    Jose is incredible! We had been having toilet issues in the womens restroom at work for months. The landlord had another company come out weeks ago that just wanted to sell her all new bathroom and kitchen equipment when it wasnt necessary. Well today I actually full on broke the toilet LOL My co-worker reached out to Viking and we had Jose onsite within the hour. He completed the toilet replacement and had an awesome attitude. I will call Jose for any future plumbing needs for sure!! Give the guy a raise!

    Viking Plumbing scheduled me as quickly as they could. They had to work around my planned trip. Dustin arrived on time, looked at the issues, gave me a quote, and fixed the issues with no problems. He was professional and answered all my questions. He did not charge me for a couple of items (easy DIY items).     I tired replacing the drain stopper but ended up unscrewing part of the drain pipes causing water to leak in our crawl space. I contacted Viking Plumbing and they took care of it within 24 hours! They replaced the waste and overflow quickly so we could use our master bath again. Great quality work at a fair price! The first picture is the damage I caused by trying to remove the old drain stopper and put a new one in. The second picture is the repair job Viking Plumbing did!

    After some initial scheduling confusion, they came out first thing the next morning. Cleaned out the main sewer line, gave some helpful maintenance tips, and diagnosed a venting problem while offering several options to address it. Vince was thorough and professional. Everything has been running great since they came out. Definitely recommend.Had them come out again for leaking pipe in my basement. Replaced the old copper section with PEX and replaced two old frozen valves and a leaking hose bib. Tyler was great and we got things fixed before they could cause a lot of damage.Had them come out again to clear a stubborn slow bathroom drain. Dustin snaked it, tested it, snaked it again, and recommended a product to get on Amazon to help with buildup in the old galvanized pipes. As always, great service.

    We used Viking a few years ago for a leak under the house. They were the only place that answered the phone at 5 am and came out right away. So when we had a few projects to do, we didn’t hesitate to call them again! They came out and did a free estimate. They were able to work with my schedule and came out on time. Johnny was great! A simple job of swapping out bathroom faucets got complicated when we found the contractor had mounted the sink so it covered half of the faucet holes! Long story but we tried 3 different faucets to see if they’d work. Johnny finally had to modify one to get it to work. Otherwise I’d be replacing the vanity top! So helpful and friendly!When we had another project pop up a few weeks later, I gave them a call again. Again, scheduling was great, Wyatt was on time and did a terrific job and super friendly!I’ve recommended them and will continue doing that!!

    We had questions about the water softener we had purchased from Viking over a year ago, so they sent a very nice, professional young man to our home to review the setup with my husband and made sure the system was working correctly. They did that service at no charge! Awesome service! That young man deserves a raise!

    Cant say enough about how well Viking Plumbing did on our recent job. We bought an older home on the Bench that ended up needing a full water line / sewer line replacement. Viking provided the best quote for even more work than three other plumbing services we contacted. It ended up being a major excavation spanning 4 days. The team (Johnny & Jeff) arrived on time each morning and worked hard throughout the day, allowing us to finish ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job and walked us through it each step of the project. Suffice it to say, Viking will be our go-to plumbers from here on out.

    A few weeks ago I called in with a slow bathroom leak late in the day. The next morning Tyler with Viking Plumbing arrived, diagnosed the issue and got it repaired in a timely matter. He was very respectful of my property and did a great job. Kept me informed of what was going on as he worked and cleaned up after himself. He made sure I had no questions when he left.     Jeff arrived quickly and got right to work on our issue. It took longer and was more complicated than originally anticipated but he was able to get it done the same day. The cost was very reasonable and we are very appreciative of his work to get our washer hose bib back to working order!

    Absolutely impressed with this company. I called with a leaking pipe and was put on the schedule the next day as it was a slow leak and didnt think it counted as an emergency. The tech, Austin, called to say he was available to come earlier than my appointment if I wanted. He came and surveyed the issue and quoted me a price which I was pleasantly shocked it wasnt the arm and leg I was expecting. He fixed my issue quickly and said to let them know if there was any problems. I would and have recommended Viking plumbing to friends and family.

    I had my kitchen faucet replaced on Friday, then on the following Wednesday, needed my water heater replaced. Both times, they were able to come out within a couple of days. They were polite and professional. They did a great job! I would recommend Viking and would use them again!

