Our technicians and installers were very friendly and quick to get the job done, worked from morning to night to make sure we had heat before night. Cole had come out for a regular maintenance, he was very friendly and at the end explained that it would be in our best interest to replace our funance sooner rather than later. Ryan had then overseen the entire project, helping us make the best decision for us as well as making sure we were happy with the final product. Tony and Jamie worked diligently to get the work done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.Ryan was also extremely amazing as he helped us get our Christmas tree home and up! I would recommend Express Plumbing Heating and Air! They were quick and responsive and worked until the job was completed. We used them in 2021 for a toilet issue, and they were great then too. My technician Nolan called and texted me when I didn’t answer to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional about my issue.showed me the problem and offered me some different options to choose from. Explained what had caused it. Replaced the sink basin and pipes under kitchen sink. Also replaced the shutoff valves after showing me the corrosion evident before they started leaking too.We are interested in replacing our utility sink and he took the time to check it out and get me some estimates. We will be coming back for more service from Express Plumbing!We have always been completely satisfied with this business!

Our two toilets upstairs in our townhome got plugged up. It was 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning which was horrible. I tried calling a supposedly 24 hour place but they didnt answer. I called Express Plumbing and I got immediate help. They sent us Nolan to help us out and he was so professional and did a good job diagnosing our problem. He told us the issue and then went out to his van to write us up some quotes. He gave us three options to choose from and he assured us he would be back on Monday. He made sure that we could still use our downstairs bathroom and shower. He and a co-worker promptly showed up on Monday and fixed the issue. They were very professional and very nice. I will definitely be using them again.

Express Plumbing Heating & Air provided me and my family exceptional and outstanding service this week. Our hot water heater gave out on Saturday and Nolan worked late into the evening to diagnose the problem of a failed valve. He then coordinated the warrantied replacement parts from the manufacturer having to coordinate with both them and the local parts distributor. He insured the parts were overnighted and then both he and Simon worked until 8:30PM to install them the next day. Their professionalism and dedication were truly exceptional!

Todd came to my place and reviewed with me all the options on getting my furnace and AC replaced since my current setup was over 18 years old. He was very thorough with multiple price options, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Then Chance and Morgan showed up to my place a few days later and started to remove the old furnace and AC unit. While they were removing the old system, Wes(John) showed up and cleaned my ducts in my house...great job. Then Chance and Morgan installed the new furnace and AC unit within a day even when it was over 100 degrees outside. They both did a GREAT job on the install and left my place cleaner than what I had it. Chance and Morgan then explained to me how the new system works and answered all my questions. Thanks everyone for your wonderful job! I would highly recommend Express Plumbing Heating & Air!

I had severe sticker shock at the price to have my project completed. I almost declined the job but needed to get the job completed. In the future i will get bids from at least 2-3 companies.

Express Plumbing deserves more than a 5 star rating. We first had Jeff Davis out to pump our septic tank. Shows up with a smile on his face and introduces himself and went right to work. Locating a septic tank cover can get frustrating. Jeff did what Jeff does with the utmost professionalism. He explained things i had no clue about with septic tank issues. He completed his job again still smiling, Come on man, this is a septic tank....... Still smiling and cheerful he wrote up our invoice. We had a different plumbing issue that is a different department as Jeff, He asked if we would like another tech to come out and take a look, of course we said yes. Less than a half hour later maybe an hour Gabriel called and said he was on his way.. Again as a business owner Im in awe, we do service work as well but for these response times Im impressed. Gabriel arrives when he said he was, Greeted my wife, introduced himself, put on shoe protectors and went to the route of our problem/complaint. Again nothing but professionalism. Gabriel went through his troubleshooting process and explained things to me as he went. He come up with a resolution to our issue. I cant say enough about either of these two guys. I will tell you this, if these two guys which came at different times carry themselves representing their company they way they did i have no doubt in my mind the rest of the company runs this way. I talked to a couple of other reputable plumbing companies but Keith at Express Plumbing won me over with his consultation. He was very patient answering all my questions and thorough in his explanation. He helped me visualize the process with his plan of action. I could tell he enjoys his work as an expert at his craft. He gave me four options with different price points, and he made his recommendation based on my homes situation. I took Keith’s recommendation because he gave me a full understanding of what I was paying for, how it would get done, and the risks factors that would be eliminated in years to come. Now, there were some unforeseen circumstances that caused delays. Also, there were some obstacles because my house was built in 1900, so it required spending more at a reasonable price to achieve getting the job done right. (Money well spent!) However, despite the delays and obstacles, Express Plumbing made sure the job was done before I moved in. The morning I started to move in I saw Ricky and Kyle. They leveled out the soil and put the limestone back on the patio making it nice like before. They also swept the steps. They debriefed me on the work done with the challenges and how they overcame it, and other unique details pertaining to the piping. Ricky then looked at the crawl space piping with me where the iron pipe was replaced with plastic pipe and told me some details about it. I really like the team and the customer service of Express. I’m very happy I chose them to do my plumbing on my house! I highly recommend them!

