We called Davis plumbing this morning to assist with supply lines for a dishwasher. Spoke with Jessica and Victoria when I called to schedule who were very professional, helpful and overall pleasant to speak with. The plumber they sent out, Ian M. Was also really great. They have a really interesting tracking system so you can see how far they are once they are on their way to you. They were able to get someone out same day, kept to the time frame they gave me initially and kept me updated with texts on eta, and they were able to provide the services we needed. Professional and efficient services from office to field. Would 100% definitely call them again. Also, I saw on their website that they offer 24/7 emergency services so anyone with late night emergency plumbing situations should definitely consider Davis! Thanks for saving the day, Davis Team.

Read the reviews online and needed a plumber so reached out to Davis via their website. I wont lie in that they did not get back to me with my online request. I was a bit disappointed so I submitted a request again, waited a few days, and still no reply. At this point I was a little concerned and thinking this could be an issue given my experience with other local plumbers but................I gave them one more try and this time picked up the phone and called. The person who answered was very friendly and scheduled my appointment for a few days later.Prior to the appointment I received a nice little text with a picture and background on the technician coming to my house. Wayne was the technician and he came out during the scheduled window (which was a nice plus vs. having to wait around). He was able to diagnose the problem and then he very clearly explained to me what would be done and the expected cost BUT also pointed out that there could be a best case scenario where cost could be lower for my issue but he wouldnt know until he got into the sink. For me it worked out and Wayne was able to quickly resolve the problem and at the lower cost estimate. Their honesty gave them a lot of integrity to me as it something I always worry about with contractors.Overall I was very happy with Davis and will absolutely use again if and when needed. Just next time I will call first instead of requesting an online quote :-)

I would recommend Davis Plumbing to all my family and friends. The technician Nigel was prompt courteous and work diligently for almost an hour and half to clear out clogged drain in the backyard. He communicated the process as he went along to keep my husband aware of the problems that was occurring and the solutions to fix the problem. The manager worked with us to keep the job affordable and was understanding about our concern of the cost of the job. This is a company My husband and I will call again for our plumbing needs. Plumbing hasn’t been working properly for a while now. Luckily, when I called Davis Home Services, they were able to get us a plumber right away. There was so much trouble that needed attention and I’m glad that it got tended to when it did as it could’ve gotten much worse and we would’ve payed more money! Bryan was our plumber for the job and he did such a great job servicing us! Everything works so much more smoother thanks to him! I had a leak in one of my toilets. I chose Davis Home Services based on their great Google reviews. When I called the company they were very responsive and fit me in quickly for a day that was convenient for me. On the day of the service the company texted me to let me know that the technician was on the way. Devon was my technician. He was very personable and did a good job. He gave me a choice of 3 cost options (2 had extended warranties and future discounts) which he explained clearly. The price option I chose was reasonable. Devon removed the leaky toilet and took away the packing materials from the new toilet he installed. I will definitely recommend Devon as my technician and will use Davis Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

Excellent service! We called Davis Home Services for a leak we couldn’t find. We thought it was in the slab. Devan came out and found the leak. Luckily It was just a toilet that we could not hear leaking. Devan was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He advised me of my options without trying to upsell me. I decided to go with a new hot water heater and he scheduled the installation for the next morning. Next morning Garret came out to do the installation and he also was very professional and polite. Had it installed in no time and cleaned up after himself thoroughly. Garrett and Devon came to our home in Florence, New Jersey, for a massively complex job involving digging up and restoring damaged pipes. They arrived on time as scheduled and worked a grueling job all day. Nigel Barksdale is the epitome of professionalism! You will never go wrong if he is your plumber/technician/customer service rep/problem solver/friendly neighborhood plumber man!He indeed is a man of MANY hats which a majority of so called proffessionals do not seem to understand is required. There is away that you deal with people and speak to and with people, especially when they have an issue and are looking to you for a solution. Many forget simple things like compassion and a REAL smile. Not the nice until I have your money smile, or the I know you are in a tight spot so I am running up the bill beause you need ME smile.My parents home in Willingboro Nj was backed up from every sink, toilet and drain except for one so I called the company that I normally use. After 3 hours they were still unable to resolve the issue and recommended cleaning the main line from the roof which they do not do. In comes Davis Home Services.I called and explained the situation to them, specifically asking whether they go on the roof and was told yes. Cool. Shortly thereafter, Nigel Barksdale was pulling in front of the house in Willingboro NJ.I gave him the rundown and he was good to go. He had to run to the office to grab a ladder and said that he would be back in about 10 minutes. A few moments later, he returned and apologetically explained that he was told by his company that he was NOT able to get onto the roof. This was frustrating as that was the reason he was supposed to have been there and the only reason that I decided to go with Davis Home Services. Not willing to just leave, Nigel asked if he could have a try on the inside. What did we have to loose?After informing Nigel of what the previous company did and tried, he doubled down and checked to make sure they were correct. Once confirmed, he asked to try a few different things, none of which initially worked. Showing true tenacity, Nigel Barksdale was not one to give up! Where the other company stopped and conceeded, Nigel took the time to explore other options in order to find a new solution, explaining his thoughts and the issues every step of the way.Just when we thought that he was going to give up and turn tail, he said, with a glimmer in his eye, I have an idea!. That was IT! His unwavering commitment to making sure that the problem was solved for my parents was remarkable and greatly appreciated!!! With his patience and ingenuity, he was able to clear the issue and clean the lines for my parents. At one point, he spoke with me privately about the possibility of there being a crack in the main line. He did this out of compassion as not to get my elderly parents upset or anxious of the possibilities of a major repair before knowing the exact situation. This was greatly appreciated.Nigel stayed to make sure that EVERY drain and in the house was flowing freely before he left and even asked if he could return the following morning with a different camera to do a further inspection of the questionable line. Now, I think we all feel the same way when we hear things like that as most companies always seem to find something when they use the camera which requires more money and more work. And I can honestly say that because of the way Nigel Barksdale spoke WITH us and not just TO us during the whole endeavor, as well as his personality, proffesionalism and honesty while engaging with my parents, we gladly agreed.Nigel arrived the following morning, ON TIME and ready to go! I have never seen my parents happy to welcome someone in who they had to pay money to! Lol Nigel double checked the line and even snaked it again for good measure before running the camera through. He showed us where he believed the blockage was and explained how and why it most likely happened. But the words appreciated the most were, the pipe looks good! No cracks! And he actually looked like he was relieved for us and happy that all was good to go! Nigel Barksdale/Davis Home Services made this an amazing experience! Will definitely use again!