    100% satisfied!We have absolutely no doubts in recommending Viking Plumbing. We got a speedy response to toilets and shower backing up unexpectedly. The sewer line was cleared up after doing camera work to discover tree root damage. At this point we realized the sewer pipe did need to be replaced. Ron and Lisa in the office were professional, kind and patient with trying to get this scheduled. Ben and Austin worked tirelessly to remove, replace and move the new sewer pipe. When faced with any problems they worked their way around them quickly and effectively. Both Ben and Austin were professional, on time and worked very hard to achieve the job through to an approved inspection! We were hugely impressed with Lisa who was always on hand to advise and guide us through the process and status. All in all a really happy experience and we are 100% satisfied with the results and would heartily recommend!

    My experience with Viking Plumbing was brief but very pleasant. I could not turn the outside faucet on my house so assumed it was needing some kind of repair. From the first phone call to Viking I was treated warmly. I did have a visit to see what the problem was. To my embarrassment the plumber was able to turn the nozzel the first try!!! I clearly need to work on my upper body strength. I offered a payment for the visit but was turned down. My experience has always been you have to pay for the trip out even if you dont end up needing anything done. I appreciate the gracious response to my crazy plumbing request. I will definitely be call Viking when I do in fact need a plumber. Highly recommend.

    After getting an insanely expensive quote from another company, I thought Id get a second opinion. Im very glad I did, as Viking came out to my house for a free estimate (which ended up being 1/4 the cost of the other guys) and had the work done the same day. The repairs came with a 5 year warranty, which is great. The technicians were honest, friendly, and professional. Would happily recommend Viking to family and friends!

    Ive needed a plumber 3 times in the past 5 years and have used Viking on all 3 occasions. Ive never been disappointed. They responded quickly and solved my problems at very reasonable prices. My most recent need was a leaky shower/tub assembly. Don immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Viking has saved me a boatload of money and headaches in the last 5 years and I strongly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. With any luck youll get Don and his great plumbing prowess as well as superior customer service skills.

    We had a sudden leak that was causing water damage. Steve was our main guy for most of the job, he and his team were awesome! Very professional, showed up every day until it was done, and tested everything thoroughly. The fixtures they installed look great and he gave us some really good advice for future work. First contractors Ive worked with in Boise that show up consistently and do great work.

    So this is the second time I have called Viking plumbing. The first was when I had a leak in my main water line. Their bid was 1000 under other bids. Unfortunately they were booked out a way and I needed the repair done immediately but I made a mental note of it. Well recently our garbage disposal went out and Steve came out to check it out. Managed to reset it and pull out what was obstructing it. And charged me nothing for the quick fix. I appreciate this so much that I just had to leave a review. Ive finally managed to find a plumber in the Boise area I could trust. Hallelujah!

    Weve hired several plumbers to fix a bad kitchen sink clog that was deep in our system. None of them would listen to us about how bad the issue was or where we thought it was in the system. They would just snake the drain and then charge us $200+, and our issue would be back in a week or two. So we were apprehensive to call a plumber. I called around to a few places, and the receptionist at Viking was very nice and listened to our issue. She then sent out a plumber named Ben who also took us seriously. He spent about an hour trying to figure out where the issue was and it ended up being where we suspected. He then spent about two hours tackling what he said was about a foot-long section of a compacted grease clog very deep in our drain. Because he labored to get all the grease out rather than just poke a hole in it, we are confident that our issue is fixed. He also told us that if the issue comes back within 3 months, they will come back out and fix it for free. Oh, and his 3 hours of work only cost us $221. Amazing! We are very impressed with these guys.

    I attempted to change the valve cartridge in my shower. The cartridge would not seat deep enough for the retaining clip to fit. I called Viking and they discovered that the cartridge that I bought was defective. Viking gave me the option of finishing the job myself. Which I was able to do. They drove to my house and spent about 20 minutes accessing the issue. The helped me restore water to my home and the total charge was zero! Great customer service and they have a new customer for life!

    My kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and dishwasher were all not working well. Nothing I tried worked, and in fact I made it worse by trying to fix it myself! One call to Viking and they came out, took a look at it, and immediately knew what to do...and didnt make fun of my mistake.Another time, my shower wouldnt drain, and they not only quickly fixed the problem, THEY LEFT MY TUB CLEAN! I wouldnt have known they were there except that my tub drained perfectly! And when the bill was written up, it was truly the price they advertised and told me on the phone and again before they did the work.Their prices were great. Having a plumbing emergency never comes at a good time. They went the extra mile while sticking to their prices!Also, us girls have to be careful who we call and let into our homes.     We had a plumbing emergency this morning and called Viking Plumbing for help. They said they would send a technician at 10 am. Sure enough the plumbers got here right on time. They tried to fix our problem but it was complicated (septic tank too full, drain pipes not working) and suggested we needed our tank pumped and offered to come back and meet the septic person to figure out the problem. We got a septic company to come right out and Viking plumbing guys came back to work with them. They figured out the problem and gave us good advice about how to deal with this stuff in the future. They were great guys, gave great service and came when they said they would. Id highly recommend this company.

