    Rick came shortly after my call about a water heater problem. He tried replacing the thermocouple but that didnt work so made arrangements for a new one the next day. He arrived ahead of schedule with the new heater. After a few minor difficulties, he got it installed and checked everything including all of the faucets. Thanks Rick for prompt service and doing a good job! P.S. I never give 5 stars!

    I had a water leak emergency and I called two other companies but they would not help me because I was in a rental, I was not able to reach the Property management and if it is on weekend they have told me to go ahead and do the work and they would reimburse me. The other two companies were not willing to help me even though I told them I would pay for the work. I was starting to panic so I tried Knight plumbing and they were out within the hour. Rick was absolutely awesome and got things under control and even went above and beyond putting in my faucet and garbage disposal. Rick you are a rock star. I highly recommend Knight Plumbing. Thank you so much.

    We had a broken pipe on our shower and when I called Knights Plumbing they called me back the same day. Heather was awesome and informative. And between Micheal and Rick, they both kept us appraised of what they found and the process that was taking place. and was very cordial of coming in and out of the house. we will definitely be calling Knights Plumbing if we have any more issues. thank you, guys.

    We had a sewage backup at 8 pm at night.I called three different plumbers who claimed to be open 24 hours for emergency plumbing - two did not answer. The last one had the technician call me who said his equipment was not working and he could not make it in.My fourth call was to Knight Plumbing and they had amazing customer service and had a technician out in an hour.I strongly recommend Knight Plumbing.

    I apologize because I cant remember his name very well I believe his name was Daniel or Thomas, Im not sure if one is his last name. He was absolutely amazing! He came very soon and got everything we needed with our septic system done. We are actually going to be doing more business with them later this week as well. He was very honest and transparent and really made an effort to make sure we understood everything issue and aspect of our system. He made sure we were taken care of very well. Thank you!!!

    I was in a panic as a new home owner when my shower, my toilet, and everything in my bathroom started backing up with sewage. I called Knight plumbing and got Heather. She was able too calm me down and got someone out within the hour, they also helped clean up the mess! I don’t know what I would have done without Heather and Knight plumbing! She also hooked me up with 10% off as a first time customer, on top of a price that wasn’t even that bad!! I will only be calling Knight from here on out for all my plumbing needs!!!

    Thanks for coming out same day to do a routine septic tank pump! Now we dont have to rent a porta potty for my sons graduation party!And we should not have to worry about it backing up!!     This was a great service when u have issues after business hours they sent someone fairly quickly and the plumber named David was awesome. Very knowlegable, friendly, and did a great job with our emergency situation came Friday evening it was late so he capped off part of pipes where it was leaking came back next day to finish didnt take him long and he had no problem answering our questions. Price was fair. $500 after hour.

    We made the call for a clog in our kitchen In our rental unit. They told Yes they would be there with a two hour window. They showed up at the very beginning of The window. Is very fast response time. Jacob was our tech and took care of our clog and pointed out an issue that we elected to fix being that the clog problem was an on going issue. I will use them again. Very pleasant to deal wih. Dont really know about the price but you get what you pay for

    Knight Plumbing was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our sewer system. In under 36 hours they were able to get things flowing again so that we could use our house.     These guys were phenomenal. I’ve used several companies throughout the treasure valley and these guys really came through. Prompt, professional, respectful of our home. They showed up in less than an hour on a weekend call. Riley was very knowledgeable and explained our problem clearly then gave me options to address my sump pump problem. I’m putting them at the top of the call list next time I have any plumbing needs moving forward.

    Cant say enough good things about this company! We had a main line water leak that another plumber had tried to patch and didnt tell us that he thought it would fail. They came out as soon as I called on a Friday, gave us a bid significantly less than the other plumber and shifted their work schedule to get it done on Monday, so that we wouldnt be without water longer than necessary. They were HONEST! professional, caring and full of integrity. I felt like they really wanted to take care of me and do the right thing. I will refer them to everyone I know.     Knight Plumbing was called by my property manager because they had worked for him before. It has been 11 day without water pressure trying to find someone. It was a big job that required an excavator. They had to rebuild my line, filled in the hole and packed it as they filled it. Thanks to Tim, Joey and Tristin I now have excellent water pressure. It took them one day. I highly recommend them and Knight Plumbing. They were thorough and professional.

