    I recently hired Perricone Home Services to install a new water heater and I couldnt be happier with the experience! Darren, the service technician, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, explained the entire installation process, and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. The installation was completed efficiently and he left the area cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend Perricone Home Services, especially if you get Darren as your technician. A five-star experience from start to finish!

    We got estimates to install a new forced hot water, high efficiency boiler. Perricone Home Services was one of the companys we called. They did a great job explaining the process clearly so we knew what to expect. Their price was fair, so we signed up with them. The boiler was installed in one day. All the guys were friendly, respectful and they left the work space spotless. All together we had a great experience.

    We had a no heat emergency and decided to call Perricone Home Services. They answered the phone immediately and had a plumber out within the hour. There were a couple of parts on our boiler that had failed. Luckily, Darren, the technician, had all the proper parts in his truck and got the heat up and running that night. I was very impressed with their ability to handle my heat issue smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend!

    Our water heater burst at 1 am on a Friday night. We called Perricone home services and they were here within the hour. They isolated the leak and returned at 7 am that morning with a new water heater to install. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Quality service, punctual and fairly priced.

    My water heater broke and Darren came out that day to survey the problem and give an estimate. We used that opportunity to replace our boiler (very needed) and Darren was able to complete the whole job in two days. He had to come back on day 3 to fix another gas leak he found while installing everything and replacing a piece of equipment that was DOA. He was great to work with, hard working, installed everything neatly, and explained everything clearly. The price was appropriate for the amount of work being done.

    I had a boiler and a hot water heater replaced by Darren. I was surprised how professional his job was. The pipes were neatly labeled and mounted on the wall. But, the most impressive thing he did was after he installed the boiler and hot water heater; he found that boiler had a crack inside and the hot water had murmur sound. He immediately talked to the supplier and found out the boiler might be dropped while transporting and the water heater was an older model that has been recalled recently. He came back and installed the new units few days later.I strongly recommend him to anyone not only because he did a beautiful job but also because of his integrity.

    Hired Perricone Home Services to remove poorly done existing work and update to be code compliant.Communication was excellent; they promptly responded to my initial inquiry and scheduled an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain the issues and the proposed solutions in a way I was able to understand.I was very impressed with the plumbers skill and precision in diagnosing and fixing the problem. They were carful to avoid any damage to existing finished work, and made clean and carful cuts in areas where it was required.     Service was excellent from to finish. We agreed on a day and time to commence the work. I received a call giving an update about an hour before the agreed time and at the scheduled time my door bell rang. The work was not an easy because my house is 74 years old. He had to replace a bathroom sink drain system and clear a clogged drain pipe.He had all the necessary equipment and really seemed to know his business. Everything was tested and the cleanup was superb. I would definitely not hesitate to use Perricone Home Services again and would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing problem.

    Ive known Darren (the owner) for about 7 years now. Hes done many jobs for me over those years from small things like running a water line for a new fridge or installing a new sink and fixture to larger items like installing a full bath in a newly finished basement (including laundry hookups) in my old house. Recently hes done a conversion to a tankless water heater and installation of a whole house water filtration system and pressure boosting pump in my new house. I cant say enough good things about his old school work ethic, responsiveness, attention to detail, and the high quality of the finished product.     We had a leak fix job and Im extremely pleased with Perricone’s professionalism, few other plumbers charged me money to just come to the house, only then to tell me that they either couldn’t find the leak or to quote me very high vague prices.     Darren was timely, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. We had a sump failure flooding our basement during a recent storm that caused massive issues throughout the area. We still had same day response to check our issues and get us a quote. After assessing our pipes/drains, he suggested an inspection be done by someone else inside some specific drain pipes to determine a root cause rather than quote an expensive repair that may not actually be necessary. The sump repair was great, looks amazing, and the plumbing is so much more professional than what it used to be. 10/10 will hire again and will recommend to my neighbors.

    Darren just replaced our tankless hot water heater. I called on a weekend and he answered the phone and was out to diagnose the problem in short time. He explained the issues and provided multiple options with no sales pressure. When we had our basement finished, they spray foamed over the pipes and partially over the hot water heater. He basically had to dig it out. The work was clean and professional and at a reasonable rate.
