These guys are great! Fast and integrous. We had concerns of mold come up on a home inspection for my client on a home she was looking to buy, and I reached out to them with a copy of the report to get an opinion. Within 24 hours a tech had been in that crawlspace twice to perform a thorough inspection and even fixed a couple of minor issues on the report free of charge during the inspection/quoting process.In the end it turned out there was no need for remediation which displayed another iteration of integrity in that they will not try to fabricate a work order where there is none to be done. They thanked us for the opportunity and told us were good to go!Ill continue to refer clients to these guys as I know I can trust their opinion and honesty.

Nik and Vitaliy were a pleasure to interact with. Nik took the phone calls and was prompt, courteous, grateful, and easy to communicate with. The offered inspection times were very quick - same day in my case. Vitaliy was clean, polite, thorough and did not appear to rush. I actually felt bad about not needing mold treatment because I liked them so much. When that time comes, however, Ill call them first.

I was pretty skeptical about all of the five star ratings that Buk Restoration had but I have to say that I had a really great experience with them! I had called on the weekend after finding some mold in our bathroom and needed it taken care of as soon as possible, as we were having flooring put in the next week. They were there Monday morning and our service tech, Mark, was, courteous, very informative, and explained everything explicitly. He took pictures along the way on his phone so that he could show me what he was finding in the bathroom, as of course, I did not want to go in until it was all cleaned up.I would call them back in a heartbeat. Hopefully I don’t have to. 🙄😆
