Called on Saturday and a technician got back quickly. I believe his name was Pete, was super helpful in guiding me through what the problem may be with our hot water heater. After following his recommendations we were able to resolve the issue. Pete even called back the following Tuesday to make sure we were all set. Quick to respond to an emergency with diligent and courteous follow-up! -
