We had family visiting and our sink backed up. Nobody had time for that! We called Fidelity on Sunday afternoon and he was able to come right out! He came and cleared the pipes and told us how to care for them so we could avoid a back up again! So helpful, friendly and honest!

These guys are awesome. Had them set up my water softener in a new construction home. Very knowledgable and a great price. They set up my system with no problems. They were very considerate of the surroundings and made sure to leave me room to be able to get to my water heater if needed. 100% would have them back for any of my plumbing needs.

These guys are as good as it gets and my favorite type of people to do business with.Our School district has long been burdened with smelly, hard, nasty water.I was given the green light to pursue solutions to our impossible situation as others have looked into it in the past.I reached out to multiple companies. Some didnt want to make the drive, others came and looked and shrugged their shoulders saying we didnt have space, or their solution wouldnt work because xyz. Someone forwarded my information and our situation to Fidelity. BRIAN CALLED ME asking for an opportunity to come take a look at it. We were just about ready to give up on it. He and his partner, Joe, came and encountered the exact same challenges and questions that stumped others and trouble shot and bounced ideas until they came to a solution to our problem, It was fun to watch. Once they fully understood our problems, they did TONS of research for us in regards to what our water needed and created a plan based off our water testing results .So they didnt just sell me something they had done before but a solution created to fit our situation, which mostly meant they ruled out a bunch of potential unnecessary purchases . The school board and I felt very safe in our decision to move forward with the install based on Fidelitys thoroughness, overall professionalism and the homework they did on our situation. The install went smoothly, and the result is exactly what we hoped for. We have future projects on the table that are sure to require a problems solvers mind so you better believe ill be utilizing Fidelity Plumbing.Great work. Great people. Great solutions

We recently had to have our 20 year old water heater replaced because it was starting to fail. I contacted seven plumbing contractors for bids on 50 gallon, 75 gallon and instant hot water heaters. Brian was one of the quickest to respond. He explained the options and benefits for each type and size of water heater. He then gave me quotes for all three and was very competitive in his pricing. I picked the size I wanted and accepted his bid. We scheduled a date and time for the installation. On the day of the install Brian called and asked if he could start 30 minutes early. Ive never had a contractor call and ask me that before. He completed the install in about 3 1/2 hours. The install was clean and professional looking and the water heater functioned flawlessly as expected. I would recommend Fidelity Plumbing to anyone needing any type of plumbing work.

Our family was very impressed with the service provided by Fidelity Plumbing. We were looking to have our home re -piped and had multiple bids before talking to Brian. I can honestly say that Fidelity Plumbing came with a bid that was fair, and more importantly everything was explained to us. My wife and I both appreciated the way he broke down each part of the project, the expected cost, and what to expect for sheet rock repairs afterwords. Basically we were left with no surprises, but peace of mind knowing the job was going to be done right. And after the job, we were even given a gift certificate to have our home cleaned at their expense. Fidelity plumbing was the only company to offer this service! And finally, I have had to call him twice just for minor issues, and he was fast with his response, and even faster with the service calls. I would highly recommend Brian and Fidelity Plumbing for any plumbing job that needs done in your home!

I am very happy with the service we received from Fidelity Plumbing. I found that we had a broken drain pipe in our crawl space. Fidelity Plumbing was able to come in and fix it very quickly. they were very professional and considerate though out the entire process from scheduling to completion. I will definitely use them again if a need should arise.

Brian and Rolando showed up on time. They installed a Sterling water softener. Additionally they installed my new quartz kitchen sink and faucet. My old sink and faucet were ruined by the hard water. Great job and a fair price. They also came out on Sunday my only day off I really appreciated that.

I am very happy with the work that Brian has done for us. He is timely, clear and concise about how he will address the problem at hand, and always professional in every way. He has tackled some rather strange projects, one of which was converting an old antique double wash tub into a utility sink for my 1950s era laundry room. He is able to think outside the box, and always does it right the first time. In a world where it is hard to tell whom one can trust, I have no hesitation in referring him to anyone and everyone who is in need of pumbing work. Kind, well-mannered, professional, reasonably priced, and good humored, Mr. Peltzman of Fidelity Plumbing is the fella you want to call.

We had our kitchen remodeled and needed to hook-up our new faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, add a new line to the ice maker, etc. We were referred to Fidelity by our kitchen contractor.. What a find they are!!!! The owners of the company (Joe and Brian) are both plumbers and both showed up to complete our job.. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed everything AT A REASONABLE PRICE....And as per other reviews - these guys are really personable! I recommend Fidelity Plumbing LLC with no hesitation. Joe and Brian will definitely be my go-to guys for plumbing in the future!
