This was the second project in less than a year for Barron at my home & both experiences were excellent. The first job, water heater replacement in March 2024, went very quick & the tech was very professional. He did a great job explaining the process & answering all questions. Now in October, we had a water main leak that was repaired quickly. The techs that repaired the water main, Bryan & Hunter, worked hard to quickly complete the task, answered all questions & were transparent with pricing before beginning the project. The pricing for both projects was very reasonable compared to all estimates I was given.Bottom line, I would recommend Barron for your plumbing or heating needs.

We had 5 Barron employees on site at one point and they all did an amazing job! We could not be happier with the time they took to ensure everything was laid out well for proper functioning and also for aesthetics. We were informed well and also respectfully consulted for various options.Sam in particular did a wonderful job orienting the exterior unit precisely where wed hoped. Thanks Sam!Sam also donated his extra bucket of gravel to remedy an awkward gap between our driveway and walkway. Woody even ended up sharing a slice of tasty pizza … well ... these are things you dont expect!We have had such a positive experience getting our heat pump heating and AC ... we are SO glad we chose Barron after pondering a new system for many years. Goodbye window air conditioning!

Sam was a great installer. We got a house wide mini split. He installed it in 1 day. He was friendly, and efficient. He answered all our questions. He was clean and even wore booties in our house. I’m so glad to have cooking through out the house for this up coming summer. The mini splits are so quiet!

We were very impressed that he came out at the end of a long day. He heard our description of what the system was doing and went down to check it out. He spent another hour replacing an old blower motor with bearings gong out. Then he spoke to us knowledgeably about the new heat pump units and the cost of upgrading. We wished him safe traveling and merry Christmas. Barron has always sent out people who are impressive and the company always strives to outdo itself. I have a furnace built in 1990 and wanted to have a new operating baseline for the future. I can clean it and change air filters but I needed to know if it still runs safely.Nolan communicated adjustments to is anticipated arrival. Nolan explained what he was going to do which is exactly what I wanted. He inspected and clean the components then conducted tests to see if the components were operating within specs.Nolan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He also was personable and didn’t mind our black lab checking in on Nolan with a kiss.We replaced one part that was working but way out of specs which meant it was on its way to failing.I am extremely happy with the service and information I received. I would recommend Nolan to anyone who wants to ensure your furnace is operating as designed and prevent a “winter” breakdown.

He was super super neat and cleaned up insulation around the area where he had to enter the attic to access my furnace. The flame rollout safety switch had been intermittently tripping and shutting down the unit. Following a thorough cleaning and adjustments, the system was made fully functional. The cost was surprisingly low.

We appreciated Nolan’s knowledge and thorough explanations as he completed detailed Silver Shield maintenance check on our AH/heat pump.He was able to replace the existing 3 yr old Honeywell thermostat that was on warranty. (Thermostat was unable to change time.)Nolan took care in examining our older Regency fireplace insert and though we knew of a few slight, minor cracks in the burner, he actually showed them to us, and explained what to watch for going forward. :)It was a pleasure having Nolan in our home.

The technician was scheduled to arrive between 10-12. He arrived at 1030 ready to get started. After an assessment he got to work, and did a through cleaning of our vents. He did find some issues with the crossover duct system that I had suspected and he went under the house to verify. We are scheduled for a heat pump installation and that issue should be rectified during that process. Overall Oscar was very motivated, knowledgeable of his job and had a great attitude.

All were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient, despite intolerable working conditions. Prior to the install the office was very responsive. The estimator went over, in great detail, options with pros and cons. The job supervisor came in and did detailed measurements and surveyed the house from attic to crawl space finalizing details before the job. There was no mess or clean up left for us to do when they were done. My husband and I would highly recommend Barron to anyone needing these types of services.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Barron was quick to respond to our failing furnace during the cold snap and snow of early 2019. Nolan T. did the initial assessment and proposal. He carefully explained all of the options available to us. Technician Shelby R. diagnosed the problem and identified dangerous gases accumulating in the crawlspace. Space heaters were made available and Barron quickly dispatched a new furnace - The two installation guys (sorry, cant remember their names) Shoveled a path to the crawlspace through 10 inches of heavy snow. They had the unit installed quickly, explained filter maintenance and thermostat programming and took the time to answer many other questions. Extensive duct repair and Aeroseal was completed by Bill P, Mason C, Chris H, Shane C, and Ian - (along with a couple other guys, again sorry) Many disconnections were discovered and fixed resulting in a 96.4% reduction in duct leakage after the sealing. I almost look forward to next winter when we will heat the house instead of the crawlspace! (...almost) This experience with Barron, along with Arrow Insulation and Cascade Pest Control has massively improved the quality of life in this house. We discovered in Sept that our our heating system needed replacing. From the initial estimate to finishing with the duct cleaning, everyone at Barron was awesome and professional. A personal shout out to Ricky and Alex who did the furnace install and to Bill, Ian and Patrick who came and cleaned out really dirty vents and sealed the whole system for us. it working great and we have really noticed a difference in how comfortable the house is, compared to the old system. When I called Barron at the onset of our furnace issue they were very friendly. Lane came out that same day and got the heat back on. He told me about the silver shield maintenance contract and I purchased it. That was the best thing I did since my furnace needed another call on Saturday and Sunday due to further issues with it and Brian was very helpful. I have faith that our furnace will be full fixed this week.

We bought a new furnace through Barron and the experience was great! Our old one was breathing its last and they were able to get our new one installed with ten days of my first phone call with them.Ian was the salesman that sold us our unit and then Keifer and Eric installed it and they were beyond amazing! They were quick, upbeat, and very easy to talk to when I had questions (of which, I had a lot haha.)

We hired Baron heating to replace our 25 year old furnace and bring in new air conditioning. It was easy to work with Baron heating, they made all of the appointments upfront and we knew exactly what days they would come to do their installations. Patrick, Noah, Matt and Mason came in, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They even liked our 4 dogs. Now we have air-conditioning for the summer and a beautiful new Carrier furnace with HEPA filtration, and we’re delighted. They have won our loyalty for sure

Weve had Barron Heating out several times to clean, maintain, and repair our gas fireplace. Jeff Mellema came out this past week, and was able to diagnose and repair our fireplace with success. We really appreciated his thoughtful analysis of the problem and efficient use of time to fix it. Thank you Jeff! We are all set for fall weather.

Excellent service, excellent response time.Our furnace went out on a Tuesday, which means we were without heat in January, and by Tuesday of the following week Barron had Installed and new furnace and upgraded my current system with A/C, Air purifier, and new thermostat. The gentleman who did the install, Jon,Leo, Ben, and Aaron all showed the upmost professionalism while installing the new unit. Andy Stinson was extremely attentive to our needs and helped out considerably in getting the right equipment for our house.Im extremely satisfied with the service and equipment we paid for. And look forward to using Barron for any HVAC needs in the future.
