We had several issues and an upgrade to get done and we are really happy with the results!This was my first time working with a contractor for a remodel and it was a positive experience.Scheduling was tricky but that is more of a widespread problem in the industry right now. When we had urgent issues with an unrelated gas leak they helped right away. And we were able to get the bathroom finished before house guests.Thank you!

I reached out to Koenen Plumbing for new toilets throughout my house and a bidet for my master bath. The process was professional and seamless. Pricing was also very competitive. An appointment was scheduled shortly after and two very knowledgeable plumbers arrived to install my order. They were polite, fast and cleaned up after themselves! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Koenen Plumbing and I’m already in process for a quote to do our water heater! You won’t be disappointed working with this company.

I want to share our experience and opinion of our using Koenens WaterWorks Plumbing. The young man, Justin came in to check our water tank system as we were experiencing some issues. His knowledge and patience is one we felt VERY comfortable with. Explained the issues and did an admirable job in replacing the unit. He cleaned everything up, and made sure everything was working properly! If we ever have ANY other plumbing issues, we would not hesitate to call for their services. In a recent trip to my basement I found a leak in the water line from my well into the pressure tank. I called Koenens and spoke with Dawn, who was very helpful and friendly. Dawn scheduled Joe and Mario to take a look first thing the following morning. Joe looked things over and told me exactly what was needed. Within a couple hours the leak was repaired, a new pressure tank was installed, the site was cleaned and I was good to go. Joe and Mario were great to work with and worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. This was an easy 5 star rating. Definitely give these guys a chance.

I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done! Scott and grant came out and put in a new water heater and also added iron skirt and a new water softener. It was an amazing experience, the guys were so polite and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. 10/10 experience! They will always be my choice!

In March 2023, my general contractor took me to Koenens Water Works to pick my bathroom appliances for an addition that I was having built. I was not familiar with this business at that time as I was waiting to move into the area.I went into the showroom with the general contractor. There was a lady (sorry, I didnt get her name then) who guided me through the process of selecting a jetted tub, toilet, shower, cabinets, sink, and faucet. The addition was built. The bathroom was laid out properly and I was and am very happy with the products.Fast forward. About 1 month ago, my shower faucet started to drip. The drip turned into a bigger drip.Today I went to K.W.W. once more. I was looking for the model number of my faucet. I was told that being a Kohler that it was probably under warranty but that they needed to look up my order. The man I spoke to (Larry) gave me information relating on how to change out the cartridge that was informative. I left expecting to hear back from them in a few days. About a half hour later, the owner (Scott) contacted me. He said he could have a man out to my house in 45 minutes to repair my faucet. I had to hurry home. Within that time frame, Justin responded. He took his shoes off upon entering my home without me requesting he do so. He got around to business. He told me that the cartridge was bad and needed to be replaced. He did that. He did coat the seals with lube that needed it. He also silicone sealed all the handles that hadnt been during the installation. To me, that was going beyond what was required. Later on Larry sent me model numbers and specs for all the items that I purchasedService is what sets this company aside from others. I highly recommend them as someone you can count on and trust.

Water Works really saved us today! We’ve been out of state for a while due to a family member passing and came home to find our Water Heater had died in our absence. We had a very short window before we had to leave town again, and Water Works was able to schedule something same day. Mario and Nick came and had a new system installed within a couple of hours from first calling in. Our family is very thankful!

I gave this 5 stars for ONE particular person at this company. I want to share my experience with water works. It started over a year ago. I was losing water pressure and having an older home with a very old well, was told that air needed to be put in the bladder of my well. They came out did that and I had water pressure for about 9 months. This spring I started losing pressure HORRIBLY again. Called them out and they came out to tell me that I needed a new well casing and pressure tank. I made an appointment had them come out and replace everything (was quite expensive but I needed water). For almost a month I had some pressure but not like when I moved into my house. After that month I began losing pressure again! This time I was unable to use my shower (had minimal pressure in the bathtub as well), bathroom sink or even do a load of laundry without having to reset the washing machine (I have 3 children so laundry was a must). Called them again, then came Ryan! I dont know what I would have done without him! He is the only one who has flushed the pipes, the pipes were so backed up with rust and dirt that water was unable to pass through any of my pipes going to the back of my house! He spent almost 3-4 hours flushing pipes! Before he left he made sure my shower had pressure, my sinks were all working and my washer would run! This mom greatly appreciates him and the time he took to make sure that everything was working before he left!