    Jacob came out to fix two diverters that were leaking while the shower was running. He maintained wonderful communication and came out the very same day I called to give a free estimate. He was back the very next day to fix the spouts and wouldnt leave until it was done correctly and to his and my standards. Jacob was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering all that Jacob had to do. I would highly recommend Viking Plumbing Inc., but most importantly I would recommend Jacob.

    Caleb and his crew are top notch! We had them come look at a leak that was in our laundry room coming from our bathroom. They gave an assessment and let us know we had a bigger problem on our hands. I truthfully let them know they were second on coming out to give us a bid. Caleb was so understanding that we had to do our research. The other company got mad that I didnt sign right then and there, needless to say I went with Viking. The other company did let us know like Caleb we had to dig a trench through our yard and our neighbors yard out to the sewer, I was not happy! The difference was the other guys said it had to be done that day, where Caleb bought us some time by snaking out our pipes to give us time to get our finances in order. Coming up with $4,000 on the spot was a bit hard to swallow. That being said their bid was way lower than the other company. I am in the remodeling industry and I know that a low bid doesnt always mean good work, this wasnt the case here, we got the best of both worlds! Tyler was his main lead on our project and stayed late many days to get the job done, he was polite and extremely knowledgable. He made everything easy for us to understand and was all around a great guy! I can not recommend Viking enough. I have told many of my friends. I would always joke telling Caleb I dont ever want to see him again, because that means I have a problem, but if I do I will know I couldnt be in better hands.

    Viking Plumbing did an outstanding job in fixing a complicated sewer problem at my home. Tyler was awesome in both explaining the problem and how he was going to fix it. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly. Everything that was done was outlined so that I could understand the entire process. He left my yard in great shape after having to dig and cut through concrete to get to my pipe. The yard was completely cleaned up and put back together as much as possible after the work was completed. I will definitely use Viking Plumbing for any other plumbing needs I may have, and would definitely recommend Tyler and Viking Plumbing to anyone needing honest, professional, and reasonably priced service.

    Jacob came out. He was courteous and kind. He helped locate the issue that was causing our clogged drain. He also identified some other issues that could be addressed in the future. Before he left I was complaining about a separate issue and he then crawled under our house and found the source of the problem. He gave us a quick solution to resolve and didn’t even charge for it. We are extremely satisfied. Even after spending the time he did - we didn’t find the cost to be exorbitant by any means. They were affordable and really responsive. We called at 10am and they were here by noon.

    Had Don and Austin out for a sewer replacement. At first I wasnt sure because of all the digging these guys had to do, but not only did they save me money in comparison to the other estimates I had, but those hard working guys had all the dirt and pipe cleaned up, my water working, and get this, my grass was even back barely looking like they even dug anything up. Just their honesty and customer service would have me call Viking again, but they went above and beyond and that has no price. Thank you Don and Austin!

    Steve came out and cleaned the valve inside our kitchen faucet, it was clogged with small particles/flakes of rust, as we have an older house and the plumbing is galvanized pipe. The faucet was originally installed incorrectly, he was able to secure it as it should have been in the beginning, and then repaired a leak in the drain from our RO unit. Great customer service!

    Ben came out to fix a leak on my water heater. He was 5 minutes early for the appointment--When does that happen?? He was courteous and he wore shoe coverings and sprayed the area where he worked with bleach. Pricing was extremely fair. I will call Viking if I have future plumbing problems.

    After working around my schedule, Don and Austin diagnosed and fixed a leak in our duplex for such a reasonable price. Not what I was expecting. I appreciate how clean and organized they were, too. Don and Austin worked well as a team and communicated with me when necessary. They also gave a great referral for clean up/restoration and with my insurance, disnt cost me, but my deductable. I will definitely be calling again if I have any other issues.

    HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We had a terrible experience dealing with another local plumber who no called/no showed us for several days. Our house had gone through a flooding situation in our crawl space and after not hearing from the other plumber I called Viking explaining to them our situation and our need to get the plumbing repaired to get the water turned back on in our house. I got a call within an hour from the owner of the company, Caleb, he told me his guys were a few days out but he would come out and do the job himself. Caleb showed up on time and in his personal car, I share that because on his day off he made it a point to put his customer first. Caleb was a down to Earth guy with a very friendly and outgoing personality. Vikings prices were extremely competitive from what I priced. Customer Service goes along way these days and as result Ill be using them in the future as well as recommending Viking to others. Thanks for being prompt and professional!

