Eddie just finished replacing a faucet on our bathroom sink. The project was not straight forward and required a skilled plumber to work through challenging obstacles. Eddie is very talented and stayed within the quoted budget. On top of that, he is thoughtful and a pleasure to speak to. I will definitely be calling Eddie again the next time we have any plumbing issues.

He is so kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes out of his way to help and assist … Eddie also came to help me find the serial number of my garbage disposal in case it breaks! As I saw people write: ‘Eddie is your man’ and he deserves all the praise in the world.

Eddie was able to fix a very tough blockage of our bathroom sink. I know this is a hard thing to fix because my husband who is extremely handy failed to fix it. My husband pushed a 25ft snake all the way out and couldnt find the blockage. And our sink which was never clogged for the 12 years we lived here was completely blocked overnight.Eddie was able to clear it for us with a trick here and there. He is also a very pleasant person to talk to.Compared to those corporate like companies, he also only charged a very small price for his good work.

Our basement sink was backing up whenever we used the faucet there, and the faucet in the kitchen. I called Drain and Heating Solutions, and Eddie called back promptly, letting me know he could come by between 5 and 6.When he arrived, we did a few tests to figure out the extent of the blockage, so he could pinpoint where to focus his efforts. It turned out the backup was in a primary, old iron drain, with an access screw that was rusted tightly. Eddie figured out a workaround, snaking a connected PVC pipe, and fixing the problem.Along the way, he clearly and persuasively delivered his assessment of the problem and clearly, presented potential risks --and additional costs -- of certain types of repairs.Took about 1.5 hours, at the end of his work day, and @$250.No sign of blockage/backup 3 days later, and were back in business.I wouldnt hesitate to call on Eddie again, and I recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I called Eddie on Friday late evening (around 7.00 pm) because my tub was clogged. He came within an hour, very professional and courteous and unclogged the tub within minutes. It was a huge stress buster for us!! After talking with Eddie, I know now who to contact for my plumbing needs - no second thoughts!

I called Eddie based on a review online. He sounded honest and so I took a chance. He cleaned my heating furnace as replaced a valve.Hes honest, friendly and on time. I will hire him again. Eddie was awesome. He came exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He let me know from the start what he and cannot do. He was up front and honest. He gave the best case and worst case scenario. I decided to roll the dice and have him give a try to repair my clogged drain. He fixed it and did thoroughly. He gave some suggestion as to prevent future problems and/ or future ease of possible repairs. I would definitely recommend him and may use him for other properties I own.

Eddie came on Veterans Day when my main house drain clogged and couldn’t wait. He had a great manner about him and came just when he said he would. He approached the job and explained what he was doing as he did it. He was able to unclog the pipe in no time and he was on his way. Eddie is fantastic.He answered my call and sid he would have to come to my sons house to see what needed to be done to give us anaccurate price. He was on time , very polite and informational. He did a wonderful job for my son in his new home. Then i had a problem with my washer shut off and he came to replace it before the washer was delivered. My house is 30 years old and he pointed out that we didnt have the right shut off on the water line coming into our house. He scheduled a time for that to be repaired. Also the most important part is that he was very reasonable on his price. Thanks Eddie, see you next month.

The best experience Ive ever had hiring a plumber. The owner, Eddie, was warm, kind, and friendly. His assistant, Simon, did a wonderful job replacing my garbage disposal and master bathroom faucet. Honest, responsive, quick, professional, courteous... and what is most important in a tradesman, Expertise.I read the Yelp reviews prior to contacting Eddie, the five star reviews are accurate. He responded to my quote request within Yelps estimate; as I was able to give a list of repairs from another Plumbers quote.Eddie itemized his charges for each task and the associated materials. Provided this client with common sense, plain english, explanations and choices when and where appropriate, and was able to accurately estimate how much time each task would require.I will be calling Drain & Heating Solutions for Any plumbing issue I have in the future. I fully intend to contract them for plumbing work when I re-model my kitchens and baths, as Eddie is the consummate Professional.

He was here for an entire hour, and had to come 2x never charged me. He was honest, professional did an awesome job! He had to get insulation all over him and work under ( obile home)in the dirt to install a pipe from wash machine to main sewer pipe. I would definitely w/o hesitation refer him.
