They did great work at my house, Installed 2 new hose bibs and installed a whole house water system. It took them about 3 hours which I thought was fast. They have great looking sotters, the whole family seems very nice. The dad checked and gave me a quote the same day and the son showed up within the week and installed it all and also organized the copper pipe to flow better.

Was recommended Dassow & Sons plumbing from the Muskego Community page for drain cleaning. Used their website to put in a work request(super easy and convenient!) and Tera called me within 10 minutes to set up an appt for the following day. Dustin arrived and was great. He walked me through pricing before anything was done to ensure we were on the same page. 2 hours later and my kitchen sink drains again! After briefly mentioning my water softener, Dustin took time the time to look at it and begin a quote for me same day. He even text me to remind me to restart the water heater and close the basement window. Dassow & Sons was all around a wonderful experience. Will be my go to plumber from now on!

When replacing a toilet we needed help removing a broken flange. Dassow Plumbing was able to come out the next day. They fixed the issue in an hour which included installing the new toilet. They even brought their own shop vac to clean up when they were done. Outstanding work and customer service!!! I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs that come up.

Very prompt, arrived when they said they would! Dustin & Cody were considerate in that they put on shoe covers before entering the house each time and after going outside. They listened to what I was having issues with and fixed exactly what was wrong very efficiently, solving multiple problems in one clean sweep, keeping me informed along the way. I really liked the fact that Dustin & Cody were professional and communicative. My discerning cat thought they were top notch too, wanting to be right next to them at all times, so if that tells you anything at all... Id definitely recommend Dassow Plumbing and will call them again when I need to. Rates are reasonable too for the work done.

We contacted Dassow plumbing about a leak in our hot water heater and received a very prompt reply. Based on our heaters age and our description of the issue, they recommended a complete replacement. They were able to fit us in the next morning, completed the work within an hour and a half, and were transparent on pricing. Both plumbers who worked with us were extremely personable and professional. They mopped up any leaks and left the space better than they found it. They were also very warm and enthusiastic with our dogs, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend these guys for future plumbing needs.

In a word? WOW! I had three small plumbing issues I needed corrected before a new tenant moved in and Dassow & Sons came through with a quick response time and speedy service. Dustin showed up, on time, and was knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond in assisting me up an ice covered driveway and escorting me back to my car when I was leaving. The job was finished when and as expected. I could not ask for more nor can I recommend them enough. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used this company. They are the only ones I now trust with my plumbing needs. As usually they were on time and very knowledgeable. Most important they always respond to phone calls. My dishwasher died in the middle of the night, so I found myself calling at 6:15AM. When I realized the time, I quickly hung up. I got a callback 5 minutes later. New dishwasher installed less than a week later. This level of service is typical of this company.

I called them for a clogged drain to my septic tank. I lucked out timing wise and Dustin was at my door in half hour. I explained what the problem was and that I tried to fix myself with rental augers. Dustin went right to work and had the drain opened asap. Our freezer was leaking water from the ice maker...we couldnt find a shut off valve and assumed there wasnt one. These guys found it for us and then at our request installed a shut off valve that was much more conveniently located. They were quick, considerate, clean, nice people. Dasson and Son both have done work for us in Mount Pleasant. First was a home warranty repair call. This is how we found this outstanding family business.What a blessing. We have had them replace a kitchen sink pipes and garbage disposal . Replaced two toilets , fixed another , replaced a sump pump, and re calked a whirlpool tub. There pricing is far. There craftsmanship is 5 star. Their communication and arrival time is spot on. I would highly recommend this Business.

We found Dassow and Sons via HomeAdvisor when we looked to replace our 17 year old Kenmore 40gal water heater. Dion responded to our request for information within 24 hours.We shopped him versus two other plumbing services. Dassow and Sons carry two brands of contractor grade products. I appreciated his knowledge of products to compare with models of a lessor quality sold by Lowes, Menards, and Home Depot. You get what you pay for. I wanted contractor-grade products since you can find parts without a hassle.Dion quoted prices for a 40 gallon and 50 gallon water heater. His prices were competitive and $200 less than the next guy for the same Rheem model.The estimated 2-hour installation was scheduled for the same week. Dion and his son showed up early since their previous job in the area did not take them long. I can see why. Their time spent on our job was only an hour and a half. Our full basement was easy for them to get in and out of. the hardest task for them was knocking off the cheap plastic drain valve that was clogged with sediment. With the valve off, the sediment deposits and water went down the floor drain.The new heater was up to speed with nice hot water within two hours.I asked other questions about annual maintenance and pipe insulation that Dion kindly answered as he worked.Dion and his son worked professionally and quickly on our heater replacement. But they did not skimp or rush anything. The soldering on the feed and outlet pipes was well done. The whole effort went very well.We had a very good experience dealing with Dassow and Sons.

We had our sump pump and battery backup both fail in the basement and we ended up with a flood. Luckily we had a water sensor in place with our ADT security system and that alarm went off with water overflowing the concrete slab. I was 15 minutes away and called Dassow & Sons on my way home. Dion was at my house with minutes of me getting home and he already had a brand new pump and all the tools with him to replace the failed pump and system. It was installed in less than 45 minutes from the alarm going off which minimized the damage we had in the basement. Since then, I also had them install another new pump with battery backup and wifi system along with a few other plumbing fixes around the house. They are timely, always answer the phone and do a good job!! Thanks
