My kitchen sink was clogged. Had used Drano twice and ZEP once. Had the pipes all cleaned inc. the drain pipe up to 15 ft. Was concerned there might be a more serious issue. Called Elite Rooter. Jose H. and Johny came out within hours. They put a rug down outside the front door, put plastic coverings over their shoes, a blanket on the floor where they were working and set their equipment on it to prevent scratching the floor. We discussed the issue. Their equipment would reach to 100 ft. Within 15 minutes the clog was cleared. Jose and Johny were professional, personable, and solved the issue. They cleaned up after themselves, as well. To be able to use my kitchen sink again was such a great relief. If you have a clog that you cannot clear, I would recommend Elite Rooter in a heartbeat. To top it all off, the office staff was pleasant and professional.

Augustin and Miguel from Elite Rooter were very professional, responsive, and efficient in helping us address an urgent plumbing issue. They worked quickly over several days to perform a complicated replacement of 60+ year old cast iron and ceramic pipes that had completely collapsed under our garage. We did not have to dig up the garage foundation which was a tremendous cost and time saving. Best of all, they were very personable and made the entire experience stress free. When the work was done, it was like they had never been here at all. Highly recommend Elite Rooter, especially Augustin and Miguel.

John was very kind and professional. Express plumbing was going to charge me 533 dollars for a clogged toilet. John came and pressure flushed it for free ! and he even put a toilet otter down to make sure it was clear. He gave exactly the kind of service you would want and expect. He knew what he was doing and is not going to swindle you. A real top quality old fashioned personable employee. They just dont make them like John anymore. The ability to get the job done in a timely manner is so nice. To involve the customer in the process and use part from the old sink is a real saving. To listen to me the customer that is huge bonus and to even ask questions that were unclear on the project. Being able to be flexible to change course when I couldnt do the current plan, but chose a different. Elite is just amazing in there work ethic. He clearly did excellent work for all our projects.

My husband and I had an EXCELLENT service today! We woke up to our sink not draining all the way...( I take full responsibility for clogging our kitchen sink with bird food...) so... we had to get a new sink, garbage disposal and pipes REALLY FAST!!!!! The sink looks FANTASTIC!!! TYREE AND ISAIAH went above and beyond for our home. They were professional, kind and educated us on what we bought! I hired a contractor to installed my flooring in the laundry room. So I had to remove the washer and dryer so he can work on the floor. I shut the main water valve from the city into the house. I removed the washer and dryer and notice the valve to the washer was still leaking a little bit. So, I decided to call Elite Rooter and they showed fast and promptly. When entering the house, the Tech James Owners did an outstanding job. It was not a little job, when I moved into the house apparently the valves for the washer were not up to code. He (James Owens) put booties on his shoes so he won’t get the house dirty. Also James ask me permission to come into the house. James had his hand full, but go it done in a timely manner. Also, talk to Dennis Green and he gave me a fair estimate especially with the economy and inflation going on in the world. Yes I would hire this company again.

The scheduler who answered the phone was polite and professional and gave me an appointment the same morning. Within 10 minutes Andrew called to give me an arrival time and was even a few minutes early when he got here along with Dennis.Andrew was very personable and also made sure my floor was protected and that no mess was left behind. He did a great job and I couldnt be happier.Dennis was also friendly and gave me suggestions on preventative measures but was not pushy and was respectful of my decisions.I highly recommend Elite Rooter and believe them to be an honest business no pressure plumbing contractor.

They were able to be at my home in 3 hours evaluate the damage make suggestions to have it fixed. Very patient professional. Their company provides billing assistance and I’ll be needing to have my clay sewer lines replaced. Not happy to be paying so much but to have financial aid to do it, no words to say what a relief it is

We had a sump pump fail on Friday of Labor Day weekend, a day before guests were arriving to stay. I called Elite Rooter, after making a few calls to recommended plumbers that never returned my call. Elite answered the phone immediately, and was able to get me on the schedule for later that day. The problem was diagnosed, a new pump tracked down and installed the next day (on a Saturday btw) by 11:00 am! The team was professional, on time, clean and courteous throughout the job. James came out to pull the damn toy out of the toilet pipe today, he was in and out in about 45 minutes, and after having to take the toilet completely off to get the toy out, he put everything back where it was and it all looks and works great!! I gotta say it was the most expensive 45 minutes Ive ever paid for, but he and his assistant Denny did a great job they were so friendly, and up front about the cost, so at least I wasnt blindsided by the price!

