Called Master Plumbing Christmas eve morning with a leaking kitchen sink following a lengthy hospital stay. The response time was fast. Found out the disposal was leaking. Everything was on the truck to quickly make the repairs at a very fair rate allowing us to enjoy the holiday.

I run a large hotel so when we have a plumbing issue we need it taken care of ASAP and Master Plumbing did just that!! We had received a quote from another company who literally tried to tell us it would be almost $10,000 to fix our issue plus they told us there were other things wrong that needed fixed right away that turned out to be untrue! Master Plumbing fixed all of our issues for under $2,000!! They were truthful in their quote and were able to get out to us within a couple days of us accepting their quote. Jeff was amazing! He was fast, efficient and very personable and had great customer service! I highly recommend Master Plumbing. They will definitely be our go-to if we ever have any other issues!

I got a referral from ABC Plumbing to call Master to pump and clean out a lift station in my backyard. Anthony notified me that he was on his way and showed up shortly after. We reviewed. the cost for the pump and clean out and then he got to work. The lift station isnt very large so the process went smoothly and quickly. In the end, Anthony ending up charging me an hourly rate and gallons pumped instead of the flat rate, because it saved me a little money! My station isnt as large as what they normally take care of, so it was very considerate of him/the company to acknowledge that and adjust the price accordingly without me even having to ask.He was friendly, answered all my questions, and was efficient. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Our irrigation line needed prompt attention to a underground line that was backing up water, and causing flooding in a residence. The Master Rooter Service from Master Plumbing answered our call and an agreed time and place was acceptable.The Hydro-Truck arrived early and the Service Technician was able to solve our problem quickly by removing a large root ball.Frank Gawith was helpful and listened to our concerns, he was a pleasurer to work with. Also the equipment seemed well maintained and worked as prescribed. He was able to clean one segment of our lateral pipe for about 550 feet and also a shorter segment. We will use this company again as we have in the past.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we were referred to Master Plumbing. The initial phone call to make an appointment was answered by a kind woman who was able to get a technician appointment for us that afternoon. Emails and text messages were sent with a picture and bio of our technician Travis . Travis contacted us before the appointment because he was able to come earlier. That was definitely a surprise, how often does a technician show up earlier than expected. Travis was kind , professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and personable. We were given upfront pricing and he was able to unclog the drain quickly. (The clogged drain was 18ft down the pipe ) Any of the pipes he took apart were put back together and he checked for leaks. Will definitely use Master Plumbing again and we highly recommend this company.

Had a sewer blockage which couldnt be fully resolved after two visits within a week by a local contractor weve used previously who then recommended Master Plumbing and their jetter equipment as the ultimate solution. I called Master Plumbing soon thereafter who offered to send someone out that very afternoon! How rare is that kind of customer service? Because we had a prior commitment, we opted for between 8A-10A the following morning. By 7:30A the following morning, wed already received a text they were enroute! At about 8AM, their technician Adam Schade texted he was just 5 minutes out! Talk about punctual! Adam couldnt have been more polite and respectful and listened fully as I explained the history and peculiarities of our 115-year-old sewer system! Adam spent two and a half hours, both jetting and imaging our 150+ sewer line until he knew things were running correctly. All along the way, he explained what he was doing and what he encountered. When finished, Adam offered both interim and permanent solutions to consider should problems reoccur in the future. We couldnt be happier with the service and respectfulness accorded us by Adam and Master Plumbing! You can bet well be calling them first the next time we need plumbing service!

I cannot recommend Master Plumbing enough for everything plumbing related! I have called on this company several times during a remodel of my old house and each time they have always done an excellent job. Austin has essentially rebuilt all of the plumbing in my old 1940s home from re-piping the entire house to replacing the cast iron stack.. all single-handedly and without any issues! He has always been responsive and on time, plus the work he has done in my house has been stellar from the ground up. The old piping in my house has always been something of an issue for me, and since Austin has come in and fixed everything, I have peace of mind knowing that everything is good to go for years to come. Hes been extremely helpful and knowledgeable each time I have called him out for a job, quote, or any questions on my house. Theres no reason for me to even think of reaching out to any other plumbing company because Master Plumbing has it covered. From perfect service to fair prices, you cant get any better!

On monday August 4th I called Master Plumbers concerning the replacement of washer faucets in our laundry. We scheduled an appoint for the following day at 3 pm.Jim Lyman was our service tech. I received a call around 2 saying he was running ahead of schedule and was it OK to arrive early. Yeah!!! Jim arrived and didnt mind my barking dogs. Informed me he would need to cut into the drywall to access the pipes and gave me an estimate. He extended and repositioned the faucets and was done by 3 when he was supposed to arrive. We contact the office and the lady we talked with was professional, helpful and kind. She set up the appointment for us without any problems.When Phil arrived he took a look at our spare bathroom floor where it looked as if we had a leak. Phil checked the toilet, no leaks, he then checked under the sink and could not find a leak. He determined that since we had our adult children visiting with us a week earlier that they could have put a large amount of water on the floor while taking a shower. He recommended that we watch for any further signs of the floor changing color.Our entire relationship with the office and Phil was A plus and we will recommend your company anytime. I called Master Plumbing early morning for an emergency faucet repair, I had to shut the main water valve off so water wouldnt keep running. I was told I would be helped that afternoon much to my relief which was great to hear these days instead having someone tell they cant help for days. Robert Long was the technician who came to do the repairs and he came within the time window promised. Robert was very professional and courteous and explained the problem and had the water turned back on quickly. I would recommend Master Plumbing to anyone and will call them again should the need arise.

I’ve used the Twin Falls office multiple times including a slab plumbing inspection during home purchase, a water heater replacement, and a leaking shut off valve replacement. We just had them come out to do a full shower and tub install that required a lot of pipe updating and they have yet to disappoint me.We did have a hiccup in the scheduling of this big job, a miscommunication with new staff, but the manager, Grant, worked hard to get us rescheduled in a time frame I could live with, even though they were booked out much further.We keep coming back because the plumbers are honestly the best, they have been incredible - I sincerely trust Robert and Wyatt! We will continue to use these guys!

Dont leave much reviews, but these guys are special. Called earlier Monday morning and the receptionist was able to move things around and send a tech over within an hour! Beyond that, the tech arrived on time and informed us that the issue was due to failed appliance and not plumbing related. Got the invoice from them later that day and the total charge was $0. You just dont find good and honest people like this anymore! We will be referring others to Master Plumbing! Keep up the good work!
