What an Amazing experience. Our well quit working on Friday Evening Dec. 22nd. We made a number of Calls and Chris from Huemann was amazing. He was one of only 2 companies that called back from the 8 Called. The pricing was fair, he was honest on when we could expect him at the earliest. He was on time and there were no surprises. He work quickly efficiently and answered all of my questions. I was expecting the price to be much higher, so happy to have found an honest company. One that did not take advantage of our situation and raise the price, it was exactly as quoted. I will be referring Chris and wish him all the best. Thank You Chris you definitely made our Christmas Much more Merry !.

I have a 2nd home in lake Geneva , Wi . My main residency is in the suburbs west of Chicago . Was having problems with my water pressure at the Wisconsin home . Over this past weekend . On Tuesday I Called Huemann Well & Pump company in Burlington . Talked with Mr Chris Elmer regarding my problem , on my way back to the Chicago area . Chris suggested he could stop by and check out my concerns . The next day , Chris was at my WI home used the garage code I gave him to check out my pressure tank value . It was a clog nipple , which Chris cleared . Great service , truly the best ! I would Highly recommend this fine company ! We called to have our well pump system checked as we were experiencing short cycling with our pump. Ethan and Chandler were extremely polite, professional and did an excellent job. They did an air pressure check and found our pressure to be about 10 PSI lower than suggested, bled the system, checked the bladder, added air, checked and increased our water pressure for more even pressure throughout our home. All works so much better now!

Technicians came promptly the next morning and Bill even called later in the afternoon to make sure everything was okay. Very happy with the service. As a plumber, I have worked with Huemann Well & Pump on several occasions and they always do quality work. I always recommend them to my customers who are having well issues. So when my well went out several years ago I called them. Chris and his team replaced my pump at a fair price. Recently when my parents had well issues I had them call Huemann well & pump. Again Chris and his team did an amazing job and saved my parents a lot of money. I couldnt be happier with their work and professionalism. Thanks again.

Huemann Well and Pump has provided us great plumbing service over the past 10 years. They are prompt, professional, and friendly. They really go the extra mile with customer service. Most recently they came to our home and did a bleaching treatment of our water system, which is periodically necessary as we are on a well. They did a great job, and completely worked with our schedule to make it as convenient as possible. And we have wonderful water now! I would recommend them to anyone in the Southeastern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois area.

As new first time home buyers we were at a loss when our water stopped working on a Saturday. After calling a few places and getting outrageous quotes, a technician called me back from Huemann. He was polite, prompt and very personable. He explained every step and reassured us he would do all he could. He came out same day and had our water back up and running within an hour or so. Our entire experience has been phenomenal. We will be using them moving forward for any and all of our well and pump needs.

Our well stopped working on a Saturday around 5:00 PM. Huemann Well called us back within 5 minutes. Tremendous Customer service. They came out first thing Sunday morning. (They would have come Saturday but they were on a call that took alot of time) They called several times to update us on the progress. Work was done professionally and quickly. Had water and showered and was able to make it to church!

Couldnt have been happier with the service we received. Huemann came out same day for a quote. Pricing was fair and far less then several other local companies. They couldnt perform the work for a few days but neither could any of the other companies. The day they came to complete the work, the guys were very professional, polite and friendly. They worked quickly and explained everything they did thoroughly. They made sure we were happy with the work and their clean up of the yard before leaving. Thank you for the excellent service!
