Great company and great service - have used them for a clogged waste line (came out at 10:30PM on a weekend to help) and for standard septic cleanouts. Easy to schedule, great text-based communication on appointment status, they show up on time, and their techs (Corey and most recently, Tyler) are personable and professional.

I was referred to BP Wastewater by a remediation company due to some flooding in my basement. It was suspected that my periphery drainage system around my house foundation was backing up. When I called BP and told them my situation, the person I spoke with stated that she would move around other work, so that a technician could get out to my house the next day. This immediately pleased me a great deal. The tech showed up and within 10 min had a good idea of what the issue was and had things improved within half an hour. He explained and showed me what the problem was and how it needed to be corrected. He also explained some fees and then did some physical digging as I was informed I was already paying for his time. I was super impressed overall. Great company to work with in my experience.

Our basement bathroom ejector pump had stopped pumping while we had guests over. I called BP in the early evening and they informed me of the cost to come out after hours. Since the problem wasn’t getting any worse we scheduled them to come the next day which they did, a bit later than planned but they came. The technician quickly identify the problem and explained it to me and arranged for a new pump to be brought to our house. The repair was done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing blockage a couple weeks after moving into our new home. We were unable to clear it and the first plumber we called also could not. We called BP and they came out quickly and were professional, efficient and cleared the blockage. They also explained what and how it happened and gave recommendations on how to prevent it from happening again. The pricing was very reasonable, we expected a much higher bill. Highly recommend this company!

Bought an old house in the new north end and learned our main sewer line was collapsing after it started backing up - every single time we called BP wastewater someone answered and addressed any concerns we had - they had people out to our house within the hour - It was a really big job, but they did it quicker than they had estimated - And made us feel heard and appreciated and walked us through everything- Can’t really speak about the pricing as we’ve never had a job that big have to be done and when it comes to the main sewer line, it’s one of those things it just has to be done. It needs to be done right and fast and that’s what they did. Can’t recommend them enough in a bad situation

I would definitely use BP Wastewater again. I have used them twice in emergency situations, both times, they came out fast and fixed the problem. One was a plugged sink drain, and the other a sluggish toilet following a party. Cody helped us once and Ryan the second time. Both plumbers were fast and left no mess. Both were knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and best of all fixed my issues.

He cleaned (and lysold) up after himself, and there was nothing left for me to worry about. He came late, after the 2 hour time frame given, but I think that his efficiency and professionalism well made up for it. Thank you so much for getting me scheduled for the next day. BP Wastewater completely replaced my sewer line for my home. We had multiple estimates done and BP Wastewater was the most affordable in the area. There staff was personable upon arrival and good at answering questions and explaining the process. There never felt like there was any pressure to replace the line fully until we were ready. About a year after the line was replaced there was a small leak due to a small mistake. Upon being told this they immediately came out and fixed it free of charge. Extremely professional. Would recommend to a family member.

I had a pretty severe infrastructure issue, so I called BP And spoke with I found out later the owner, who answered the phone that’s always a good sign! Ben came out. Called BP to fix a very full sump pump overflowing into our basement. Our sump pump has never kicked on and was filling to the top for 2 weeks straight out of nowhere. Cody came over and diagnosed the problem and also pointed out how the sump pump that was installed in our house before we lived here was well underpowered and was struggling to keep up. He ran out and got the right sump pump, installed it, drilled better holes for drainage, walked our house exterior and also fixed a drainage crack out in the back yard. Worth the money and peace of mind knowing its all in working order. Ben the owner even reached out to double check on everything. Will definitely call them in the future with any water issue needs.

I contacted BP Wastewater shortly after identifying a cracked drainage pipe in basement with all the nasty discharge. They were onsite within an hour, unblocked the pipe to get us back in business right away. They also scope the pipe through the full length to assess the extent of the damage and condition of the pipe right to the town sewer access which was very reassuring. They returned the next week to replaced the damaged pipe in a timely fashion.I highly recommend BP Wastewater . Very professional, courteous with timely response and expert workmanship.