I simply cannot recommend Damien enough. He is so thorough every step of the way, and will truly get the job done, and done right. We had to call Davis after our contractor hired a non licensed plumber to complete the renovations on our master bathroom and secondary bathroom. Not even a week after everything was tiled and sealed up we started experiencing leaking and plumbing issues. Damien had to redo EVERYTHING - He came in and assessed the situation, giving honest feedback - not trying to upcharge. We were very concerned as we had already spent close to $80k and our house isn’t even finished yet. Damien was so thorough, started working and spent long hours completing the job. Along the way, we encountered more problems he was always providing us with an update and realistic solutions. I honestly cannot thank him enough. Calling and requesting appointments has also been super easy and all around they’re an awesome business to work with. Leave the sign in your yard and help your neighbors find a reliable and trustworthy company to hire!

In preparation for Tropical Storm Debby, we discovered that a pipe drain, near the door to a walk in basement, was completely filled with mud. A call was placed to Davis around 8am and they came mid morning to assess the issue. The pipe was totally filled with debris/mud and it lead to a sump pump. The technician, Louis, expertly handled the situation and had that pipe cleared out in 45 mins. The house, 100 yrs old, had a terra cotta pipe so fixing the problem required an expert. Thank goodness for Davis Home Services getting there quickly. Otherwise the furnished basement would have flooded (yet again).

I received text and email reminders of the service appointment. The technician, Rob Emory, arrived on schedule and I felt confident I had made the right plumbing choice based on his professionalism. Excellent, professional, and fast service. I called them for a clogged drain that I just couldnt resolve myself and they were here bright and early the next day. Devin showed up on time and listened to my explanation of the issue, then had a look around and noticed that some of the plumbing in the basement was badly calcified and ready to fail. After a bit of negotiation, we got the price down to a level that I was happy with and Devin was able to solve both issues in about an hour.Do be aware that their prices are higher than some others. I had a snaking done by an independent shop last year and paid a third of what I was initially quoted. They did, however, bring the price down to match a quote I received the day prior from another local big name, so I was happy to just get it done.

We had an excellent experience with the Davis crew! We had them (and a couple other companies) come out about 5 years ago for an estimate to replace our old (about 20-25 years old) HVAC system. We opted to use it until we couldn’t! Five years later to ‘24, the heater was only blowing cold when we called Davis this time (we knew we were going with them). We’ve had a couple of issues with the heater AND the central air so we just knew its time was up! Tech CJ came out and gave us a temporary fix, but he called John (because we knew it needed replacement, not a band-aid,) so we could discuss what we wanted, what needed to be done, signed John’s tablet to contract the work and we were ready to roll! The next day, Jack came out for measurements, John, Harry and Josh came out to survey what work they had ahead of them (that very next day) and this ball was rolling!! Josh and Steve immediately got to work on the extensive job ahead of them; and I do mean extensive! Not only were they installing a new system, we wanted the old system removed and completely relocated to another area of our home. Blake also came and assisted the crew towards the end of this massive project and we were up and running in comfort once again!!These guys did an excellent job; they were always pleasant and respectful of us, our furbabies and our home the entire time-every single one of them, and were very punctual and efficient with their time on the job every day that they were at our home! First time home owner here! Full on panic when our hot water heater started leaking (only 1 year old) and didnt have hot water. Davis was the only place open and came right away- after hours. We dealt with Tom & Jim in the beginning and were both excellent, knowledgeable and very nice. Tom went out of his way to help us every step of the way- calling the manufacturer, ordering the parts and made sure it was covered under warranty. Lastly we had Azeez come. He redid the components inside of our water hater. Not only did he do an amazing job, he did it much faster! He was here for 5 hours and i barley knew he was here. He was very polite, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained to me what he did, tested everything and showed me all the things he was leaving for me to not loose just in case i need them in the future. He also what not afraid of our dogs which was a huge relief. I would recommend this company to anyone. We are very happy with each person that helped us!

He helped identify where the gas leak was coming from for our gas dryer and installed a professional hard pipe straight to the dryer. Finally have a set up that will last for years. You pay what for the quality in their work especially if you opt to get the longest warranty they offer (12mo) which added approx $700 to the $1000 in labor and material costs. I am hopeful this repair will last the test of time and will update my review if anything changes.

Our sewer line to the street was clogged & water backed up into the washer. I called Davis & explained the situation & within 2 hours they showed up. The tech Devin worked in the pouring rain trying to get the line unclogged. When that didn’t work Davis sent another tech Jim on Sat & he discovered the line was partially packed solid. He worked to clean it out. Both techs were on time, professional, courteous & friendly. They only charged us for the work performed on Sat because they were not able to complete the job on Fri. If I need plumbing work in the future I would definitely use them again. I will also suggest them to family & friends. Thank you for the work.
