff to the sales team and the technicians, across the board they were all awesome. The office staff bent over backwards to get a diagnosis team out the next day which was a godsend because I have an elderly father and the temperatures were over 104°. They left us a portable cooler and replaced the capacitor in a way that would keep the system running over the weekend , Dominic really explained things thoroughly for the new system and provided many options to fit our circumstance. The installers worked all day in the 105+ degree temperatures to get this done. They did a great job. I highly recommend American Rooter, for efficient work and great customer service. The communication was top-notch.

I would recommend him to anyone.Nick Weeks was so very helpful and pleasant to work with. He helped us with Goodleap and took the time to explain what he was doing, and got our military discount.     This is a little late in coming but I wanted to give a great review to American Rooter and Drain. They sent Jason out 3 weeks ago to clear a tub drain in my upstairs bathroom. He not only took care of the drain, but he checked all of our other drains to make certain we didnt have any clogs in them. I was happy to hear that our plumbing looks good even after 10 years and also he went into our crawl space and checked for any leaks there. I am very happy with the service Jason Stoddard gave me!You now have a customer for life!

    I needed some things changed with my natural gas setup for my dryer. I called and they were able to get someone out to see me within a few hours. I love the system they use when scheduling an appointment and how communicative the support staff was throughout the process. When Chris arrived he was super kind, courteous, and helpful. He put on shoe booties to not track in any mess into my home. He even put a front door mat at the front door before coming in. He answered a lot of my questions and helped to understand what exactly was going on and what he was going to do. Chris was truly incredible.     David at American Rooter & Drain was fantastic. He was very professional and thorough. They fit us in when we needed them and David stayed until he was happy with the job at hand. He took time to explain what he had done, show us and explain his concerns with our pipes and discuss options for additional work. We were happy to be able to shower and flush the toilet again.

    I really am happy with the work that David did on my air conditioner. He was on time, he was courteous and he explained everything to me thoroughly. I understood what the charge would be and we worked it out on a payment plan. The air conditioner compressor stopped working the next day and he came right out and fixed it for no charge and paid for $190 part which I really did appreciate! He is a great guy!

    We had a plugged sewer mainline and had tried running a snake and drain-o ourselves over the last couple days but with no luck. We called American in the afternoon and they sent their tech, Travis, out the next morning. He was very personable and very knowledgeably answered all the questions we had. We ended up having them do a water jet cleaning which cleared the blockage and it got us up and running again. Really enjoyed working with Travis and would call them again if I needed service in the future.

    These guys really pulled through for us! We are first time homeowners, and had a sewage backup! We were extremely stressed, and feeling in over our heads, but Charles came out (same day!) and got us all taken care of. He was extremely knowledgeable, and passed his knowledge onto us, as well. He took the time to explain what happened, and why, and steps we can take to prevent it next time! Not only did he get the repair done, but advised us on what we should do about our flooring etc.. going forward! He was pleasant and professional, he made us and our pets feel comfortable! Would highly recommend, and will be giving him our business again!!

    After a stressful weekend of dealing with bad plumbing, these guys were life savers! Cynthia was so kind and did her best to get someone to my home quickly. Travis and Chis did a thorough inspection to make sure that everything necessary to fix the issue was covered, and went the extra mile to clean the main line a second time. They also gave me an explanation of what may be causing this problem to reoccur after using a camera to examine everything. Friendly, professional and thorough.
