Lane from Pure Plumbing was excellent!!!! He was only to do one task for me. I asked if he would be able to do other plumbing hook ups while he was here not what we discussed over the phone but he kindly and quickly said yes. I know he has a busy schedule for the day and it’s a Friday even more busy day. He was flexible with my requests. Lane was very polite with my family and me. Also Lane went above and beyond by doing small details that I did notice. I would strongly recommend Pure Plumbing to all the google searchers out there for a great plumber. Thanks Lane

We were having issues with a clogged kitchen sink and a garbage disposal that whenever it was turned on, water would come shooting out from the underneath cabinets. I had a terrible experience with a backed up septic tank that was flooding my basement one early morning. I called the owner and he was over right away to help me first identify the problem and then spent time with me to explain why it was happening. After he fixed it he spoke to me on what to avoid in the future, so I wouldn’t find myself in this unfortunate situation again. I have recommended him to many since. This is an owner who cares about his clients and wants his clients to be set up for success with their plumbing.
