When I originally called Cloverdale Plumbing, the office staff answered the phone so quickly (I truly appreciate that). The lady was very kind and was able to answer my questions perfectly. She scheduled an appointment for an estimate to renovate our master bathroom. That appointment was scheduled within two days, unlike other companies where appointments are a week or more out. On November 20, 2024, Mark Murray, VP of Cloverdale Plumbing, came to our home to give us an estimate. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He gave me some recommendations and then provided his estimate almost immediately after leaving our home. I was very impressed with Marks thoroughness and his ability to assess the damage and find solutions. Then, Taylor Marema, the Service Plumber, came to our home to complete the project. He had to make a couple trips because the primary construction company was slow to do their job which had to be completed prior to Taylor doing his part. When Taylor arrived, he put on booties before entering our home (what a fantastic courtesy that is). He was extremely friendly, caring, professional, and competent. He answered our questions and completed the entire project in a short period of time and in an excellent manner. He also cleaned up the bathroom after he was finished. I was very impressed with Taylors work ethic and entire demeanor. Cloverdale Plumbing is fortunate to have someone with his talent and personality working for them. I will never hesitate to recommend or to call Cloverdale in the future. Customer service and satisfaction is second to none. Total perfection from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Quinn from Cloverdale Plumbing for spending his Christmas Eve unclogging our bleeping drain. Weve lived in this house since 2004 and Cloverdale has saved our bacon so many times I cant begin to list them all. So dependable. Go ahead and spend a little extra for the Blue Ribbon Service and you wont regret it.

This is by far our best experience ever by a plumbing service company. Andrew Houn was absolutely amazing. He showed up right on time took a look at our toilet and within 30 minutes had installed a new toilet. They are more than fair with cost. We are going to have them back to replace our guest bathroom. Houses, like people dont stay in perfect condition forever, So when its time for an important upgrade to a extremely important area called new water lines in the entire home I knew Cloverdale Plumbing was my answer. Do it right the first time should be everyones Business model, it sure was Cloverdale Plumbings. Water damage can be devastating. Experienced, Confident, Professional Quality Quinn. I lucked out. I asked him to set it up as if it were his home. He took it to heart, turned into the project manager for the Restoration company that I called in to dry it out first. He alerted them about a couple of shortcuts they were attempting to pull off. Chances are I wont ever have another water leak, but when my friends do, Ill suggest Cloverdale. Rick

Matt and Skyler just did an emergency repair job on a pipe in our garage pantry that was bursting out of nowhere earlier. Got here within the hour and fixed it within 30 or so minutes. I guess the piping where a water softener once was in there just decided to call it quits. Total cost seemed reasonable given the emergency fee alone for them to come after hours was almost half the total job cost. Our home insurance deductible is double what we paid. Our water didnt need to be shut off more than 1.5hrs so that was a relief! Not a fun experience but it couldve been a lot worse & we couldnt have fixed it so quickly without their help. It couldve been a leak in the house so overall Im just grateful. Im so glad I happened to notice their company truck passing me on Fairview recently so I knew who I could call. 😊

Had a pipe to the expansion tank for our well spraying water in a closet in our laundry room this morning and Cloverdale Plumbing had someone over within a couple of hours. I had the water shut off already and when Andrew arrived he knew exactly what do to and got it repaired in about 30 minutes. Great service, great attitude, and since my wife had already left for work when I found it he was able to get it fixed before she got home. Andrew was top notch. Great to know there is such a responsive company that does great work at a reasonable price.

A quick shout out to Quinn at Cloverdale. Came to home, ordered part and replaced it. Expensive but fair. The best part was his honesty and explanation. I asked him to look at a leaking kitchen pull out faucet. He said upfront, that they are a Pandoras box and you wont know until you open them up and could result in a need for a new part. He was right and gave it a temporary fix. Better yet he followed up to see if it was working and after I explained it was leaking and I told him I would try and fix it myself. He actually looked up the hose item number for me. I ordered and installed the hose and it still leaked and I sent him a message on a Sunday and asked him to get back to me on Monday. He text me right back with the other part number and told me to let him know if the second part worked. It did work and I let him know how much I appreciated the care and courtesy with helping me. He has been there 5 years, and if Cloverdale Plumbing is anything like Quinn, then they get my full recommendation.Nick T.

