Called yesterday regarding a shutoff valve and another part that needed to be replace in a toilet in my home. There were at my condo in 90 minutes. The tech who did the work was very fast and had work completed in about 15 minutes! Very happy and highly recommend them.

I saw there website and liked what it said. I then called Cole and he spoke to me and immediately set me up with a estimate with service guys coming over. They were thorough and helpful with suggestions on what we needed. Euro was a installer as well as Matt and others , they did a great job! I really felt we made a great choice and would definitely recommend them.

The water pressure in the master shower of my new home at Kwiniaska Ridge was not as forceful as the other showers in the house. After waiting months for the builder to address the problem, I contacted E&M directly. Cindy and Bernadette listened to my account of the problem and scheduled a visit from a technician for the next day. The tech was a creative troubleshooter who came up with an excellent solution to the problem and has made my wife (who likes forceful showers) very happy. Many thanks to the professional staff at E&M.

This is a review of a very positive experience with E & M Mechanical (Burlington, VT area). The company has done work on our air conditioning system. From the first call, to the interaction with the office staff, to the actual technician, this has been the most positive experience. The company scheduled the technician to come out as quickly as it was possible (cannot think of a faster response time), the technician was very professional, prepared, polite, efficient, and fast. Hi identified and fixed the problem very quickly. He worked carefully and attentively. You could tell the technician takes pride in his work. The same goes for all the interactions with the office personnell. Highly recommended service provider.

Had an issue where my furnace was intermittently working. They were able to come the same day and worked through a very bizarre and technically challenging setup (of course it was working fine then). The tech was in his van about to leave, when he had one more idea of something to test and it worked! Very courteous as well!

Called for maintenance on my furnace- turned out to be a bad zone valve. Performed the work, mechanic was friendly and told me how to fix the other valves myself if it failed again.

E&Ms technical expertise is first rate. I cant say enough about Cole in their residential division. Instead of focusing on making a buck, Cole and E&M really care about their customers and their customers safety and wellbeing- they care about a quality job done right. I am immensely impressed with Coles willingness to go above and beyond. His advice about my heating problem reflected an impeccable customer service; and his integrity really shown through. I needed a new expansion tank on my boiler and E&M was able to work me into their schedule within a couple of days despite booking weeks out. It was a small and fairly simple job which probably enabled this but awesome that they made it happen.I also loved that they had me send a photo of the part I needed so they could grab it on the way to my house; this likely saved some time on the clock ($$).

Absolutely great company. Joe was fantastic and went above and beyond. Very respectful of my home. Found a very precious necklace of mine in my drain and without hesitation gave it to me even though it looked like garbage. Very great full for such a perfect company. Thank you Joe!!!!
