When my water heaters pilot light went out once more, I promptly reached out for plumbing services. Shawn arrived well ahead of the anticipated time - a welcome surprise! He spent a significant amount of time, about half an hour to an hour, swapping out the necessary parts. Shawn was not only well-versed in his field, but he was also friendly and extremely kind. The cost for the service was quite fair, though he did advise me that my 2006 model water heater is nearing the end of its lifespan. Fingers crossed it will last for another year or three, but theres no certainty. When I initially scheduled the service, I mentioned to Clayton that they had never provided services before. But I had overlooked their previous visit. I am pretty sure that I will need their services again in the future.

William from Wright Brothers Plumbing delivered exceptional service! Initially, I was under the impression that our hot water tank was broken, as it had been drained and switched off. However, William honestly and efficiently filled it up and turned it back on. Later on, we suspected a broken pipe under our house in Caldwell, only to discover it was merely condensation from the air conditioner due to a lack of proper sealing. Even though this wasnt strictly a plumbing issue, William took the initiative to seal it for us, only charging us for a service call. I wholeheartedly endorse these services and will definitely be calling upon them for any future plumbing needs!

After a misdiagnosis from another company, Wright Brothers Plumbing promptly came to my house. They provided a free estimate and used a camera to inspect the pipes. The very next day, they efficiently dug up and replaced my pipes. The whole service cost only $750, a stark contrast to the $2500 quoted by the previous company. The remarkable part was that I never had to meet them in person. Our entire interaction took place over the phone and through my security system. Jace, William, Shawn and another colleague worked on the job. They sent me an invoice via email after they finished the work, which I watched through my security cameras. It was done quickly with a team of four. I highly recommend their plumbing services in Caldwell.

Ive called upon the services of these plumbers numerous times. Theyre always prompt and display excellent professionalism and manners. When I had an issue with an external tap, they managed to fit me into their schedule between two other jobs. They not only fixed it but also provided a spare tap for the one at the rear of my house, demonstrating how to switch it out if necessary. When my old water heater packed up, they replaced it rapidly, completing the job within an hour! They also took care of my shower controls, reworked the pipework under my kitchen sink, and installed a bleed and shut-off valve for the external tap. Their workmanship was outstanding! They even went the extra mile and installed a line for a potential fridge water dispenser without me requesting it. The end result was fantastic! My father has also enlisted their services on a few occasions, and like me, hes never had any issues. Their consistent good service is commendable.

I reached out to every plumber in Caldwell when my main kitchen sink suddenly backed up, despite having no issues for 22 years. It was the evening before Thanksgiving, and no one was available until the following Monday! In a last ditch effort to save Thanksgiving, I called Wright Brothers Plumbing, a company I had never used before. When they were unable to send anyone that evening, they promised to have someone there by 8 AM on Thanksgiving day. True to their word, Oliver showed up bright and early and saved the day! I was hosting and cooking for my entire extended family that afternoon, and he really came through. Oliver even took the time to create a simple yet informative YouTube video, brilliantly explaining the problem in a way that was easy for me to understand. How could I not switch my allegiance from the other local companies that Ive been using for years? I simply have to!

I recently moved into a commercial space in Caldwell that had been without utilities for 2 years. no electric, no gas. i reached out to a plumber named clayton to arrange a pressurization test. Clayton carried out the test promptly and lit all 3 pilots in my space, allowing water to flow through the building. He checked all the fixtures and even fixed a clogged bathroom caused by debris in the pipes from being depressurized. clayton and his son, william, were not only professional and knowledgeable, but they were also courteous, funny, and an overall delight to work with. i felt comfortable enough to hand them a key to my business without a second thought. i believe that clayton values his reputation, which means he runs his business with integrity and adheres to a strong moral code. i understand that clayton and his family have been servicing Caldwell for over 100 years and have worked in nearly every building in town. their services are in such high demand that waiting for them to tackle whatever job or project you have is worth it. you know it will be done right the first time and you wont be sold something you dont need. i hope to find more businesses like this in our area. they are a rare find and incredibly valuable.

Shawn did an exceptional job. He set up a 75 gal AO SMITH and included a thermal expansion tank, an essential component for all fresh water heaters. He pinpointed that the houses water meter was unable to adjust to the pressure flow, a situation that could have potentially led to significant internal damage and a brewing catastrophe. In addition to this, he also re-soldered the valve supplying water to the furnace humidifier. The heater is currently functioning as expected. This isnt our first water heater from these guys. Jace offered us a much more reasonable price than what we usually get from our regular plumber and other mainstream outlets.
