I have excellent experience with these guys ( Denommee).I had a water pressure/ hammer noise happening in my basement and I was able to get a tech to come out and given estimate.He was great and explained what is needed. Mike R and Layla installed an expansion tank and fixed the issue. Appreciate the quick help!

Called these folks on a Sunday and they responded, promising to call Monday morn. Didnt think they would but sure enough, they called. Had someone at my home within 2 hours. My technician, Phin asked what I would like to have repaired and suggested the water fill valve be replaced and explained the cost. He noticed a crack in the base of the toilet that I was aware of and said that he would be careful not to make it worse. I asked about complete toilet replacement cost and he explained all my options. I decided to go with complete replacement since I didnt trust the cracked base. Phin returned within 90 minutes with a new Kohler toilet. From start to finish it only took Phin about 90 minutes to do the complete job, and he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. He was knowledgeable, polite and professional. If it were possible I would rate Denommee Plumbing, Heating and Cooling higher than 5 stars. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs. Oh, did I mention that the new toilet came with a warranty - it did!

This review is from quote to finished and completed work on mini-split heat pump (HVAC). Overall was great and would recommend!Quoting process was very thorough, and we went over almost all options possible.Pricing was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive based on a few quotes that we got. So from my experience you get great value for the service.Scheduling is mostly where my experience was missing that 5th star. Change in scheduling happened about 3 times and so youll have to be a little flexible because during material and labor shortages due to covid, Im assuming this where the challenges are.Installation was mostly all clean and went smoothly without any unforeseen issues. This was in about 4 parts: inside unit and compressor one day, outside and inside and basement lines one day, electrician assessment quick look one day, then actual electrician and final turning switch on.There was a very minor issue that we ran into a couple of weeks later but they were able to resolve it within 24 hours at no extra cost. (Covered under warranty)

On this most recent occasion, Phin came out to cap off a gas line because we’re switching from a gas to electric stove. As always, the service was fast and professional. I was extremely impressed with the crew that Denommee sent over to my house to install a very large/complex Mini Split system. I found their estimate to be very reasonable compared to some other companies in the area and their team was top notch. Alex, Tyler and the rest of the crew really knew their stuff and were careful to explain their plans each day and walk me through how things were going. I always felt a part of the process and am confident that the system is installed well. I never felt like these guys were rushing or taking short cuts - they wanted to do the job right. As a recent resident to the area, Denommee has definitely earned themselves a customer for all my Plumbing/Heating/Cooling needs.

We are very happy with our first experience using Denommee. My husband and I had a hot water heater installed yesterday in Nashua NH by Brian K and the young man who I believe was his apprentice. Both were on time and very professional and friendly and took great care to protect our property during the install. It was obvious Brian knows what hes doing and my husband and I were not at all concerned about Brians capabilities and experience. The job took only about 3 hours and clean up was a breeze. We now have hot water and no leak. Thank you Denommee. I would recommend Denommee and will definitely use them again.

Saturday evening I find my water heater leaking. 4 other companies had nothing but excuses to come help. Until I call Denommee. About a half hour later John was at my house! Not even kidding, that fast! And I’m glad. He was the kindest, coolest down to earth professional guy. Someone I want handling my emergency. He had a new water heater in my house that same day. Problem fixed! Thank you John. And I’m pretty sure he bought my coffee a few years back while I was at the dunks drive thru. I was finally able to thank him in person. There was an intense storm with heavy rain on Saturday night. We live in an area with a high water table, and our sump pump failed in the middle of the night. After frantically calling several plumbers, Denommee was the only place to answer us back and have an emergency plumber available to support us.Phin and Mike R were patient and courteous with us. My wife and I were extremely stressed at losing our basement to water damage, and I cant overstate how much their patience and professionalism gave us peace of mind. Despite the fact that we have a finished basement, they were able to take our old sump pump out and install a new one with minimal damage.Our positive experience with Phin and Mike means that Denommee will be the first company we reach out to for future plumbing or HVAC needs!

Denommee Plumbing are excellent. Prompt, professional, and responsive. I had a really old water boiler that broken down in the cold of winter and they moved quickly and professionally to replace it. They are a full service firm and took care of the rebate paperwork, inspections, and everything else.Matt led the installation team and he did a great job. A real craftsman at this trade: the piping is well-organized and installed well. This new boiler will be there for years. They also include an a half servicing! Really great work.

I had Jeo come out to fix my central heating and cooling unit. He was fast and efficient. He arrived on time, was polite, and informative. He answered any questions I had. The price was expensive for the time it took to actually repair my heating fan but the service made it worth the cost. I will definitely be calling them again.

After calling 2 other places and being told no, Denommee set me up with an appointment right away. The technician was fast, upfront about cost, and did great work. Ive utilized their services quite a few times over the last few years. The best way that I can sum it up, is that they are the absolute best as far as professionalism is concerned, but you pay through the nose for it. Therefore, I only have them come out for the critical items that have to get done right (read: anything involved with natural gas).Ive had David P. out a few times and hes a consumate professional. Always on time.If they could get their costs down, Id likely use them more often.

We called Denommee to Westford Housing for a no heat call. Jeo met me there around 9pm with excellent spirits and worked till 12am trying to remedy the problem. He was able to get heat to 2 of the 4 areas lacking heat. Came back first thing the next morning and fixed the last 2 heat issues. Would highly recommend using Denommee for any and all plumbing and HVAC calls.
