We had an issue with a new washer not draining in the basement. We called Roto-Rooter and they were upfront with the pricing and got a tech for us. Matt showed up quickly and was able to get the drain unclogged within 20 minutes! He was very professional and wonderful to work with! He was also careful of the new appliances. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we will definitely be using them!

My experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent all around. They were able not only to dispatch someone to my house only an hour after I called, but diagnose the non-plumbing cause of my water problem (a malfunctioning valve in the refrigerator). From cleanup to followup to insurance matters, Roto-Rooter showed their experience and professionalism throughout the entire process. They even gave me a recommendation for a related contracting job and put up with my nosy, annoying dog! I hope I don!t need them again, but I’m glad they’ll be there if I do.

The guys at Roto rooter were amazing. The worked very efficiently and did a good job at making sure everything was completely dry before removing the Air Scrubber and dehumidifiers. They were also really good at keeping me updated and even did a follow up after all of the equipment was taken out of the house.

When I had a shower leak there were many options to choose from to have someone come out and look at it. I chose Roto Rooter, because they were close to my house and had a high rating. Boy, am I glad I chose them! What I thought was a simple valve problem turned out to be a full blown insurance claim. The water was leaking in between my walls unbeknownst to me. They had a water mitigation guy come out to make sure I didn’t have water damage initially. They said it was free of charge. I thought maybe they were having a slow day, and he needed something to do so I agreed. Well he took moisture readings and went in my crawl space, and sure enough water had been leaking in between my walls. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I was in shock. I thought the leaky faucet would have been fixed that afternoon. How wrong I was. I had no idea what to do, but Brody walked me through everything and even called my insurance for me. Then I met Monica over the phone and she was so nice and professional. She was always assisting me about any questions that I had. Pretty soon she was on my speed dial. Lol! The people that came out to do the demo did a fantastic job with the tear out and cleaning up after themselves.When I brought to their attention that they damaged my floor accidentally they actually fixed it at no charge to me. Not every company would do that, and they owned up to their mistake which I am so grateful for. The plumbers did a beautiful job putting my bathroom back together. I am beyond thrilled with how everything turned out, and I am so happy I chose Roto Rooter!

I had an emergency at my property one Saturday and from me calling at 8am they were there within the hour fixing the blockage.Jeff & Juan jumping on the phone with me before working, showed pictures of the blockage and ran me through what happened.If there was an option to give 10 stars I would. Kitchen drain clogged and backed up into the laundry room Wednesday night. Early Thursday morning (as scheduled online) a Roto Rooter inspector was at the door to check how bad the issue was, went down in the crawl space and found it was not a major problem.Ethan came out shortly after, cleared the clog in the drain line, and everything is back to normal.Easy to schedule, they arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. PHENOMENAL service. I came downstairs at 7AM to find my water heater had flooded in my garage. I called two places using emergency after-hours numbers and was turned away before I called Roto Rooter and they said they would get a team out immediately.They will be my FIRST call going forward! Their dispatch was empathetic and detailed. She was great with updates, telling me exactly what she was going to do and when the servicemen were close to my house. I received two calls from her throughout the day to give me updates which I was impressed by. Roto Rooter dispatched not only a water technician to inspect damage to my home and get fans and dehumidifiers going asap, but also the plumber needed to replace my water heater. The water tech arrived first. His name was Ryan and I cannot recommend him enough. He was personable, professional, and kind. He showed and explained to me everything he was doing and testing. No smoke and mirrors. I knew exactly what he was doing and why. He was upfront with a quote and even went so far as to explain home owners insurance processes and how different billing scenarios would play out(something he didnt have to do but went out of his way for). He stayed until the plumber arrived and helped give an explanation of the situation. Tyler left me with a phone number to call if I had questions or concerns or if anything seemed off. He left me with encouragement.Next came Bobbie the plumber. Hardworking honest men like Bobbie are hard to find. He is truly a rare breed. He also made sure to address my concerns and he answered every question I had. When he left to get parts, he even kept me updated on his location so I knew when to expect him back. He explained what he would do and gave me an exact dollar price before he even began. He always addressed me politely and never entered my home without permission. He was at my home working for close to five hours and never took a break. He assured me he would fix everything promptly and he did.I was utterly stunned by how incredible this entire team was. They exhibited professionalism, empathy, honesty, fairness, and incredible work ethic. They turned a bad day into a manageable and controlled situation. I cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved.Do yourself a favor and give these folks a call. They will take care of you.

They are very efficient and quit to come to your house.I called them Sunday morning at 7:30am because my toilet was clogged and it was backing up in my bathtub.The service Tech Bill Millword, was at my house right at 8am. He took care of the problem and freed up my toilet.He was professional and also very friendly. which put me at ease, he explained everything that he was doing and what caused the issue and how to prevent it from happening again. He gave me a 6 monthswarranty for the Main/Branch Lines. Also they dont charge you extra for the weekend its same as a week day.Thank you Bill

Both downspout pipes ran freely so Brandon determined no further action was needed. He did not charge for this service since he was here such a short time. Matt was my technician. We had our water heater go out over the weekend and he came out and not only diagnosed it quickly but explained our options thoroughly. He let us know that the water heater was repairable however due to its age (15 years old) it wouldn’t hurt to get it replaced. He gave us prices for the repair option and for the replacement option and I was almost surprised that there was NO pressure to choose one or the other. He gave us the facts and let us make our decision without any scare tactics. We opted to go ahead and get it replaced. He hauled away the old water heater and installed the new one in only a couple of hours. During the install he mentioned different things we could do to conserve energy with our electric heater as well as something we could do to give every fixture instant hot water. All of which are things we are interested in and we’re grateful to learn while not feeling pressured into an upsell. I Would recommend this company to anyone !!

Ok. Mad props to this company right here. I have been fighting with a drain clog for almost 3 weeks now. I had another plumber come out to do an estimate and these guys beat that estimate by $100. They came out to do a free quote 30 minutes after I called, told me their plan of action up front, gave me a few options for diy if we wanted to give it a try ourselves first (which at this point, we were done going at it ourselves), hands down high quality service, profesional approach, and a decent price, especially for offering a 90 day guarantee. My service rep was Cole and he did everything quickly, was attentive to answering any questions I had, and took the time to really let me know all my options. I sincerely appreciate this company for how quickly and efficiently they fixed a problem that I had been fighting with for so long. Highly recommended.

We recieved AAA+ services at economy class rates... :)ooooh...did I mentions this is also NEW YEARS EVE 2022?????yeah.. this had been going on for over a week now..... was night befor Christmas eve we got home to bathroom flooded with sewage to the carpet... Both bathroom tub/showers flooded as well.. Every time a neighbor would flush we would get a nasty notification. ...We called 2 other companies befor we found Roto-Rooter ... They were able to help repair a leak that we realized was causing a mold problem helped with two toilets that were having problems and then got everything sprayed down and fixed up so no more mold! And as annoying as the giant fans are they dried everything up in a few days and now we hopefully won’t have anymore issues!

Property management was informed of a puddling leak at the end of a driveway. Roto-Rooter was brought out to evaluate the busted pipe. The crew worked in 100 +degree heat digging a complicated trench up a driveway and under a small space of one of the properties to evaluate and repair. I never thought Roto-Rooter did this type of intense outside work. The driveway that was trenched through has been filled as well with clean backfill to now prepare for what the management has lined up. The team informed me of the work that was needed every step of the way. Bravo to the team, very professional.