We had started with a sewer line that had backed up on a Saturday evening and called a company to have it unclogged with zero success. They did tell us that the pipe was probably broken at the city sewer line and they didnt have the equipment to deal with it. They told me they could put a call in to BP Wastewater and I should get a call from them sometime on Sunday. I got a call from Ben before 7:30 am Sunday morning. Ben gave me a few options a few prices for the options and an expected timeframe. The explanation of the repairs or replacement were thorough and clear. He had a team come on Monday to look at the site, do a little prep and implement a plan to replace the line.Paul and Mike were fantastic to work with along with the rest of the team. They replaced our entire sewer line in one day. They had everything planned and set up ahead of time. From the permit to dig up the road and close the street in the morning to having the road fixed by the end of the same day. Everything went smoothly and price was fair and right on target with the estimate. Considering it had snowed the day before even with the digging and the many needed trips in and out of the house in the wet there was very little mess upstairs and in the basement.

We have engaged Ben and the BP Wastewater team 2x. Once on a Sunday evening during snow squalls, we had a back up into the shower and he sent up a truck up for a pump out. We then brought them back in to inspect what was wrong and his team was thorough with research, finding the problem in the distribution box. They quickly brought and excavator up, abandoned the old one, set a new one in place with a riser and jetted our lines in both directions. Ben was attentive and answered all our questions. Thank you Ben and BP waste water!!!The cast iron sewer pipe under the basement floor rotted and was all jagged inside.You can only snake a line so many times then it’s time to replace it. It was an intense amount of physical labor to cut and remove the concrete floor. Then replace the 45 feet of cast iron with PVC.Expert knowledge,planning and advice from Ben. He also has an amazing group of hardworking professionals working for him. Ben is a lifesaver!!!

Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Explained well. Expensive. They came out to our new home quickly and got the job done. I think it was $550 to unclog our toilet and our shower. Benjamin had to go in with a camera for the toilet - we had already pushed some sort of metal thing 25 feet in. several times AND used Drano several times (recommended to use green gobbler and better yet no chemicals instead). It turns out what we were using was too thin. He was able to dislodge it with his wider camera device. For the shower he used some large heavy duty commercial equipment. It was a bit of a grind. It was hair, ha. Previously this had caused overflow onto the bathroom floor and a waterfall down through a 4 foot seam into our living room through the ceiling. Downstairs in the living room, he showed us exactly where the clogged waste pipe occurred and he placed masking tape to indicate location for the plumbers. It’s a small section of old, narrow cast-iron pipes (from the 1800’s!) that have not been replaced, likely due to complexity and cost as it’s right beside a kitchen wall. Recommended to only use Scott single ply for now. Besides that BP waste water, did the sewage inspection at our property several months ago. More pipes need to be replaced beneath the sidewalk out front of our home - they have become misaligned and this was a known issue. Also needs to be fixed. They pulled this report and consulted with the tech who was out previously to do the inspection - ahead of their visit so they were prepared.

We contacted BP early in our escrow process to inspect the our septic system. Amanda in the office quickly responded and got us on the schedule, and then adjusted the schedule when the sellers had to cancel last minute.The inspection unfortunately uncovered some issues with the system that were in need of repairs. They followed up with an estimate so we could request a credit from the sellers. Which we got (yay!).We had them back out after move in to make the repairs and the crew was fantastic. They carefully removed and set aside a portion of our playset and landscape fabric so they could get to the repair area and reinstalled it when they were done.Its pretty muddy out here from some recent rains and the backhoe operator Nick was SO gentle with our grass, being sure to follow the same tracks each time and tamping things back in place as much as possible on his way out.Benjamin called us during the repairs and alerted us to some future maintenance issues in the years to come. Owner, Office Staff, Crew, all kind courteous and professional. You will not be disappointed.

You cannot go wrong putting your trust in Ben Pratt and his crew. Two years ago I hired someone to add proper drainage to my fixer-upper. While excavating around the back of my house my septic tank is crushed. This excavating company said they also install septic tanks so I allowed them to replace the tank. Things were never right. Fast forward two years and the smelling problem made it self obvious. I’m so glad someone gave me an excellent recommendation to call Ben Pratt at BP waste water management. They dug it up and showed me what was wrong. I believe when the excavator left that day, they drove too close to the tank and it was crushed on the top, not sitting correctly, and not working properly. I am a single mom with three teens in a small house. At this point my nerves were pretty much shot! Lol. Not anymore! Ben and his crew were so understanding and understood my stress. They did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier. Five stars and two thumbs up 👍👍

This company is great. As a. homeowner for many years, this company is one of the best, if not, the best. They were honest, polite, helpful and informative regarding the collapse of the sewer pipe to the street.Truly, do not think of hiring anyone else.