    My main water line recently started to leak and I had to have my water turned off on a Saturday. I was able to get 3 quotes for my issue, one of them being from Mike at knight plumbing. I decided to go with knight plumbing because he was honest and didnt try and push me into replacing the whole water line like the other companies wanted to do. The prices are fair and I never felt like I was being over charged... His price was less than half of what Mr. Rooter wanted to charge me for the repair. I was able to get the leak fixed and water turned back on the next day. Great service and great pricing. I would highly recommend this company.

    After having another company come to my house 3 times in the last 3 years for the same issue I called Knight Plumbing. They were knowledgeable, fast, and worked directly with the city and my insurance company on my problem. They were able to identify the problem easily and fixed it quickly. It involved digging 7 down in my front yard which they did without even making a mess and my grass isnt destroyed! I got home and could hardly tell they had been there aside from my issue being completely fixed. The guys were courteous and professional and knew what they were doing. The other company was never even able to identify the real problem, nevermind fix it and work with the city and insurance. I highly recommend Knight Plumbing!

    Hats off to Tristan and Joeys professional work and GREAT communication regarding each step of the repair process for a broken water line. They checked and double checked lines, meters, and made sure that all water lines into my home were operating properly after the repair. Thank you Tristan and Joey and Knight Plumbing in Eagle.ALSO, a huge thank you to Shawn and Tony who came out today after a water line was repaired in our condo area to flush out the debris accumulated in the bathroom lines, had no cold water, only hot and they took care of it with professionalism and humor!     The gentlemen came out to my home on schedule! They found the problems; fixed the issues in record time; i have had no more issues since they fixed ALL my issues! the price of the repair was exceptionally better than the competition! They need to expand to more areas of Idaho because thats just how phenomenal they are at what they do.     So great full for knight plumbing, called many places to come look at my water heater but they wanted me to pay them for just coming out and looking! Even tried explaining what was going on but they still wanted to come look aka they just wanted my money! Knight plumbing listened then came out looked at what was wrong for free, informed me of how much it would be way before even doing anything! Any questions I had they answered and didnt look at me like I was dumb! Best part is they came not long after I called on a Saturday in the middle of the night, so glad they did if they didnt I would of had to spend more money getting a new water heater and proably would of had a flood in my crawl!     Had Chris come out to assess a leak, turned out leak was on the outside of the house in the sprinkler system, spraying through a foundation vent. Knight Plumbing uses professional time tracking and SMS notifications to keep you in the loop, I knew precisely when he was dispatched in my direction. Chris had good recommendations on local experts to fix my problem, and was all around a nice guy.

    These people are great, honest and very understanding. They go the extra mile to take care of you. I needed some help for our Daughter because I live to far away to come help her, and they did just what they said they would do, they came at the time they said they would and they solved the problem and were very fair with the charge. I would recommend them to everyone, they are honest, and that means a lot these days. I would give them more than a 5 star rating, but that is as high as the rating goes. I thank them for all they did for me and for her.

    They were very expensive but very good. I had no water in my house when I got back from Arizona for Christmas. They came right out, gave me a bid and came the next day. They stayed on the job in freezing cold until the job was done. The main water line between the house and street had ruptured. I was amazed that they stayed on the job the first night in bitter cold weather trying to get water to my house before they left. They couldn’t but they tried. They got water to the house the next day

    When my well pump went out late on a Saturday evening and the local Home Depot and Lowes were closed I called the first 24 hr Plummer that showed up in my search engine just looking for a part to fix it. At first I was told they couldnt help me that because they didnt have the part either. Then approximately 5 minutes later I got a phone call from the owner and he said he had the part in his garage and if I drove to his house he would just give it to me. The part worked great and I was able to get my pump running in the middle of the night. Its good to know there are still genuine GOOD people out there. Highly Recommend.

    We have had Knight Plumbing out for several smaller repairs, this time was the first major repair and we could not be happier.
