These guys gave me the best price on a new air conditioner and had it installed the next day. The sheet metal guys were magicians. But they overlooked one small detail of turning the gas back onto the furnace. So the cool weather finally has arrived and I went to turn the furnace on, and it wouldn’t turn on. They promptly came out and figured out if the gas hadn’t been turned back on after they installed the air conditioner, and I was back up and running. The techs are always great, the sales guy Justin was friendly and made the process not nearly as scary as it could have been. I love these guys. If you need Any work done with your heater or air conditioner call them. Everything was straight forward. Believe me, I didn’t get the same Professionalism from other companies.

Repair technician Kenneth arrived earlier, did his diagnosis and replaced main circuit board. He was very polite, skilled and explained everything well. Great job and such a nice person too. A keeper for Owyhee HVAC ! However, that the new heater broke down so soon (2 years old) was a bit of disappointment but didnt have to do anything with his performance.

Really great experience with this company. Elijah was the technician that came out to do a maintenance check on my furnace. He is super respectful, super knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. He tweeked my system setting up a perfect weekly schedule and adding a few touches that should lower my power bill. Their price was under 50 dollars and it was worth every penny. I will use them again snd highly recommend their services.

My Mom has used these folks for YEARS for her annual furnace tune-up. The last two years shes gotten Elijah. He was prompt, super friendly, courteous, left the area cleaner than he found it and they even returned with her free furnace filters. (No longer carried in trucks because they break) Mom says he always goes above and beyond and she cannot say enough great things about Elijah the person as well as the company he works for.

Owyhee heating, cooling & plumbing exceed my expectations for my personal residence HVAC tune up. It was really easy to schedule and they communicated on appointment day so I knew when my technician was to be expected. Elijah was very friendly and professional. He was kind and patient with my curious kids. He throughly checked and cleaned my unit and didnt leave a mess. He also gave me helpful tips and information that will allow me to maintain my unit and keep it performing. He didnt try to upsell any services either, which was refreshing. It was definitely clear he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend this company and Ill be using them in the future personally and professionally.

My husband scheduled a toon up and check up on our unit and water heater and Ryne came over on the day of schedule. He was very professional and very knowledgeable! He needed to go up the attack which required a ladder and I went to grab one for him from garage and as soon as he saw me with it he offered to carry it for me which of course I agreed to, because I’m a person who wants to work smarter not harder lol. He also needed to move a heavy trailer with my son to get to the ac unit which he offered with with out a hesitation. I left at that moment but after he left my son mentioned to me how strong he was when they where moving the trailer and my son is 6’2 and works out so if he said that I knew he was not joking lol. Just the way he went above and beyond to make sure his job was done was pretty amazed to me.I swear I would think he was the owner of the company. He explained everything after even though half of it went to one ear and came out of the other but he tried hard to explain in my woman words so I could understand but i just ended up calling my husband and putting him in a speaker with him so I don’t waist my brain cells trying to understand the Ac units. He reminded me of the good old days when our men use to be MAN so he must of been raised with the right parents and the right times lol cuz now a days we don’t get that. So far Owyhee Heating and Cooling has been great. From scheduling to a very polite young technician. He did a good job with my scheduled maintenance and accomplished everything necessary. I do wish they would keep track of my filters and just replace them with my maintenance contract but just a suggestion. Saves me from the small hassle of buying them. Overall, so far I would recommend owhyee for your heating and cooling needs.
