Justin called me immediately, within an hour or so of putting a request in with my insurance agency.As soon as I spoke with home he put me at complete ease with regard to the situation we were facing.He came to the house the day after Thanksgiving, this leak sprung up the day before Thanksgiving later in the evening.He arrived on time!Upon meeting us he told us his game plan and he was just so thorough and concise with his plan.He already had an idea of what the issue may be and he ended up being exactly correct, which was a godsend for us being that it was the least expensive outcome. We have found our plumber for all future issues and remodels, we trust and like him a lot!We feel very fortunate

Justin is very professional and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and is very helpful when an unexpected situation is discovered. He prevented further damage to our home as we had no idea the builder cut some corners during the build of our home causing leaks and other issues.

Had Elevated Plumbing come out for an estimate while using a home warranty company. Snce they were so highly rates. Elevated claimed changes to the system (by the city) that never happened. They never even verified with them. Voiding my warranty coverage. Then giving me an estimate for over $4300 for a water heater.I was forced to get a second opinion. So we used Proactive Plumbing. I spoke with Justin. He was absolutely amazing. He went over the problem, verified the problem, verified with the city and went to bat for me with the insurance company! Even knowing it could cost him a lot of business referrals from the warrant company. Putting his integrity before profit. Absolutely went the extra mile amd EARNED a life customer. I asked for an estimate for the replacement cost. Guess what? Was less than half of the other company!!If you are looking in our area for a plumbing company that is reasonably priced. Will put your best interest, before lining their pockets....... Call these guys.

He was super polite, professional, and gave a great explanation of what the problem was, what he thought should be done to fix it and what we could expect it to cost. I also really appreciated that we got a two hour window when we could expect someone to show up.

Justin was the 2nd person we had come out, from a different company. The first company didnt fix the issue and then hasnt returned my calls for over a week. Justin on the other hand called me before to inquire more about the issue. He gave me tips for the future and helped me understand what was going on. The comparison between the two companies and technicians is night and day. Dont bother with Rite Away Plumbing. Through the years when weve had to call a plumber, we havent had as positive of an experience as we did with Justin! His level of service and knowledge was A+. We had some bathroom flooring installed and needed a new toilet put in and the plumber we had scheduled was not willing to come after the appointment was delayed. It was Friday afternoon well after 3:00 and thankfully Justin said no problem. We will definitely use his services in the future!