I started having some plumbing issues at my house and was dreading having to call someone to come look at it. I called Cloverdale and they were able to send someone out pretty quickly. Andrew P was the technician, he was so helpful and respectful of my house! I loved how fast he was able to come in and fix the problem I was having with my sink, he was able to explain to me what happened and why it was leaking. I will definitely be calling Cloverdale for any future plumbing issues I have. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

After getting quoted over nine thousand dollars for a leak in my main line I called Cloverdale for a second opinion in hopes of getting a honest local company to come out and at the very least verify the need for such expensive work to be done. Travis and Andrew showed up at my door and listened closely to the issues I was having, they had an idea as to what the cause of the leak was and quickly went to work. Within 10 minutes they had found the source (hidden valve underground not shut completely) and continued to close it and stop the leak entirely. This entire process took less than 15 minutes. I think it’s safe to say Cloverdale is my “go to plumber” thanks to the way Travis and Andrew handled the situation. They listened, explained, and fixed a problem in a timely manner, something that just a day earlier another company failed to do entirely.

Called at 9pm on a Monday due to a leaky broken valve emergency behind our washer/dryer. Dispatch was polite, took our info and sent Matt who showed up within 30 minutes. He got in, got to work, and was done in about 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional.Cost for the emergency dispatch, two valves and his labor was extremely reasonable, having experienced price gouging before.This was our first experience with Cloverdale Plumbing, and we will use you in the future.

I hired Cloverdale Plumbing for a simple kitchen sink/faucet swap as well as some bathroom sink/faucet replacements. From the beginning they were very professional and friendly. They got me scheduled quickly and gave me a window of 9-11am. They arrived right at 9:00 AM and got to work. They even fixed some errors from the original installation. After finishing their installation, they cleaned their areas and moved my stuff back to where they moved it from. They also took all of the packaging and trash from the boxes my sink and faucets came in with them when they left. They were quick, respectful, professional, and left my home better than it was when they arrived. I am very happy with their services and will recommend them to anyone I know in need of a professional plumber.

We just wanted to share how happy we were to have called Cloverdale Plumbing after discovering a leak in our water heater. Matt and crew responded immediately replacing it with a brand new one. There was a small issue with the thermostat running way to hot so Cameron was sent out and replaced it with a new thermostat, testing it to make sure everything was working correctly and to our satisfaction. Cameron, Matt and crew were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Cloverdale Plumbing for hiring knowledgeable people and placing an emphasis on excellent customer service. I called Cloverdale plumbing after I noticed that I had some water under my pressure tank. They quickly sent a technician out to my house. The technician called me to give me a heads up that he was bout 15 minutes away from arriving which I appreciated. They diagnosed my pressure tank to have a slow leak coming from the side. I got a phone call shortly after to go over the costs and timeframe to get my issue fixed. I also was looking at possibly adding a water softener to my home so at this point I asked for some details and information, With the professionalism and positive experience that I had up to this point I okd them to do all the work we talked about. They gave me a few options for days to complete the work, we scheduled it and everything went as smooth and as easy as I hoped. The technician Nikoda even gave me an in depth walk through on how my new water softener worked and what I would notice differently in my home.All in all I am 100% satisfied with Cloverdale Plumbing. I know that they will take care of all of my Plumbing needs from here on out! Thank you for being an honest and Quality business!

Cloverdale recently did the plumbing for our barn. It had a few complexities that they were able to work through and they did a great job. There were just a few things that could have gone a bit better:1. The communication between the head guy and the one on site doing the work was lacking a bit and as a result the upstairs drain pipe runs along the outside of the wall for a short span, but not a big deal. I think the company was transitioning in leadership/retirement and that I caught them right at that time.2. I wish they would have recommended wrapping pipes on the outside wall. Even though the pipes are inside the insulation on that wall, they still froze in January. In retrospect, it makes sense. I just wish they would have recommended doing something preventative. Ill probably have to open that spot up and do something to avoid it in the future.3. A little messy. I had to pick up a lot of pieces of pipe and other things they left behind. It is just a barn, but I still appreciate cleaning up after oneself.That being said, I believe that they did quality work that will last. I know I could have communicated some things better too along the way, but we worked through all of the challenges we came up against and we have a great outcome. Thanks!

Two parts; I dont remember the name of tech taking the dispatch, but he was professional, let me know of after-hour dispatch fees up front, and provided a projected arrival times of the service tech with extreme accuracy.The service plumber who arrived at our home was Cameron. He gave a courtesy call ahead of time, and arrived promptly. After his evaluation, he was able to tell me exactly what the issue was, gave me options to consider, and had all the parts to repair on hand. Class act, and I was treated fairly and with respect.

Went to change the valve for my kitchen faucet and the galvanized pipe broke inside the valve...Sunday...Halloween, of course. Cloverdale answered the phone at 7am on the weekend and had a plumber call me back within 10 minutes...on my doorstep within another 45 minutes...outstanding! Dana was very professional and knowledgeable with the skills to evaluate and perform the pipe replacement in short order. Crawled under the house to make repair and I really appreciate his cavalier and positive attitude, to him it was no problem...super guy! I had no problem with the emergency/after hours trip charge and was told of the cost by the dispatcher I spoke with first. The repair was made at a reasonable cost and I wouldnt hesitate to use Cloverdale the next time I need help....I will ask for Dana every time! Thank you Cloverdale Plumbing for turning my Halloween trick into a relieving treat!

