    My first time using Master Plummer and I will be using them forevermore. Super nice and helpful on the phone, had a next day appointment available, Jeff showed up on time and he was awesome! Efficient, personable, funny and an all around delight! He even helped me move all my Christmas boxes so he could get into the crawl space, and he discovered where my water shutoff was INSIDE my house! I had NO IDEA after living here for 20 years! I’m so excited.Thank you guys for being so impressive…hopefully I don’t need you again anytime soon, but I will be calling you back when I do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Adam was awesome today in helping resolving a drainage issue. Not only did he fix it, he diagnosed it, showed me the results, and put a plan in place for a future permanent repair. Incredibly easy to work with and lots of knowledge. I am DIYer for the most part, but I am SO GLAD he came out solved a major headache that was way out of my reach. Loved the honesty too.     Master Plumbing is our go-to plumber! We have multiple properties in the valley and unfortunately have experienced some major plumbing issues.     I called because I was trying to remove a Moen shower cartridge that had been in since 1976. Tried for 2 days. Called Master Plumber, and got a same day appointment for 2pm. Then at 11am the technician, Jim Lyman called and was in the area. Jim explained the charge before proceeding. He got it and checked for leaks. From the first phone call to the office to Jim Lyman doing the work, they were professional and caring. I highly recommend Master Plumbing.

Jon was kind and has my garbage disposal replaced quickly after showing me a video of the issue with my current one. Quotes were simple and direct, including disposal and labor.     Adam showed up Saturday morning at 8 and worked till noon. He discovered two large root clumps in the main line and removed them. Then told us how we could prevent further issues.     Jeff McCullough was the man! He quickly diagnosed the leak in our crawl space and also examined the pipe that lead to the T joint where the leak was coming from along with the main line ball valve, took pictures of everything and showed it to me. The section of pipe was old and brittle and our ball valve was corroded and he recommended to replace these parts to prevent future leaks/problems. The option was completely up to me and there was no pressure. I elected to do the full replacement which I’m glad I did! He also gave recommendations on how to dry out the area where the leak was. He was very polite, professional, gave off a great positive vibe and completed the job quickly. Any future plumbing issues we have, we will be calling Master Plumbing!

    The experience was easier than I thought. I called, the receptionist Kyann was kind, professional, courteous and listened. She dispatched someone out with-in two hours.Adam was my technition and he was a non-smoker, wore booties over his shoes, made sure to listen and allow me to explain what was going on in the kitchen sinks, master shower and faucet in the guest bathroom. He then checked these areas and I found him to be knowledgable. He gave me an estimate; it was easy to understand and everything was written in plain english so to speak. I knew exactly what he was doing and what I would be paying. He arrived the next morning, fixed the items that needed to be repaired and was professional and knowledgable. Although it has only been a few days, I havent so far experienced any of the multiple problems I was, so I assume he fixed them correctly. There is a warranty on the items he fixed so that adds piece of mind. Although they do try to sell you things like drain cleaner and membership plans, I didnt feel pressured to to buy them. I declined and he was perfectly professional about me doing so, which was a big relief.I like the fact I received a text both times from the company with Adams picture and a little about him, so I knew who he was before he came into my home. I liked Adams friendly and professional demeanor and felt confident and comfortable having him in my home to do the work. I would use this company again.

    Master Plumber is so good to work with. So professional, so good at analyzing problems, and so good at delivering solutions that work. And, very reasonably priced. I am an irrigation lateral manager and they have been very helpful to me over the years in my work to attempt to solve old ditch problems (roots, clogs and silt). Worked a lot with Mark and Helmet and they are super good at what they do. I highly recommend Master Plumber

    12/28/23–Hunter did a great job for us today. We have Master Rooter Plumbing come over once or twice per year. Today Hunter replaced the inner part of our toilet tank since it was continually running. It is fixed & perfectly quiet again. Thank you.I appreciate Master Rooter for being professional & reliable. We were lucky enough to meet Jim about 10 years ago when his brother was remodeling our home. Jim has literally done most of the plumbing in our home. Jim has replaced three toilets, a bathtub, & a shower. He has also replaced our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, & water heater. Now he & other plumbers at Master Rooter continue to be very helpful with usual maintenance issues.

Before the technician arrived I was provided with his photo so I was aware of who was coming to my house. Jim was very professional and cleared the drain in no time flat.     Doug Shaw is a delightful and courteous young man. A new valve was needed for my 40 year old faucet. I found one that fit, but the escutcheon and handle did not fit. We compromised and I have a temporary fix and the water is back on. I will do some research to see if I can resolve the fit problem. If I need more help, I will call. The neighbors on my street share good tradesmen, and we now have a great plumber. Thanks so much Master Plumbing.

    Brad Smith pumped a septic tank for us and he was very friendly and polite. He did a very good job. He power washed the inside of the tank because it was quite bad to make sure it was empty. Very good person and takes pride in his work. Would request him if we ever need it done again.

    Jim Colburn fixed a leak in our master shower and did a fantastic job!! He contacted my husband when he was on his way to our house as we requested, to be sure we could be available to meet him.     We use Master Pluming for both of our Big O Tires locations. I have tried others in a pinch but always try them first. They have done everything from full line replacement to unclogging drains for us. They are by far the best. Always show up on time and their pricing is straight forward. They are by far the best we have used and are our go to for everything pluming related. You can not go wrong with them…period.

    Jim Colburn came to my house yesterday to check a hose bib in front. Checked it out only to find it needed to be replaced. He went over everything with me and explained what had happened.He then proceeded to replace the bib and was very efficient in doing so.     Master Plumbing is the best in the business. I cant begin to describe how valuable the crew has been to us and our business. We have experienced several significant plumbing issues as of late. Upon calling around for plumbers, we were continuously told that a tech wouldnt be available for 4-5 days. We contacted Master and even though they have full bookings, they always find a way to provide someone the day of to help resolve any issue. There is no way these guys are getting any sleep! That said, whether you have a major plumbing issue or a basic repair/replace, Master is responsive, accurate, fair priced, super consistent, and has undoubtedly saved our business thousands of dollars in closure avoidance and quality work.     Late Sunday afternoon, 5/5/19, my kitchen sinks, including the garbage disposal, backed up. I discovered Master Plumbing on the internet. Their site was professional yet friendly, offered the information most people would look for and had 126 excellent reviews! I called them Monday morning and had a plumber, Austin, at my home by 10:30 am. I recognized him from the picture Master Plumbing sent. I have never seen a company do this and I appreciate the security. Austin was efficient, more than capable and had my problem solved in about 20 minutes. I then explained a shower in my basement bathroom would not turn on and asked if they did that type of work. Austin took a quick look and had the shower running just like new as well as the sink that was spraying sideways in about 5-10 minutes. No charge for this additional work!     Technician Justin Mestaz did an outdoor hose faucet replacement for us, and restored our service.
