Always professional, always on budget, and always willing to put the time in to get things done and life back to normal. They are my first and every call….period. Huge props for Ray and his crew. They came out and took care of our root infested sewer at a reasonable price. I can’t be happier with the service and price. We called another company two days prior that charged us 1300 for an ineffective hydraulic pipe cleaning. Additionally this other company said we needed to have the pipe re-sleeved at a cost of 20k. Since I don’t have that kind of money in my back pocket, we looked around and found 5 Star. Ray said our pipes were in good shape and just needed cleaning and maintenance. For the price 5 star charged me, I could maintain the pipes for 30 years for less than the competition was going to charge me.

The guys were professional and thorough, and explained everything very well. There were a couple snafus that were outside of their control, but they came back the next day and took care of everything without us even needing to ask. Highly recommend.

It’s now 2 years later and Five Star took on the job of jackhammering through 10 inches of concrete to assist me in adding a bathroom for my elderly father. They sealed off the area, hauled out all of the concrete and debris, tapped into my sewer and ran waterlines. they were quick efficient and cleaned up what was an extremely difficult and dusty tearout.My well went dry and I needed help setting up a holding tank set on a trailer plumbed to a pump with pressure tank and then tied into the house system. It’s also required changing out a frost free faucet to make the system work. Nothing was out of the box and they took the time to make sure everything was working and came back the next morning when I had an unexpected problem with a failed valve on my house piping. Prompt, professional and caring, what more could you ask.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. We needed a repipe on our house to update crusty old galvanized pipes and Five Star came through. They were efficient with their time and provided quality work. They gave me a very competitive quote and we’re done in half the time other companies had said they would need to complete the project. They do not dry wall but they didn’t butcher the walls leaving me a disaster to fix either. 10/10 will be going through Five Star with any needs in the future. Thanks guys!

Five star plumbing was spectacular today. I had two toilets clogged which meant a clogged mainline of sewage. They came and tried three different approaches to tackle the problem. We are in the east end in an Old house and Ray came out many times and helped us with our hundred feet of sewer line that needed to be constantly unclogged. After dealing with it for four or five years we decided to have Ray and his crew line the pipes. They did an amazing job, it took them a couple days because our job was difficult. But they showed me on camera everything they did and the pipe looks brand new inside. They didn’t have to dig a bunch of holes or trench it out, it was all trenchless. There was no damage done to anything! After getting several quotes this is the way we decided to go and I’m really glad that we did. Replace sprinkler system supply valves and piping from well in front yard. Replace 28 year old broken cross top brass drain valve and same age main on/off cross top brass valve, with new 1 good quality curb stop brass valve and 3/4 brass drain valve. Replaced 3 to 4 old below ground galvanized pipe and 160 psi. poly pipe from well to newer 200 psi poly pipe, using 250 psi poly. Replaced 28 year old galvanized above ground hose bib boiler valve with a new 4 in ground Baker/Monitor freeze proof hydrant, to match the freeze proof hydrant in my back yard. The Five Star crew got to my job very quickly after I simply call Silver Creek supply and ask for a couple of recommended contractors for my job. Ray of Five Star just happened to be in Silver Creek supply at the parts counter at the time of my call. He had the clerk give me his cell number and I called him before he even left the parking lot. This was on Tues. 5/11. Since i had already scheduled utility locations for 5/13 and as it worked out, all locators showed up on wed. 5/12. Ray looked at job site early wednesday and gave me a quote give or take $200, depending on frost free hydrant cost. Other contractors were a month or more out to schedule quickly. I never told Ray that i really needed my system back in operation. I think he just knew my urgency. I know he was very busy with other contract jobs also. To get me fixed up and back in operation Ray and his crew worked 4 to 5 hours on Saturday morning 5/15 letting no grass grow under their feet, getting my job completed and getting on to their next job. I am a retired construction tradesman , having been in the construction trade since 1966. THESE GUYS ARE REAL CARING PROS. I have always been very detailed and exact in my building trade. To keep me happy is not an easy thing to do.

This issue, other local plumbing companies wouldn’t entertain making the repairs but Logan trouble shot several options and corrected the issue to code. I have an older home from the 50s with a basement bathroom that started to overflow. The scheduling was fast and easy and Ray and his team of techs were very knowledgeable in their craft and equiped with all high tech tools needed. They were able to come in and identify roots that had been obstructing the flow and used a high pressure water hose that sounded like they were buzz sawing all the roots. They showed me before and after through their cameras and took their time to inspect the entire length of the pipe from house drain to the city line. They explained the differences in the pipes used and the most common problems I would come across. Instead of trying to sell me with unnecessary repair cost, they discussed options that would fit my budget and a routine yearly checkup to see the progress of the roots.I would definitely recommend 5 star plumbing for their customer service, knowledge and affordability in what repairs they would do if it was their own home.