Had sewer water backup in basement. Old house, old problem. Needed a plumber ASAP after hours. My usual plumber yelled at me over the phone because I called after hours (a service they provide and even have you leave your information for after hours contact), and told me to find a new plumber before hanging up on me, so I did. Thank you Solofra, because now Ill be taking my business to Water Works/Brueswitz. They called right back, sent out 2 guys less than an hour later, and they got my roots yanked out and water flowing again. Two friendly, professional guys who did a great job.

I recently had a bathroom remodel done which was a complete tear out. The staff at Bruesewitz were all very professional. They worked around my schedule and helped me find the fixtures that fulfilled my vision. I am very satisfied with them from start to finish. They also came at no charge to evaluate my concerns. Both my concerns turned out to be a simple matter that only related to my unfamiliarity with the new fixtures but they still investigated the issues and didnt charge me for it. I would definitely recommend them for any remodeling project and normal repairs.As a follow up....four years later the bowl in the toilet was cracked, not their fault. They worked with the manufacturer and replaced the bowl. They charged for the labor as is correct but the part was no charge.

We had a complete tear out and replacement including floor in our main bathroom and couldnt be happier how things turned out and the staff at Waterworks. From the first time we walked into the showroom and talked to Terri, to the last day Mike left our property everything was just as we had hoped it would be when completed. Their showroom really has to be seen to be appreciated ! Any questions I had I knew Scott was a phone call, text, or email away from addressing any concern, just as Terri being a phone call away also. But I have to single out Mike. He went above and beyond in making sure things were ready for the next step with wallpaper and floor contractors which kept things on schedule as planned. From start to finish, this whole project took three and a half days which I feel is some very good time for something with as much work as was done here. I would definitely recommending this company to anyone thinking of doing a redo like we did. They delivered just as promised in our opinion!

John and his crew were instrumental at remodeling our master bathroom. This was a gut-project. They provided professional assistance with design, configuration of vanity/sink/counter top/faucet/medicine cabinet layouts & wall color recommendations. Also installed was a Kohler steam shower with touch control panel(no valves), blue tooth speakers, 6 spray options(including a large rain shower head), surrounded by glass walls. The bathroom was transformed from an eye-sore to a work of art. Everyone involved with the project handled themselves in a professional manner while being efficient with their time. The end result of this project is, we couldnt be happier John and his team!With that said, John and his team are currently working on designs to remodel our Kitchen and Living Room. Stay tuned for an update once complete! Looking forward to working with them again!! Nothing but a GREAT experience.

After making the mistake of calling Maas and Sons first, I contacted WaterWorks regarding a sewer grinder pump that was not working. Maas claimed the pump was bad and quoted me $5000 to replace it. Without even seeing the pump, just by knowing the symptoms, Joe thought he knew what was wrong with it. After he was nice enough to go chase down the pump from Maas who took it from my residence without my knowledge or approval, Joe replaced some failed components in my existing pump for under $500! Lesson learned! Joe knows what he is doing and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job well done, and in an honest and trustworthy manner. Thanks Joe!

We were originally quoted around $900 to fix our shower that we had been having problems with for quite some time. However, when Dustin got to the house he found a much less invasive and much cheaper fix to our problem. We are so very grateful for him and would very much recommend him to any of our friends. We were able to return all of the parts we previously bought for the original products and our bill was 1/3 of the cost. Thanks Dustin!
