I rarely leave reviews, but feel compelled to for Kevin Bell at Boise Drain Service. We had to have emergency service from another plumber to open a sewer line with roots, but we still had some blockage. I called Kevin and he was transparent with his pricing and came out to jet the line and finish the job. Based on the sewer camera work he did, Kevin figured out (when other plumbers did not) that the blockage is on the City of Boise side of the property line. The City confirmed that and will fix the problem and I can submit a claim on the original emergency fix since that was the City problem. Kevin not only has very reasonable prices, but saved me a bunch of money as well!

He was responsive to my request, able to come earlier than expected to help, efficient and knowledgeable with his work, and professional from start to finish. Kevin is a true professional who provided amazing service. We had a tricky sewer issue that a previous plumber was unable to solve. Fantastic experience today. We were in a big bind with our kitchen drain. Kevin was at our house within an hour and fixed the issue quickly. Kevin arrived today to help us with taking out our old dishwasher and putting the new one in. He was great at letting me know he was on his way; I live close to BSU so parking is tricky around our place, which gave me time to move my car out of the driveway . He also was understanding that in our small house it appeared like I was hovering, but just had no where else to go.Gladly recommend him to others, in fact already did give his info to a coworker.

Kevin with Boise Drain was fantastic to work with! My good friends got told by another plumber they had to replace their entire water heater & it was going to cost them thousands of dollars. As the water heater was only a couple years old we knew that didnt sound right. Thankfully, Kevin came to the rescue with a second opinion and was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. Boise Drain is my go-to plumber for the Treasure Valley!

Highly recommend! This is the second time weve used Boise Drain Service for basement washing machine drain pipe clog. First business we had out tried to upsell us and left a mess behind. Kevin was quick to respond then and assured us we didnt need any extra work. This time around, we called early, he kept in touch all day regarding ETA (which ended up being early evening), and then ended up discounting the work because it wasnt a lengthy pipe problem. Great service!
