After what we thought was a clog and after over a week of having 3 plumbers come to our house to tell us we have a major costly plumbing issue, Associated came out and unclogged our sewer line in 30 minutes! We discovered our water heater was leaking and called Associated Plumbing. They quickly sent two of their expert technicians out to evaluate it that same afternoon. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Our water heater was replaced the very next morning and they did a wonderful job. These guys were wonderful!! They were so accommodating; my water heater was in my 3rd floor attic but they were able to diagnose the issue and install a new water heater in about 2 1/2 hours! And then the pricing!!! When my boyfriend looked at the invoice he was shocked at how low the labor cost was! I was about to get a new water heater installed for less than $1800!

Wow... after reading some of these reviews I didnt know what to think... that being said, we needed a plumber and we got more than what we expected (after having read the reviews). These guys who came out were not only very polite and courteous, they where fast to find the problem (no water) and fix the problem. They didnt try to sell a lot of additional work however they did point out a few things for us to keep an eye on (as our bladder tank is kind of out of the way). These guys also charge by the hour and I must say they didnt spend anytime sitting around wasting time. They got there, found the problem and fixed it.I would defiantly recommend these guys!OK so let me add to my experience, so after the initial problem was fixed, I now had some issues with the water pressure fluctuating, I called and they sent someone out to look at / repair that same morning. That night when I got home, I noticed the issue was gone however my pressure was now just consistently low. I called again (at 4:00pm in the afternoon) and they had someone at my house with in the hour. They made a couple of minor adjustment and wala.....I said all that to say this: again, these guys did a good clean job up front, we had some minor issues with the parts installed, but that took complete care and ownership of the issues ad no additional charge.Again, I would completely use / recommend these guys!

Over the weekend of Dec 3-5 I found myself without natural gas for my home heat or hot water due to a mistake made by another company. On Dec 4th Associated Plumbing came to my rescue. They got my heat and hot water back on in quick order. Everyone in this company that I talked with or had any contact with during this problem was very understanding, patient, and kind. I have just recently moved to this area and if these people are any kind of example of the people here; this is going to be a great place to call home.

Our water went out over the weekend and at first we figured the pipes had frozen from the cold or the pump went out. We called Dennys on Monday and they had their service guys out in a matter of a few hours. Steve and Elijah were very professional and had the pump in our well pulled and identified the problem shortly after. A wire had been damaged and they had the issue completely fixed and placed the pump back in the well. Steve and Elijah was communicating with my husband the entire time during the process and explained what had happened to cause the issue and what was needed to repair it. I highly recommend this company in case of an emergency or regular service call.

I hired Assoc Plumbing to replace my well pump which failed. I picked up a replacement pump while awaiting their service call the next day. Day 2 unfortunately the pump was stuck in mud and would not come out pulling by hand. They ran a hose between my house and neighbors to provide some water until repair completed. A crane was brought in day 3 which freed the pump. They made quick work of the swap and found failed tank (secondary) in final testing. A couple of days later returned to replace failed tank returning our system to normal operation.
