Garret came out to do work for us in Cherry Hill on two of our showers and our hose outside. Turns out our shower had mystery parts (no brand) and he was really patient with getting the parts and coming back, trying them out, needing to go and get different ones, etc, was even tolerant of my lovebird riding around on his shoulder for a few minutes. He was pleasant, professional, and efficient. Everything was taken care of exactly the way we needed. I’d recommend him and Davis to anyone. Worth noting, Damien came out last week to give the estimate and start the work, putting in a shutoff valve in our hallway to stop a heavily running faucet. He was also excellent. Both experiences were great!

I highly recommend Davis Home Services for your Plumbing needs. My husband and I discovered that we had a slab leak under the foundation of our home. We called several plumbing services who could not find the leak. When we were referred to Davis, not only did they discover where the leak was, they repaired it. Our main technician Wayne worked tirelessly to get the leak repaired. He explained every step of the process to put our minds at ease during a very stressful situation. After each day of service, he cleaned the work area to perfection. I also thought it was unique that the company sends you a text message with the plumbers picture and resume so that you know who is coming to your home. You’ll also receive a text notification that will allow you to track their arrival. 5 out of 5 stars for Davis.

Brian was very helpful in giving 3 options for remedying our clog in the main drain in our backyard. He also explained after plunging that the other two options would not be good because of the shape of our trap. Luckily it cleared right away with the plunging. He came in with shoe. Moved into a house in Moorestown with an old (30+ years old) jetted bathtub. From the day we moved in, the faucet would leak from its base, so we did not use it for fear of water damage. Had trouble finding someone who could successfully service a 30-year old jetted bathtub to give us time to consider a full bathroom renovation. Called Davis and Ian came out next day, matched the o-ring in the faucet (which is no longer produced), and stopped our leak. We also requested a quote on installing an access panel for the tub, which Ian provided the same day. Great service and would definitely call again.

Easy to schedule, very transparent, clean, and explains things in a way that makes complete sense for someone who is not at all handy. After 2 American leak detection evaluations including water pressure testing which showed no leak and our insurance adjuster coming out saying its either coming from outside or damaged grout. As the leak continued we called Davis. Jim (in a hour) figured out exactly where the leak was (a large cracked pipe in the kitchen). My only regret is not calling Davis sooner for this issue as now a month in we lost a lot of time fixing the wrong things.