Alex and Simon arrived the same day we called regarding a problem with our garbage disposal. After quickly resolving the problem, they checked our water softener and detected a significant leak from pipes arising from the back of the unit.They inspected our crawl space and found evidence that the leak had been going on for a while. Alex was able to return an hour later and efficiently fix what we consider an involved problem by removing and replacing piping and fittings.In both instances, we were given the options to remedy the situation and the cost of each. The pricing was totally reasonable.It was obvious to see that they are very knowledgeable individuals as well as being trustworthy in what they told us.We can not recommend Express Plumbing highly enough.

I called Express to come out and service the AC before summer. They sent Preston and when he turned the AC on in the house, he discovered that 7 of the 10 air vents in my house were blocked off by louvers in the duct work. When I first moved here in May 2023, the vent above my chair in the living room was like a wind tunnel. I had the company who installed the HVAC in the new house come out and try to fix it. They just added another vent on the side of the room and charged me $400. So then I had three air vents that felt like a wind tunnel.When Preston saw what was going on, he checked it out and found the problem. After he took off the vents and the opened the louvers in the ductwork, there was no more noise and no more wind tunnel. Preston had my AC balanced properly and my house was comfortable for the first time since I moved in. No more wind tunnels. Ryan came by while Preston was still here and both men were very professional and made me feel comfortable knowing they took the time to fix something I didnt even know was wrong. Ryan and Preston also installed a new thermostat because the one that was in the house when I bought it was impossible for me to program so I ordered a new one that I understand and they installed it for me.I will be setting up an account with Express for annual servicing on the system and know I can trust them to do things right.

These guys were great! they came out same day. service call was on special and was actually way TOO cheap! I was fully expecting a big repair bill as our ac had stopped working. The Tech was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked the unit over and felt that the tune up service would do the trick. He performed the tune up service and our ac is back to working great! I am very happy with the experience and would highly recommend them!

Trevor Harlow was the technician who came to do a simple pump job on our septic tank. However, the job was a lot more difficult than I would have imagined, due to the age of the septic tank at our rental property. The lid was two feet down and weighed at least 400 lbs. It was nearly impossible for two strong men to lift it off, but they did it! Thanks Trevor for your hard work and great attitude! :)

