We had no hot water on a Saturday night. Not a super emergency, but Express answered the phone and tried to do the best they could. They scheduled us in first thing Monday morning. Our technician, Zach, called when he was on his way and arrived promptly. It didnt take him long to discover the problem and thoroughly explained the repair. Express too care of all the warranty stuff for is and didnt ask us to pay for the parts in advance. It was effortless on our part. Zach left to get parts and came back to complete the repair within an hour. Very happy to have hot water again and we are glad we chose them for our emergency.

We had our heat pump system get a tuneup. The technician did a thorough job of checking all equipment and commented on how everything worked. At the conclusion of his inspection he talked about issues he found with the heat pump and recommended what should be done to keep it working efficiently and provided an estimated cost. We will talk this over and get back with Express and schedule an appointment in the near future if we decide to proceed with his recommendations.

Our AC went out on a Monday. No air through the ducts but did have air through the garage duct. Figured it was an air duct down somewhere. Was lucky enough to get someone to come out the next day. After troubleshooting, technician found a capacitor was bad. He also found a small water leak while in the crawl space. He replaced the capacitor which is a pretty straightforward process. He also fixed the leak, a minute job. Was charged $751.42 w/military discount. A pretty high amount considering the job but... I never got a receipt or invoice and had to call the company to get it. Customer service was great! Had invoice emailed before we were off the phone. The receptionist couldnt tell me what the charges were, and the invoice didnt break them down. Was trying to find out why the bill was that high. She sent a message to the tech to call me to explain them. Never got a call. Emailed company next day and again, she was on it and told me she would again reach out to the tech to call me. 5 days later still havent heard from them. All the invoice says Replace capacitor $315.99, Up to 4 fittings $459.99. No breakdown of what that included.

Customer service was great! The girl I spoke with was friendly, sincere, and very helpful. My gas furnace stopped working on a night when it dipped into the negatives. I called them around 830am the next morning, and she was able to get someone out to diagnose the problem that day. The other companies I called didnt have availability till the following day. I was very grateful that Express was able to make it out same day as my house temp was dipping into the 40s without any heat. Matthew came out and got right to work. He figured out the problem right away, and ended up having to drive all the way back to Meridian in the crazy weather to get the right parts. Everything was wrapped up and heat was back on just before it got dark. Matthew was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! He was very courteous and even wore shoe covers anytime he needed to enter the house. That was much appreciated, even though I have wood floors. I would highly recommend Express and they will be my first call next time, should the need arise. Thank you!!

During our quarterly scheduled maintenance, Stephen identified that we had a gas leak. He promptly turned the gas off to our furnace and throughly walked through my options for repair. After discussing the maintenance concerns and the age of the unit being 23 years old I decided we should replace the furnace. Stephen was able to get Ryan out to meet with me the same day to review the best cost effective option.Ryan was very knowledgeable and he was able to schedule the replacement for the next day. Morgan & David arrived early the next morning and handled the replacement, they walked me through the new thermostat and setting up the app on my phone to control it. I am very happy with all of the technicians and the way they answered all of my questions along the way. I highly recommend them!

He was very thorough, took pictures, put together a report, explained everything he saw and either fixed or adjusted our unit to improve the life of our system. Ive never used Express Plumbing Heating & Air before, I took a chance and joined the Express VIP Club. They came on a Saturday to fix a clog in the main line. Turns out it was way more than just a clog. Our 70 year old pipes collapsed and we had to get them replaced all the way from the house into the Street. They informed us of our options and we tried to go with he cheapest option which unfortunately we couldnt do because in order to do it right they had to get permits from the city to cut open our street. So they did it for the cost that we were approved for. They have been very good to us given the circumstances. It just really stinks that we had to deal with all this. My husband and I just bought the house 6 months ago and this is our very first home. We are only in our mid 20s. As I said though they have been very good to us. Doug Collins was our plumber and he is A very good guy and treated us very well. Thank you Express plumbing and especially Doug for working so hard to do it properly. As much as I like you guys hopefully now I wont need to call you in the near future 😂.

This is Service! I worked with Keith at my place of employment when he came in to maintenance our water heaters. He was quick, courteous, professional, and clean. The next week I had an issue with my own septic system plumbing. While Corey with Express Septic was on site he requested a plumber technician to come out and diagnosis the problem. Keith arrived within 15 minutes, got to work and identified the problem very quickly. He explained everything really well and got me quotes for repair that were reasonable. Being a handyman myself I chose to replace the pump on my own, however had I chose for Keith to replace it, he was ready to get the job done. Thanks for the help Keith!

As a property management company we use Express Plumbing quite often. They are quick to respond to our service request. The ladies in the office are awesome, friendly and efficient. The techs in the field are knowledgeable, prompt and friendly as well. We recently are getting more involvement with the managment team and find them to be responsive to any feedback that we have to offer whether it is negative or positive. We have had a few bumps in the road but that can be expected over the years, no one is perfect and Express Plumbing as been quick to resolve any issue that we may have.

They made me a same day appointment at the time I could be home and Jose Gonzalez attented my request and fixed the garbage disposal in leas than 5 minutes. These guys are amazing. Had a block in my main sewage drain. They made quick work of it, but the issue came back unexpectedly a day later. When I contacted them to let them know, Chance came back out within 2hrs of the call to address the issue.Turns out it was some roots that had grown into the pipe and hadnt gotten totally cleared out with the first block clog. He not only cleared the roots (with before and after photos in the pipe) and provided advisement on how to address the issue in the future (since my tree is still there), he even provided a root killer treatment in the pipe... They were so committed to making sure that the initial job I hired them for stayed properly done that they went well above and beyond--and did so with no additional charge since the first job didnt stay fixed. I will definitely call these guys first for any future plumbing issues!
