    I had Prestige Plumbing Werks connect to an existin Propane line and convert a Gas stove. The process was very smooth. They arrived to assess the issue and give me a quote. The service was then scheduled and completed at the time arranged. The work was done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. I would wholeheartedly recommend using them for any plumbing related needs.

    I’m thrilled to recommend this company. I had an immediate need for a plumber to diagnose and fix an issue with a blocked sink and toilet. Prestige Plumbing Werks promptly responded to my initial message, and were able to accommodate my schedule. They were professional, right on time, and the pricing was great.     Plumber arrived @ designated time and really diagnosed the issue. Apprised me of the work to be done & cost, then went to work.He ordered a part & also left to pick up another or 2 from Burlington. In the meantime, the order part showed up on my doorstep ( we’re talking a maybe 30min turnaround from his phone call order. He finished the job neatly, explained to me new things I needed to know, and was very shortly on his way. It was a pleasure to work w/Prestige!

    Prestige Plumbing was recommended by my regular plumber when he wasnt available. I used their services to repair a shower head and valve.     We had an emergency when our water heater sprung a leak and had to be replaced. Prestige responded immediately and was out the same day we called. Not only was the workmanship first-rate, but Lauren added an expansion tank and shut-off valves the previous plumber neglected Their pricing was also very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

    Contacted Prestige Plumbing after seeing the great reviews and we got the same experience as others. Frank came to do the work and was very friendly and knowledgeable. After reviewing the issue and diagnosing the work to be done we went ahead and had the shower valve and fixtures replaced. Frank was efficient and cleaned up the entire area after completing the fix. I appreciated that he treated our house with respect (we have white carpet on our stairs) and ensured not to dirty up or damage anything. We will use them in the future when any plumbing needs arise.

    I called Prestige for a slow bathroom drain because they are literally down the street from my house. I’d already snaked the drains myself with some improvement but they were still not 100%.     Fast, reliable, amazing. In the past I’ve had Shea (who is GREAT!) with other plumbing ventures! Today we had Francis (Frank) and he was incredible! He listened and took a look at all of my concerns. He brought the part I needed for my shampoo bowl, he installed a water line to our new fridge, he also fixed our leaking kitchen sink and our downstairs bathroom sink. I will only hire the best. Shea and his crew have come out to install mixing valves, high-end shower kits, vanity plumbing hookups, toilets, you name it. Theyre incredible.     Wow. Just wow. Lauren at Prestige Plumbing Werks is everything a skilled tradesman and small business owner should be. He contacted **me** when he got word that we were having issues. We made a plan for him to come assess the situation at 9 a m and he was punctual to the minute. He assessed the situation, identified the problem, and we made a plan to re-connect once ServPro had arrived in my kitchen with the leaky ceiling. Well, ServPro was late, so when he hadnt heard from me for a few hours, Lauren **came back** and had a little planning session with the foreman. Then, as promised, the next morning at 8 am, Lauren came back and replaced the culprit, a leaky shower drain in an upstairs bathroom. Lauren was professional, courteous, punctual, but what I liked best was that he explained our plumbing problem to me and he did so in a way that was easily understood by a lay person. Cherry on top? He gave us a list of possible contractors to contact (now we need a new ceiling and paint). Truly a full service operation and an absolute dream to work with.

    These days you never know what your kind of job your going to get from contactors. I have seen it all. From no call no shows to the guys that will charge you for the piece of bubble gum they stuck on your pipe to get it to stop leaking. Well look no further for the plumbers you can trust.     What a wonderful experience. These guys showed up so fast, within a hour of me calling. They did a diagnosis and then referred me to another company when we determined that the issue extended beyond plumbing and I needed a hearing specialist.