    An amazing experience and relief to have an expert hand at a moments notice. We moved to Boise last year into our new home and unfortunately our water pipes were frozen. We called our close friend/employer and she recommended Viking Plumbing. After the call, a Jolly bearded fella arrived ready for work.     Jake from Viking Plumbing totally saved our butts today. We called him today just as he was getting out of church, and he came over and replaced a hot water line we had discovered had a hole in it.We had thought we would need to wait for a few days for someone to be available or pay horrific weekend rates. We were amazed to find out neither were true. He came out, changed into something he could work in and got under the house. Now, this has been leaking for a while and we didnt know about it. It had created a sauna like feeling under the house with water dripping everywhere. To say the least, it is a terrible mess.Again, Jake went down there, found the problem, got the right piece and came back and installed it. Even though it was totally miserable down there. We paid about what I was hoping to, during a weekday, let alone on a Sunday.Super professional, amazingly nice. When something like this happens, your anxiety levels go through the roof. He helped my wife and calm down some. He even helped arrange for someone to look at the house (today as well) and start the ball rolling on getting the crawlspace dried and fixed.This day started out miserable, and honestly, Jake made it so much better. Viking couldnt ask for a better person representing their company. We are very happy with the prompt, professional service, good price and quite frankly, the calming attitude.

    After a very non-typical cold snap, had some frozen, ruptured and leaking pipes on a house. Just like so many others in the valley. I started exploring plumbers and Viking had good ratings so gave them a call. They quickly answered and we discovered they were on another job, a block away! So instead of scheduling a day or two later, they fit us into their already crazy schedule! In 10 minutes they were there and did the work quickly and to a high level of worksmanship and quality. My new favorite valley plumbers!

    Cant say enough about Jordan from Viking Plumbing. I bought a small, older home and Jordan came to extend a gas line under the house to accommodate a new gas range. While he was under the house he took note of a few unrelated problems he found - took pictures to show me and explained everything. He wrote out a detailed list of work that should be done in the next year. He was so professional, smart and articulate - a joy to work with. I will definitely be using Viking for the next round of work on my sweet, elderly house.

    Brian, Austin and Don were excellent to work with. We had a lot of work for them to do, and a problem was encountered on part of the work. Instead of sending me to a company that would charge more to fix the problem they gave me a quote to do the work for a far lessor amount. They were easy to work with and did a great job. Thank you.

    Dont ever call anyone else! Completely amazing and completely reasonable! I speak from a lot of experience with and old house (1964). I had a flood 2 years ago and I was lead into Drake. Very expensive. Once I realized I could change my plumber I tried; Drake, RotoRooter, and Express. Drake and Express are overly expensive! RotoRooter is nice, but they kinda scratch their heads at most stuff. The first time I used Viking I think my techs name was Jordan? He was amazing! It was such a breath of fresh air to talk to a human like him, than all of the robots I was sent before! And he was straight to the point. He told me what needed to be done, as well as things that needed my attention in the future... along with an educated guess on cost and ordeals of those upgrades. Today, Don and Austin came to help me with yet another plumbing problem! Exactly the same service, care, and respect!

    My shower wall was pouring water and causing mold. Viking plumbing was able to figure out what was happening, and identified the issue as the shower valve. Within an hour the valve was repaired and I was left with a functioning shower. Definitely my first call next time something goes wrong.

    Jacob came out the same day we had an issue with our laundry room leaking. He wasn’t able to fix it Saturday evening as it was a super old unit but came back Sunday and got the job done.     I highly recommend Viking Plumbing! Ive used their service 2x and each time they came quickly and solved my plumbing issues in timely professional manner which I truly appreciate. I tried to fix these things myself but was unable to resolve. First time was for clogged drains in the house: nothing worked. 2nd time was for outside faucet that burst. WoW!

    Our standpipe was overflowing every time we attempted to do laundry. We called Viking Plumbing to come take a look. Jordan came out and immediately knew where the problem area was and how to fix it. We needed to replace the galvanized steel pipe due to it being an older home and it wasnt the standard 2 diameter. He quoted us two options that were very well-priced. We got a second quote anyway and it wasnt even in Vikings ballpark. Jordan worked fast, efficiently and honestly. We will absolutely call Viking Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Ive never been so happy to do laundry!!

    Shower drain was clogged, called around and the first estimate I got was I could be way under or way over, but Id ballpark guess between $180-$230... No thanks. Then I saw Viking with the flat rate $89 for any drain clear. Called mid-morning on Saturday and Jake got here the same afternoon. Great to work with, got the job done quickly, $89. Top notch! Couldnt have been better. Highly recommend.