Fantastic experience! Showed up within an hour and a half (even for a non-emergency situation) of my calling the office. The team was very clean, respectful, and was clearly dedicated to solving what was a puzzling and unique issue left behind by the previous homeowners. Overall, it was tremendous working with them and they will be my first call should I have any plumbing needs in the future.*Update*Ray and Mike came back out today to follow up and repair what has become a fluky recurring issue with my house (no fault of theirs whatsoever). It was cold and rainy and the equipment was giving them some difficulty but they stuck with it until the job was done and done right. As always, theyre responsive, friendly, timely, clean and dependable. Im a tradesman who works on my own stuff whenever possible but Elite is my first call for any plumbing issues. Couldnt be happier with the service and will absolutely be using them and referring them without hesitation in the future.

Tyler and Dennis did an amazing job for me. My sewer line was backing up and they cleared the line and showed me what caused the problem, it was tree roots. They had a camera with live video to show me what had happend. They exsplained what needed to be done so it doesnt happen again and marked the spot outside. Absolutely amazing service from Dennis and Isaiah. I had called Roto-Rooter earlier in the day and they were unable to complete the repair. This company worked tirelessly to remove all damaged equipment and building and traveled to another state to acquire motors and pump replacements as they were not available here. Highly skilled staff that worked many days and evenings along with weekends to restore irrigation water to our subdivision. They were customer oriented and kept us informed of their progress. While I had hopes that my project would be the inexpensive drain clearing that qualified under the offer--it turned out to be much more complicated. I was very impressed with how quickly the company got in touch with me and the urgency with which they scheduled their visit. While it turned out not to be something that could be done at the first visit, they were extremely meticulous about putting down brown paper to protect my hallway and carpet, which is a professional touch. They covered their shoes with protective booties, and returned early the next morning to finish the job. While it ended up costing much more than I anticipated that appeared to be the scope of the work being much broader than the simple kitchen-drain issue that I thought I had. They also cleared out the line from the washing machine, which has posed problems a few times though it has been a year or so since it did though there were definitely signs of an issue there, too. Each of the three fellows who were here were very professional and courteous and seemed very eager to share information and their findings, including showing me what they were seeing on the camera. I was impressed that one of the fellows was a General Contractor (GC) who had considerable knowledge and was able to explain things clearly.So, sticker shock? Yes, though I felt that they kept me apprised of their progress and findings along the way so I felt they did a great job at substantiating their work. I also appreciated that they they cleaned up after the project was done instead of leaving an unsightly mess--which was a very nice touch. Being punctual was a great start though the thorough nature of their communications and follow-through also was a big help. I felt that they truly did what they could to keep the project scope and charges down as much as possible even though the project ended up being bigger. They offer a senior discount that was also appreciated, as well!

Andrew and Kenny were prompt and super professional! When many other plumbing companies were overbooked, Elite Rooter was able to get a team out to us within a few hours. Every interaction was courteous and they took extra special care of our property — wearing shoe coverings and laying down paper, cleaning every surface after they finished. Just great folks too, nice to talk to. They replaced a portion of our pipe, fixed our clog issues and hydro-jetted our system. 5 stars, would definitely recommend.

I had Dennis Green snd James Owens at my home Monday September 12th to fix a clog that has caused me problems for years. These gentlemen took pictures, showed me what needed to be replaced, showed me camera in the pipes, and everything they did was so good. My home is old so I have old galvanized piping and James replaced the old pipe. James did not leave on Monday night until everything was working. I am so relieved to have this finally fixed correctly. Dennis and James were really great to deal with, very honest, showed me proof of what needed to be done and then they fixed everything. Elite plumbing also offered really good no interest financing. I would happily recommend Elite plumbing to fix any repair.

Our subdivision here in Middleton is dealing with the rebuilding of our community irrigation pumps and pumphouse that was destroyed by fire in February.Elite Rooter is the company that came to the rescue!They are working to get new pumps, but due to supply chain issues, they will be delayed. In the meantime, they have managed to get one of the two very badly damaged pumps working!My personal experience with Denny Green, the District Manager for Elite, has been stellar and is as follows:While the one working pump has been turned off for a few hours yesterday, I took the opportunity to make some repairs to my own irrigation connections, Denny was in timely contact with me so I could complete my work BEFORE the main lines are pressurized again.Ive been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and genuine concern and care that all went, and will continue to go well!If I do happen to have need of plumbing services for my home, Denny has nixed any chance of me calling any service OTHER than Elite!Thanks again, Denny!