*** Update*** received a call from Andrew with Cloverdale pluming. He was concerned about our less than stellar experience and wanted to talk to us about what went wrong. He made a point to come to our home and have us walk him through what happened to see where they could do better in the future. I really appreciated his response and commitment to good customer service.Charged me over $400, didn’t have the necessary equipment and left without the job being done 😡 We had a plugged kitchen sink on THANKSGIVING! I was hosting dinner and knew we couldn’t deal with not being able to use the kitchen sink so my husband called Cloverdale. We knew the holiday service call was going to be more costly and we prepared to pay extra for it. The man was nice but seemed to really be struggling and spent forever with the snake under the sink. He was unable to reach the clog because his snake wasn’t long enough. He told us he was going to have to cut open the wall and pipe to gain access farther down the line. We decided to have him go at this point because guest were showing up. He didn’t leave without trying to sell us a $50 bottle of pipe cleaner and an extended service contract 😐. When he handed me the bill for $400 I was shocked, when I asked if that included him coming back with the correct equipment and finishing the job he said “no that will be another charge”. We had EC plumbing come the next day and with a longer snake was able to clear the clog in 20 minutes for $100. I will never use nor will I recommend Cloverdale plumbing.

We had a water softener installed by Cloverdale 9 months ago. They follow-up every 3 months for the first year to check hardness and refill with salt. They have been great to work with and each of the technicians/plumbers that have come out are polite, efficient, and provide great customer service answering questions. They were a little more expensive than some bids we got, but they have a good reputation and their service is excellent. Dana was here today and also provided the same quality service as weve received in the past.

Cloverdale plumbing was amazing! Prompt service, they fit me in last minute for an emergency water main leak leak in my front yard. Matthew was the guy that they sent out to fix my pipe. He was professional, funny and really helpful. We had a leaky outdoor faucet that was getting worse and worse since last fall. My husband tried to fix it, but it was beyond his expertise. Thank goodness for Cloverdale! The techs were there on a very rainy day and had to go in and out, down to the basement, cut holes in the ceiling to find the pipe and they did it all with no mess. Will definitely be calling Cloverdale again in the future! Hopefully, not too soon though! :)

I had a shower/tub that had quit bringing in hot water. I called and CP sent out a plumber by the name of Quinn.He did a great job informing me of what needed to be done and my options and his recommendations.He put in new shower handle cartridge for me and put everything back together nicely.Over the past couple years, I had heard radio advertisements about this company and how big they are on training and hiring people.I also worked in a field that served the public myself, and working through these last crazy few years of everyone being short handed, I appreciate good people and companies that invest in people.Because if all this their people oriented advertisements, their name stuck in my head when I needed a plumber. Called Cloverdale Plumbing at 4:30pm on Friday without hot water. Water heater (Rudd) that the builder installed 18 months prior had failed. Cloverdale Plumbing quickly got me on the schedule for the following day. The service tech (Matthew) showed up at 9:00am and quickly figured out the issue and got us back in hot water with a new water heater (Bradford White) by Noon. The gas control valve on the Ruud was the problem and its so bad that you cannot find that part in Boise. The Bradford White should have been installed originally. Now we shouldnt have to worry about not having hot water for the foreseeable future. Thank you Cloverdale Plumbing!

Once again, We are a very Happy Customer of 19 years.Rileys work ethics were impeccable, & his customer relations is outstanding ! I thanked him for being so patient with my Dad, who is almost 91.Boy it is not an easy job now a days to remove & install a new water heater. Lots of connections that need to be undone, after you shut off the Water & Gas and drain it. AND removing the old tank is a task in its self. Lots of Plumbers tape put on all the new connections to ensure a good fit without any leakage, reconnecting all the new hoses, pressurizing the new Thermal Expansion Tank, connecting it & the venting exhaust pipe. Fitting a new Gas line and making sure there are no leaks, adding the Temperature/pressure-relief drain pipe & securing it to the tank. & of course finally filling it and turning it on. Oh and the testing of the water pressure too. I am sure I missed a lot of steps. -- BUT Riley didnt. AND that is why we rely on a PROFESSINAL to do the work for us.We had HOT water within an hour after the new water heater was lit & we were able to run the dishwasher last night :D THANKS again

Water was shooting everywhere and we couldnt find the water shut-off valve. He even stayed on the line while I was on another phone talking to the fire department and the water company. Found out on a Sunday that our drains and toilets were backing up! I figured wed have to wait until Monday to get a tech out to find the issue. Called Maira at Cloverdale and she had someone at the house in less than 2 hours. Scoped the lines and found a low spot in one of the lines that had clogged up over time.