Our heater went out in the middle of the night in early December when the temps were extra chilly. I placed a few calls the next day in hopes of someone making a weekend trip to come and help us. Express Plumbing was the only one to answer the call with urgency and compassion.After our visit with Stephen, it was determined that they could help us get through the winter but our 20-year-old system would need to be replaced soon. Without pressure or extra yacking from any sales techniques, my husband and I decided to replace our furnace along with our A/C and water heater.Our next vist came from Ryan. He is a great guy to work with. He is straight to the point and did not waste our time. We were able to set up our financing and install appointment within an hour of him being at our home.When all was said and done we had heat again just a few days later. Stetson, Tony, and Alex took care of the installation and the cleaning of all of our ducting. They were very respectful and considerate of our home and time. They didnt show up the day they told me and were extending my appointment every time. Plus I appreciated that I was able to schedule an online appointment for a quote within 24 hours with Todd. There were no surface covers and it turned out that I had two tanks. The excavation crew led by Jon and helped by Kyle and Parker worked diligently to get to the tanks that were 14.5 feet below ground. So many difficulties due to the depth, the landscaping, and the terrain. Jason made multiple trips to address pumping the tanks. Thanks to you guys!The project expanded due to the discovery of cracked pipes under the house and other plumbing issues that surfaced. Don (aka The Don) led the plumbing team along with Parker and Isaiha P. Took some time to determine the issue due to older houses unusual pipe set up, but the issue was found and taken care of. We had an emergency leak in our ceiling. Having only lived in Boise since last fall I did an internet search for a company and the reviews were good for Express. I called them and they answered right away. They schedule a service to arrive within 3 hours but they were able to come early and were at my house within 1 hour. Megan was our first tech and she was great. Took the time to research the issue. She explained everything that she was seeing and we moved forward with her recommendation. At a later point she brought in a senior technician, Matt, to verify her findings. They both worked for several hours trying to determine the exact issue before just jumping into thingd, and once again kept us up-to-date with all their findings. Together we made the decisions as to the next steps. In the end, the problem was resolved. I HIGHLY recommend Express for your plumbing needs.

In the fall of 2022 I noticed a major water leak in our main water line from the water meter halfway to our house. I called a couple of different companies and they could not come for a couple of days. I called Express Pluming and the came out the same day which happened to be a Friday. The technicians temporarily fixed the break so we could have water over the weekend. Instead of just fixing the break they gave me the option to replace the main line from the meter to the house. The technicians did a wonderful job in the replacement and restored the trench to the point that it looked like no trenching was even done. The work was done in a couple of days at a reasonable price. An emergency shut off valve was even installed in a convenient location at the entrance of our crawlspace. I would recommend this company for any plumbing job.

Ive had an Express Plumbing, Heating and Air week! Last Thursday Melissa Green did a thorough, professional and friendly job of answering questions, flushing my hot water heater, and checking all of my pipes/plumbing. She even happily took on my request to check on the bug & rodent situation under my house. The plumbing, bug and rodent situations were all great :^)! Then Chance Miller, Project Manager, joined us to answer the rest of my questions about water softeners. He was also thorough, friendly, professional AND laughed at all of my jokes. He presented me with a variety of options and set up an appointment for the installation. On Monday Don Hope came and installed my water softener and replaced both of my master bathroom faucets and stoppers - they had been leaking. He was so knowledgeable and interesting. I think I learned a few things! The quality of his work was great and he didnt even roll his eyes when I slipped in to a cat story or two, just told me about Lug Nut (his greatly missed dog). Two days later a city inspector came by and said the work all looked great and that the softener passed inspection with flying colors. Today Stephen Storm did my HVAC service to prepare me for the cold weather. Stephen was kind, knowledgeable, interested in any input I had, respectful of the financial challenges of my week, and thorough (I see a pattern here!). He explained what he had done and what he would recommend, keeping in mind the whole water softener expense of 3 days ago. Everyone I have had over in the past week has been wonderful. I so highly recommend Express PH&A. The employees are highly trained and if they dont know the answer they for sure will contact someone who does. And they never pressure a customer to take on more than they are ready to. Thanks everyone - turns out it takes a village...or just Express Plumbing Heating & Air!

They came out the day I called to have my air conditioner serviced, ordered a new part, and had everything fixed within a few days. Great service. The only reason I dont give them a 5 out of 5 was on the billing. There was an extra charge for future maintenance that I didnt think was necessary and more than 1/3 of the overall price. A $1600+ bill and $600+ was the future maintenance VIP Membership charge.

