    Recently we had issues with the plumbing in our shower and we thankfully were referred to Chase Plumbing as a top pick to solve our issues. Kurt and Cullen from Chase, arrived promptly today and respectfully introduced themselves. They even covered their feet while carefully arranging areas they needed to access. Not only did they successfully coordinate with the town to shut off the water during their work, they also efficiently and effectively completed their work in less time than it took me to eat my breakfast. To say that we are fans is an understatement... We highly recommend these Water Wizards for their honesty and expertise.

    My first time working with Chase Plumbing Co. was great. Sarah Shabo in the office walked me through the scheduling, explaining fee structure and the proposal from the plumbing staff. She had asked for information on my situation and welcomed me sending her a number of pictures with explanations of what had been done before and my questions of the best way to correct the problem I was having. She was easy to reach and wonderful to work with. On the day of the appointment, I got a call to let me know the plumber was on his way. Tom arrived with Mike and the two of them couldnt have been friendlier or more patient and instilled confidence in me that everything would be done well. They came with protection for their shoes when walking in my apartment which is company policy and very thoughtful and which I had not seen before from other workers. They did a great job solving my plumbing issue and making sure everything is working properly. They were also very efficient with time and I was charged a very reasonable amount. I look forward to calling Chase Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs. Thank you!

    After a failed shower valve caused extensive water damage in our house, Chase Plumbing was an amazing resource and superb in helping remediate. They willingly worked closely with my insurance company, kept everyone informed, and accommodated other schedules more than they should have been asked to. It made a stressful situation much easier. I called Chase as they have done some small jobs and installed a new water heater for us over the years. Always excellent and this was no different.

    It was a pleasure doing business with this company, from initial contact, when Ian came a 2nd time to explain the work prior to the contract being signed, to final installation of the new boiler system. This was a significant job, including the installation of a new heating zone in the basement family room as well as installation of a high efficiency boiler and hot water tank. The job was completed according to the schedule in the midst of a heat wave, and the quality of the work exceeded expectations. Tom and Mike remaimed pleasant throughout, even when answering my 100th question. I wish all my home improvement projects went this well.

They also installed a energy efficient water heater and brought some other plumbing issues up to code.     The old pipe under our kitchen sink corroded and was leaking into our basement. I called Chase Plumbing and was cheerfully greeted by the helpful Sarah who noted the urgency and had 2 plumbers out to us within 3 hours. The guys were very friendly and professional. They had to go and get additional parts as the kitchen and basement pipes, disposal unit and traps needed to be replaced. They soon returned and completed the work in a fairly short amount of time. The price was very fair too. I would highly recommend Chase and will go back to them should another plumbing issue arise.

    We have used chase Plumbing several times over the past 3 years and are super pleased with their knowledge, honesty and quality of service. They helped us avoid unnecessary expense on the purchase and installation of our replacement kitchen faucet. They have unclogged our kitchen drain due to gunk from the dishwasher and gave us great advice on how to keep our drains clear without harsh chemicals. They replaced a broken valve in the dishwasher causing water leakage on an urgent weekend call. The tech went above and beyond to find a very unusual part thay was needed.     Chase Plumbing Co.,Inc. provided annual cleaning to our gas boiler. Dorin the plumber assigned was punctual, professional , and did a very thorough job cleaning and replacing some parts. On inspection he realized we needed a special part that needed to be ordered. Joe came on follow up visit and installed a new insulation plate. My experience with Chase has been very positive.     We have used Chase plumbing on two big projects and two repairs over the last 8 years, most recently today. One repair was fixing another plumbers work. The other repair was really adding some new equipment in our barn. The two projects were a complete gutting and replacement of all plumbing for a master bath and plumbing an entire building that was a carriage house (garage, apartment above, greenhouse with sink). Of all the plumbing firms I have dealt with in my lifetime, I have never been more satisfied than I have with Chase. Every plumber is exceedingly well trained, well equipped and courteous. The work is always meticulously done, on time, totally functional and even nice to look at it. And their prices are very reasonable, along with great scheduling and accurate billing. But maybe this says it all: I once remarked to my towns building inspector that I was impressed with the owner and with his crews, with their thoroughness, skill, work pace, and quality. The building inspector replied that when the owner, Ian Chisolm, or one of his crews was on the job, they knew they would have zero issues upon inspection, and they too were amazed watching the efficiency and quality of their work.

    We were first introduced to Chase when our GC used them for our kitchen renovation. They were probably the best bit of that project and weve used them several times since. Theyve helped out when another plumber made a mess of a project, going above and beyond to find a specific part that no one else was able to track down.Their attitude has also always been exemplary, for instance I wanted a second opinion on an issue with our main waste pipe they could have made a lot of money by agreeing with the first plumber that it needed replacing, but they were honest and talked me through what was going on and why it didnt need it, this alone means I will come back to them time and again.

    First time user. No problem getting an appointment within a week. Involved a shower repair with fixtures that had been removed by another plumber who just was not invested in finishing the job. He had wanted to demolish the tile wall, and just install another brand of fixtures (instead of using what I had). Dorin arrived, looked at all the old and new parts, and completed the repair without any problems. His rate was very fair. I am a fan of Chase Plumbing and will definitely use them again.

