I cant recommend these guys enough! I recently had an issue with my tub spout that wouldn’t turn off. After calling another plumber who quoted me $700-$1600 within just five minutes of looking at it, I decided to get a second opinion. As a first-time homeowner, I wanted to be sure. I remembered this company because of their bright, colorful trucks around town and gave them a call.They took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and discovered it was something minor, fixing it for under $200. Their honesty and quality of service really stood out. A big thank you to Zach and Brook for your excellent work—I’ll definitely be using them for any future needs!

Most recently Jeff, Brook, Eric and Dewey had to replace our guest toilet which involved trenching through our garage cement floor and connecting plumbing to existing line. Their work was exemplary.

Truly cannot say enough about this company. They are incredible. They have been by my side since I bought my tiny 100 year old home five years ago and have carefully, competently, and thoughtfully solved many problems for me over the years, including issues with an old, poorly installed bathroom and collapsed sewer line. In addition to this, I recently had my bathroom remodeled by a different company and unfortunately found out after the fact that it was done improperly and many aspects of it were not up to code. Jeff has walked me through every step of the way in getting this solved and has been an incredible source of expertise, not to mention emotional support, all the while not charging me a single penny. They truly feel like advocates for my historic home and I trust them completely. Forever grateful that I chose to call them five years ago for my first ever plumbing issue as a home owner! I will never, ever take my business elsewhere.

Very pleased with the whole team at Hyde Park Plumbing. My sewer line failed in my 1890 house, they came over and fixed it within a week. Before they replaced the sewer line they got me up and running after several other plumbers tried. Professional, nice people to have around. And a lifetime guarantee on my sewer line. They also suggested a disaster clean up company and a renovation company for the damages. Even though they dug up my yard, you would never know! Thank you, so glad to have a new sewer line!

These guys are great! Ive called them multiple times with emergencies and they are always responsive and have been over in short order to fix the issue. We had a bigger job in the back yard last year (roots growing through a pipe) and they needed to be in and out of the house. My wife was comfortable being here alone with the crew and we ended up leaving them to work for multiple hours without any concerns. The work has been solid and we havent had to have anything re-done. Really cant recommend them highly enough!

The plumbers at Hyde Park saved the day. When the toilets backed up at our house our home warranty company sent a plumber out from a different company to “take care of it”. He wiggled a stick around our sewer line and let us know it was all better. It wasn’t. He came out again and gave it a good wiggle and declared it fixed again. It still wasn’t. After 3 days of not having use of our sewer line (toilets, showers, sinks) we gave up on the other plumber and started calling around. Since it was a weekend we weren’t having much luck. When I got in touch with Hyde Park, Jeff and his crew came out on their day off and replaced the entire sewer line without completely destroying our yard. Our house is old and roots had filled the line. I’m so thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond to get us back to being able to use our plumbing.

The guys at Hyde Park Plumbing are attentive, polite, clean, and incredibly responsive to requests. Brook has done a lot of work in my home, installing toilets, fixing a kitchen sink issue, installing a P trap for our AC unit, and he even responded to a middle-of-the-night pipe bursting. He has made it so Hyde Park has become the only plumbers that all the neighbors call! We’ve worked with the other gents at Hyde park and they are all the same in manner and work ethic. Bottom line, hire Hyde Park.

We discovered the water main to my house broke on Monday late afternoon my plumber recommended Hyde Park the took an after hour call and arranged to meet at 9 am the next day. By end of day Tuesday we had all utilities identified and Wednesday first thing a 3 man team arrived and began work. Water was back on by 2 pm Thursday! The crew was polite, responsive texting to keep me updated, careful even with all the digging and clean in my house to access crawl space even as muddy as they all got! Very happy and relieved to have this resolved and would highly recommend them but honestly hope I won’t need them any time soon! Thanks Brook and crew!
