    I have had them out a couple times with critical issues. Last winter, a hot water line under my house had a leak. They came right out and it was a cold, muddy mess in the crawlspace. I felt bad! They not only fixed it, but left a pump overnight to get all the water pumped out from under the house. Thats service! Recently, my furnace acted up and Neal came out that afternoon and got me running again. Answered all my questions. I cant thank them enough.Their scheduling and notification of status arrival is the best of any business I have ever dealt with. Good, dependable, timely response and service is difficult to find these days. But Cooks Plumbing checks all the boxes. Plus, they are just great people.

    They did an awesome job. Got the furnace up and running quick explained everything to me thoroughly & clearly. Would highly recommend them. Call them one day & they were out here in the next afternoon !

    Had a fairly simple job of replacing two old valves and a pressure regulator.Two young men performed the task in about 45 mins. Good thoughtful Process utilized to ensure a quality final product.Fortunately, I had 3/4” PVC parts to complete the project. Thus, my material and their expertise and time to complete the job.

    Very fast service when we needed it. AC unit low on freon and they responded the day we called. Got our AC back in service and recharged with freon. Will definitely use their services in the future. Thank You Cooks Plumbing!

    Great work! They scheduled the work as quickly as the parts needed came in and when some follow-up work was needed they immediately returned and worked until the problem was corrected. Well continue to use Cooks for all our plumbing and HVAC needs .

    Daniel and his helper were exactly on time. I had 4 issues with plumbing in my house and 3 of the 4 were solved today. Im waiting to hear back from them if whether the part for my kitchen faucet can be replaced or if I need a new faucet. They were considerate by removing their boots as to not track in mud since it was raining. Easy scheduling, text messages as to when to expect them. I couldnt have asked for better service. Very grateful to have them in our small community.

    I called because my furnace would not ignite. They were here the next day and got everything worked out. Ive dealt with them many times over years of living in this town and they have never left me feeling disappointed. At least not with their work or service! Any disappointment has always been something out of their control. Ill continue to call them when I have an issue!