    Once again Chase Plumbing came to my rescue. A hose burst in the bathroom of my home, with water pouring out of it I was forced to shut the main water supply. I called Chase and they assured me that they would have someone on their team over to my house shortly. Josh arrived soon after, found the source of the leak, repaired it quickly and then checked all the other hoses in my house just in case.     I called Chase at 8am when my bathroom sink started to back up. Not surprising, they were booked for the day, but I would receive a call if someone freed up. Around 2pm, I was called saying someone could be here in 20 minutes. He identified the issue, ran to get parts (20 min), and then completed the job in a couple hours. The price was right on target. He wore his shoe covers and put down a blanket to protect my home. Overall he did a great job.     Ive called on Chase Plumbing numerous times over the last 7 or 8 years - theyve replaced an external water tap - cleared a clog in a waste pipe - solved a problem with a leaky toilet base - etc. They answer the phone, they set the appointment, they show up, they do the work! On the latest call a couple of weeks ago, they replaced a broken shower faucet handle, and gave me advice about a leaky sink faucet, which I was then able to get replaced under warranty and screw on myself. Theyve always been great, I feel I can count on them.

    Nick R. and Andrew P. came to our apartment to fix some issues we had when we first moved in. They called us ahead of time when they were 30 minutes away, and went strait to work once they got here. They worked non-stop from the start of the job to the end, and did an excellent job replacing a faucet, installing a dishwasher and fixing a broken toilet. Would highly recommend Chase plumping to anyone looking for service done if this is the caliber of their employees and hopefully their boss realizes what an asset he has in the 2 of them.     We noticed that our hot water heating system was not working in our kitchen. I called Chase since they are local to us and we had seen their trucks in the neighborhood. I called early and the phone was answered! Sarah told me that they could schedule me in a couple of days, but I could be placed on the Waitlist. We agreed. She called me back moments later and apologized for not discussing the terms (it was early). We agreed to the terms which are parts and labor (min. 1.5 hours). They also require payment upon completion, which is understandable.As fortune would have it, I received a call, later in the morning, and there was an opening that afternoon. They sent out one of their plumbers and he was at our home by 2:30pm. He was able to diagnose, repair and check our system. We now have a new circulation pump and a quieter hot water heating system in both zones, since he also bled both heating zones! He explained the new pump leaving us the new water pump manual and showing us the status LED indicator. Before leaving, he asked if there were any other plumbing issues that we needed to address. He then went out to his truck, wrote up a detailed invoice of what was done. This was all done in about an hour.Responsive and professional service. Thanks, Chase Plumbing!

Jared from Chase Plumbing arrived and had to disconnect the disposal to locate the problem. A dime had gotten stuck - really stuck (pretty embarrassing). Jared put everything back together and assured me that it happens to lots of people. He was great. The disposal works fine again.On a second visit, I had a faucet leak that was emptying into my under-sink cabinet. Tom from Chase Plumbing located the problem and fixed it in five minutes!     I have a complicated heating setup in my 1930s colonial (steam radiators in half the house, hydronic baseboard in the other half, but just a steam boiler to provide BTUs to each, with a plate-style heat exchanger to transfer heat to the hydronic system). My regular company (not Chase, a large multi-state outfit) did the annual maintenance, and I mentioned that the baseboards didnt seem to provide as much heat as they used to. Ive used them for a decade, and they installed much of the system I currently have. They suggested the small channels on the steam side of the exchanger might have gotten clogged with mud from the boiler - the rusty water that sits in the cast-iron boiler pot all year long. Their solution? flushing it with vinegar, to see if that would dissolve any deposits. They wanted over a grand for that, and offered not warranty at all that it would work. They seemed eager to move on to the next step, which would be to replace some or all of my heating system, for tens of thousands of dollars (you know how it goes: Well, if youre going to do THAT, you really ought to do THIS while youre at it, otherwise who knows what might happen....)So I called Chase, spoke with Ian, he asked me to send a few photos, then sent over a couple of guys a week later. He told me he couldnt guarantee that the flushing would work either, but also told me that if we had to move to the next step, there were real options that wouldnt necessarily spiral right away into the tens of thousands. It seemed worth risking, in part because his estimate for the flushing was hundreds of dollars less than the other guys, but also because he seemed like a straight shooter.His guys arrived right on time (7am sharp!), explained what they were going to do, installed necessary flush valves, gave the whole thing a thorough cleaning (took them 2-3 hours), and left my basement cleaner than when they first arrived. But the reason Im leaving this review is only partly for their professionalism. Its also because of the results: my house has never been more comfortable! Im finally getting the heat I need, when and where I need it!Thanks Chase! I know who Ill be calling for heating-related issues in the future!

    During the sudden temperature drop in February, a pipe in my house froze and burst, flooding the ceilings and walls--- while I was travelling. The alarm service called me--- I called Chase, who I had not used since my last emergency, years ago.