On the date of the install, Alex was on time and was very thorough. Daniel also made us a priority of being here because both understood my concerns of wanting technicians who were already familiar with my issues to see this through. Both Alex and Daniel were so helpful and knowledgeable. Once completed, Alex cleaned up gave us a full rundown of the work completed. The only reason for the 4 starts is because of the pricing. I have not had good experiences with HVAC companies in the past (Right now heating and air ) They send out Techs who are just trying to get there kickback by trying to sell you on as much as they can and charge as much as they can . So when I contacted express I did not have high hopes. I was very surprised by my experience with Levi. He let me know of the bare minimum that I needed to do to get my system going. I passed on the repairs initially but called back a couple months later. I figured they would send out a different tech who had no idea what was going on. But to my surprise Levi was the one they sent out and he remembered me ,my system and even my daughter. He asked a few questions of what I wanted. I told him and that was it. Gave me a very fair quote , and did the work. On his call to confirm the job was done. I was lucky enough that he went above and beyond and investigated the sound of a leak he heard while under my house turned out I had two cracked pipes. He informed me of them and asked if I would like to have a plumber come out. All without pressure so I did have them send out a plumber I believe his name was Chance. Let me tell you these guys know how to do business. They are both very polite chance informed me of everything my plumbing needed and when I said I needed to do their minimum even asked if I was sure because he could tell I was hesitant. I spent a pretty penny for the plumbing but I really appreciate not feeling like Im trying to be sucked very dollar. I can be. Keep up the good work express you have earned yourself a repeat customer.

I normally dont write reviews.I started noticing a bad musty smell from the crawl space and discovered my drain and water lines were failing,. So I called EPS who I had used back in 2016 I was happy to hear Todd was still at EPS. He came out to inspect my house the same day I called. . Then when it was time to start the work Don, Brandon and Jose showed up and killed it!! my crawl space is VERY small and pretty scary! and although my job wasnt too big it was very difficult and not just anyone could have made this happen... and not only did they do a fantastic job (clean, efficient and on time) they did it all in 2 days. Express saved me. I had another company come in a look at my air conditioning unit, literally they opened the door looked at the unit and said they needed to order a part and didn’t know when it would get here. That was almost 2 months ago with no other communication from them except me calling. Then they told me the part that had only been replaced a year ago wouldn’t be under the 5 year warranty because my mom had owned the house at the time not me. So I called Express they arrived at my house close to 30-45 minutes later, really looked over my system inside and out and had it running like a top without having to replace any parts. I will use Express from now on because of their honesty, quick response and beyond excellent customer service and will recommend them to all my friends and family

Nothing worked so i had to call the pros, Express plumbing heating an air, the came out same day (happened to be the coldest of the season) fixes it so the blower motor shut off, he gave me some options for repair, no pressure at all to purchase anything. We decided to have them fix the problem so it will not happen again. They are an amazing company, and I would recommend them to everyone. We had to have a new toilet installed twice by Express Plumbing. The first toilet they installed showed a crack and leaked after it was installed. Since we had provided the new toilet, we had to buy another one and pay a second fee to have it installed. I think they gave us a discount on the second installation. It would have been helpful if they would have found the defect before installing the first toilet, but I understand that it was a crack difficult to see. They were fast in coming out. Overall service was very friendly and professional.

Daniel was GREAT! During the initial estimate he spent the time to really explain everything that needed to be done in order to hook up my kitchen sink drain. I could of done without being upsold the 6 different option plans for things that I didn’t call them out to do. Just kind of time consuming as he went over them. Company is obviously very upsell sales driven! But again he was great. Ultimately he did a wonderful job hooking up my kitchen sink faucet, lowering an outlet drain, hooking up my garbage disposal and installing a new emergency shutoff valve. He was very meticulous in fixing the hole in the cabinet that was left behind after making a new hole to lower the water outlet pipe. After getting 4 different estimates from larger plumbing companies in the valley, I’d recommend Express as they came in with the cheapest estimate (even though it still was NOT cheap). I will say my one negative is that I did feel for how long the job took it should have been way less expensive. It essentially broke down to $300 an hour… which which in my opinion is ridiculous. This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Overall Daniel was great, his work was great, he was very professional and their front office was very friendly and easy to talk to.
