    I dont have words for the this company!We found ourselves in a pinch with plumbing issues and finances. Jeff with Buss is very knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to get us the best possible price and sent an outstanding plumber Sven out to clear the issue. Sven is a super friendly and likeable guy, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.I wont be using anyone else for my plumbing needs!

    We used Buss twice in the last month as first the primary tub leaked, then the shower. They were so quick, friendly, and worked to find the right solution for the problem and our budget. Both times the final cost was below what I was worrying about and our plumber went above and beyond to help us out and make things as easy and convenient as plumbing leaks can be. It is so nice to find a friendly, honest, efficient company to work with.

    These guys rock! My home warranty company had sent a plumber to replace my water heater a few months back. I had been hearing a dog whistle noise from the water heater, called the home warranty company again, they told me I needed to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer got me in touch with Buss Mechanical, these guys found the issue immediately and fixed it crazy quick. Alongside this, Buss Mechanical was able to work with me on an invoice discrepancy that would have cost me hundreds of dollars due to the mistakes of the company that did the initial water heater installation, and the home warranty company (process errors). Spoke with Mark at Buss Mechanical and he was a huge help. Very obvious that these dudes know their stuff and care about their customers. Will for sure be using them moving forward.

    Buss rescued me from crooked contractors. My husband passed away so I was using some of this life insurance to remodel our home to make it easier to care for our special needs daughter. Two individuals had already stolen huge amounts of my funds. Buss had already completed installation of a recirculation pump, but then someone cut it out of the system and stole it. Buss came back in and repaired it at zero cost to me. It was a huge act of kindness that made it easier to be in the house. My daughter had passed a month before and the generosity from the Buss Company restored some of the faith I have in people.Lucas did an especially wonderful job and was always polite and kind. Im incredibly thankful for both Lucas and the Buss company.

    Buss Mechanical was wonderful to work with, Riley took care of one of our Tenants on a day where she needed help. We had a new water heater and a mess cleaned up with in hours. The tenant was very happy with their work, the owner got a great price and warranty, and they really knew about the product and picking a quality water heater. Paramount is happy to recommend them to other property managers, as well as home owners.

    I couldnt be more impressed with my experience with Buss Mechanical. Our technician, Chris, arrived early (after calling to check in with me). His service was outstanding! He was efficient, professional, polite and explained things in relatable terms very clearly. Everything about this visit was pleasant. Including the final invoice. The pricing was fair and the service was above and beyond standard or what was expected. Even better, just a couple weeks ago they were at my moms place and she raved about the service and technician that visited her too. (Thats how I got the referral). Obviously, I may have been lucky to have such a great experience but this seems to be the Buss Mechanical standard ~ exemplary service! Thank you Buss Mechanical and Chris!

    I always enjoy working with Mark Holt at Buss Mechanical. When I’m in a bind and need some work done quickly, Mark and his team deliver. I appreciate how responsive Buss Mechanical has been in the past which is why I have returned for their business multiple times.I used Buss Mechanical for repairs and replacement of water heaters on my rental properties in Nampa and I’m grateful for the work they did.

    Buss Mechanical (Chris) is completeing a job our contractor did not finish for 2 bathrooms. He is also fixing new kitchen plumbing that was done incorrectly for our sink and garbage disposal, we also had a leak at the valve. Should of called Buss Mechanical first. Thanks Mark and Chris for awesome customer service and doing a great job.

    Im very pleased with the service we received. We though there might be a gas leak at my daughters house. The man who came out really went the extra mile to check everything inside and out and make sure all was safe and connected properly.

    We were referred to Buss from Dry Pros. We had a pipe leak under our kitchen sink and the plumber came right out. He was kind, friendly and quickly settled payment. The charge was reasonable and he got us back up and running in no time. I would recommend Buss for any plumbing needs and would call them again if I were to have any issues with my plumbing.     Ryan @ Buss Mechanical came to our building and fixed a broken water heater in one unit and replace another one ALL in a few hours. I just received texts from both tenants who are thrilled that their issues were fixed so fast. Best customer service ever!!!!
