On Friday the 27th of this month I had Damien come out to do a tuneup on our furnace, air conditioner, and flush of our water heater. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. There wasn’t a lot of small talk, just chatted for a bit about what he was going to do and then went to work and quickly got it done. I really appreciate the fact that he was in and out and didn’t take too much time. Sam Stewart came today and serviced our furnace, went over the equipment. Still getting error code, he sent it to Dillion . Sam was here 4 hour to reduce the installers work. Looks like a hose was installed incorrectly causing our furnace to shut off. Sam worked dilently to get this solved. Hopefully the furnace will work correctly, we will need a service call to replace the parts Sam installed per his service report.Thank you Sam for working to solve this..

The workers showed up on time. They were courteous and gave me good estimate of the time it would take to perform and complete the work. They made an excellent assessment of the system condition and faults. Final results? Very clean, neat, and the new unit worked perfectly. Finally we were given a good , detailed explanation of how to operate the new unit and keep it running efficiently. All is well thus far. Very good company, workers, and work. We recently had our furnace and AC unit serviced by Right Now Heating and Air and we are very satisfied with the service! Their tech Damian was very nice to talk with through the whole process. He showed up at the expected time and gave us heads notice when he was on his way. He tackled the work at hand efficiently and professionally, covering his shoes when in the house and respecting the property. He was polite and discussed what was good about the system and what might need attention in the future along with how to go about repairs. We appreciate the helpful tips and guidance, he answered our questions and we really felt he was there to take care of us and our needs and not try to sell us whatever he could wether we need it or not. This company is starting 2025 with a Bang. Our garbage disposal went out on New Years Day. We googled available companies, booked services for 8 am the next day. Within an hour of our online booking we received a follow-up call confirming our appointment. By 10 am the next day we successfully had a new garbage disposal installed. Jeff, the installer was friendly, timely, and well mannered. Well Done!!! Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing certainly lives up to their name and came to our rescue virtually immediately.

I had a very disappointing start to my Thanksgiving morning when my furnace stopped working. The company that installed my system evidently doesn’t work on holidays. Our heating unit condensation pump stopped working and alarmed late on New years Day. Right Now was able to schedule a technician for the first thing the following morning. Dean from Right Now came out and assessed the problem and replaced the part. He got the system back up and running in about an hour. Dean was pleasant and professional and we feel confident that the repairs were done correctly.

Steven was a jewel of a plumbing technician. First, he took the trouble of going thru our crawl space to examine the health of our pipes leading to our malfunctioning outdoor spigot. Once he confirmed their health, he wrote us an estimate of what itd cost to replace our failed spigot and, given the 21 years age of our spigot, he advised against repairing it. And, after giving us a good discount, he went ahead and replaced it promptly and professionally. And, as if that was not good enough, he took the trouble of educating me on the costs and benefits of filtering our hard water in this neighborhood. Right Now just finished a major, multiple day job at our home. The work team was led by Steve Hernandez. He was absolutely awesome to work with. He worked hard and often late to ensure we would have access to water overnight and hot water in the morning. He was always conscious of our comfort during a very uncomfortable process. I’m not sure what he is being paid, but I can promise it isn’t enough! He is a credit to Right Now and represents the company very well. Johnny provided excellent customer service while performing an annual furnace maintenance tune-up. He worked diligently cleaning the inside of the furnace, checking the T-stat and used his expertise to replace a blown fuse and tighten a loose wire. His friendly Irish personality was conveyed upon thanking us for being repeat customers! He went the extra mile beyond caring for our furnace to kindly remind us our water heater is 19 years old. Needed to get the furnace ready for an Idaho winter so I called Right Now and scheduled an inspection, using their website $49 coupon for it. The technician, Sam, showed up within the appointment time window and started work. And work he did. He disassembled my furnace down to the fiddly bits, cleaned everything and put all the bits back together and made it do furnace things. He tested everything on the furnace then checked the vents to make sure the temperature outputs were right. He gave the furnace a solid passing grade and went over the written inspection with me. There was no upselling at all. Gave some tips on duct cleaning and then he was off. All in all, a great job by him and a great experience for me.

I just had a full HVAC system replacement and from start to finish my experience with Right Now was fantastic.My service technician Jacob was fast, friendly, and professional. He explained in detail all aspects of the testing, inspection and repairs. He was great to talk with and he advised me of the deadline to upgrade before new legislation takes effect which will dramatically increase the cost of replacement. I am very happy with the service of Right Now Heating & A/C! Living up to their name they quickly sent out a technician (Rob) who troubleshooted my problem and then provided me with options to correct it. I chose to have them replace my entire system as they provided a real good deal. To get me through the weekend they temporarily installed window A/C units until they arrived just 2 days later for the system replacement. It took them a day to install everything and have my house comfortable again. As far as the installation went I can say that they exceeded my expectations (based upon the previous company I used). They completely rebuilt the ductwork that was shoddily done from said previous company. It now looks and functions like what you would find in a new house. Like I said earlier, they exceeded my expectations and I could not be happier!

As I checked in a couple times, the technician explained what they were doing and why. They worked extremely well together and there was no standing around doing nothing; both worked in tandem. Upon completion, the technician explained where the heater was set and how to control the temperature. They left my garage clean and orderly, nothing for me to clean up. I have had such a positive experience with this company. It started on Saturday when I found myself without air-conditioning and two wonderful technicians were sent to my home. One to diagnose the problem and the other one to provide a second opinion and give me information about what should be done next. Then today I had two wonderful technicians come out to install a new system for me. All four men were kind. They were quick to share information and keep me informed as to the problem and then to the process. There were supervisors that stopped by to support the technicians that were here, and they were on the phone, giving input and consulting when needed. We recently contacted Right Now to install a new hot water heater and Nuvo water filtration system. We have been dealing with Right Now since 2011 when we purchased a new furnace and air conditioner unit. Before installation of the water filtration system, we were informed that our water lines in the crawlspace of our 31-year old home were made of polybutylene. After research, we discovered that polybutylene, is a defective product, no longer used by builders. It has been found to corrode over time, reacting to the chlorine in municipal water. The corrosion would eventually cause our water pipes to burst, flooding our crawlspace. After consulting with Ceejay of Right Now, we decided to replace our water lines with PEX pipes. Although water line replacement is costly, we were confident about our decision after discussions with Ceejay. Throughout the water line replacement process, Ceejay and his assistants Zach and Lewis were punctual and friendly. Ceejay patiently answered our questions throughout the water line replacement, which was a long, 3-day process. During those 3 days, Ceejay made certain to leave us with access to water before he left for the day. Ceejay is a real asset to this company. He is a skilled and knowledgeable plumber. Because of him, we are confident we made the right decision to choose Right Now for this project. We are very happy with our new hot water heater, water filtration system and water lines. Thank you to Right Now and Ceejay for making this possible.
