    This is the second bathroom Ive had them remodel because the first time was so good. I cant recommend them more highly. Bob and his team all consistently communicate very well, and the whole team takes extra effort to make sure everything is done well and correctly. They needed to replace damaged subfloor, replace an old yellow iron tub, and reinstall everything. They also have a good group of contractors they work with for the things that they dont do. Theyre wonderful to work with. Before and after photos.

    I would highly recommend this company if your looking to upgrade your bath. I Had Bob come out for a quote which was very reasonable and they were able to start work within a month. I moved my elderly father in and needed to convert my bathtub to a shower.Jake & Blake were very nice and did a fantastic job in less than 2 days and their a local company. If your looking for a upgrade definitely give em a call

    We had a 20+ yr old master bathroom with an ugly broken garden tub and carpet on the floor. It was great to work directly with the owner, Bob, to figure out exactly what we wanted and what would work best. His team of installers were terrific. Very knowledgeable, polite, conscientious, and hard working. They asked great questions about what we wanted on little details and had great solutions based on their extensive experience. I can’t believe how wonderful everything turned out! The shower is the perfect size and so easy to clean and our freestanding tub not only looks great but is so nice to use. Why didn’t we do this sooner?

    Couldnt be more happy with Apple Plumbing & Bath. We called them after receiving an insane quote from another local company. They came and did a really thorough job and provided a quote for the same service and it was 10K LESS than the competitors quote. They were so friendly, I never felt like I was being sold on something I didnt need. We ended up doing a small portion of the project, and Stephen was great to work with. We will be calling when we are ready to complete the rest of the project. 5 plus stars.

    If you’re considering doing a remodel of your bathroom or just need to replace an old tub or shower your first call should be to Apple Plumbing & Bath. Apple Plumbing has replaced all three of the bath shower combos in my house. When I moved into my house 2 years ago all the tubs and showers were old, small, gross, and cracked. Apple Plumbing first replaced the shower and tub on the main floor. The results were so beautiful and the team at Apple Plumbing was so easy to work with that I knew I needed Apple Plumbing to replace my other two bath shower combos. Before the shower and tub in my main bath was a fiberglass insert that was cracked and discolored, it also did not stretch all the way to the ceiling making it feel small and cramped. Apple Plumbing got me a new acrylic shower and tub. I requested a tub that an adult could take a bath in and Apple Plumbing hooked me up with a deep soaker tub that is perfect for relaxing baths. I was also able to pick the look of my shower, I chose the large subway tile look with white “tile” and gray “grout.” It looks beautiful and I don’t have spend all my time cleaning around grout because there is no grout. Finally, I was very impressed with what Apple Plumbing was able to do with the window in my shower. The shower goes all the way to ceiling which makes it feel twice as big and they were able to work around the window and put in a very classy window trim around it. Everyone who I’ve work with at Apple Plumbing has been so kind, considerate, friendly, and helpful. The ladies in the officer were so helpful in getting everything scheduled. Bob, the owner, came out multiple times before and during the installation to make sure we were getting what we needed in a shower and bath but also what we wanted. The install team was very polite, respectful, and friendly and even put up with my cat watching their every move, he even got some pets from the crew. I could not be happier with the job Apple Plumbing did! If you haven’t called them yet do yourself a favor and call them right now.

    We hired Bath Planet/Apple Plumbing to replace a fiberglass tub/shower combination with a new, safe, walk in shower complete with handrails.Bob is very knowledgeable and explains the bath installation process very well.     Excellent work. They just finished a shower remodel and the work is excellent. Blake did a wonderful job on the tile work and everything else. They show up when they say they are going to show, they keep everything as clean as possible and are very considerate in cleaning up. We had a minor problem with the glass door and they responded to the problem promptly We would highly recommend Apple.

    I dealt with McKenna at the office and a plumber named Steven in the replacement of my water heater. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly in this day and age.....they did exactly what they promised! Actually, they went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing!     We just had Apple Plumbing & Bath take out a 30 + year old shower/bathtub and install a new walk-in shower for us. It turned out great and we love it! Everyone with Apple Plumbing was great to work with. The installers (Mike, Blake, Romeo & Trey) were very professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful! They did a great job! They even did a free plumbing inspection of the whole house before the installation. We also felt their pricing was very fair. We would definitely recommend them!

    Fantastic from start to finish. Responded quickly with a quote. Offered great ideas, with competitive rates and schedules. They explained the process well so that we knew what to expect. The remodel team was amazing. They were all very skilled, and were also pleasant and great communicators. They took care of our house while creating two amazing new bathrooms. They put extra effort into everything (like putting up shower tiles so that the patterns flowed beautifully) and the finished product looks absolutely flawless. They did not hesitate to speak up if any issue arose, own it and deal with it. Really loved that they are also skilled plumbers so were able to manage plumbing changes that the remodel called for. Highly recommend.

    Apple Plumbing & Bath was professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable and offered fair upfront and honest pricing.My first call to reception allowed me to schedule quickly with a plumber arriving to assess what was wrong with our toilet.The plumber was courteous and professional. After initially assessing the situation, pricing was given to me to let me know how the repair could have gone.Once work was started and the plumber was able to fully diagnose the issue, they let me know what was wrong, how they were going to fix it and the total cost.I felt informed and comfortable the entire process.I’m glad I gave Apple Plumbing a call for my repair and once we remodel our bathroom, I will be calling them again.

    This is my third post for the great people at Apple Plumbing & Bath. They just recently finished my second shower makeover in the spare bathroom. And as always the outcome was outstanding.     We converted a tub to shower. The experience started off great with the owner Bob. He measured the bathroom and gave us a bid at the same time. No pressure sale just a professional buisnessman. The crew showed up on time. Mike and Marcus could have not been anymore professional then they were. I fill they respected my home as if it was theirs. The job was completed in the time we talked about. Both women in the office were also very friendly. I would highly recommend Apple Plumbing. I know now I have plumber in the future.

    Mike and his crew replaced the shower liner, pan, valve, door and replaced the old shower head with a new handheld shower in one of our bathrooms. In our other bathroom they knocked out the old tile and replaced it with an acrylic tub liner, and replaced the tub and the toilet. In both bathrooms they installed new grab bars. They did an excellent job! They started promptly at the time they said they would both days they were here. They were professional but friendly, cleaned up thoroughly when finished, and completed the work early. We are very pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them!

    Apple Plumbing is wonderful to work with.They installed a water softener, brand new acrylic shower, retiled around my tub, vanity/sink install, as well as laid 2 bathroom LVP floors for us.Bobs cost estimates were accurate and he did not play any hidden fees games. Very up front and honest in his dealings.The workers were courteous, friendly, and picked up after themselves.A couple unexpected minor door trim/drywall repairs were needed due to installing the new vanity in the tight fit of my small bathroom and tile removal damage to the wall around my tub. At no extra cost to me they took care of the repair work.There were a few finishing touches that they needed to come back for. When I called with my concerns, Heather in the office did a great job coordinating and the guys came out with good attitudes and fixed the minor issues, no problem.     Our technician Josh was very friendly and informative. The repair took much longer than expected since we did not know where the house shutoff was and he had to repair a prior poor repair. He did not increase the fee he first quoted due to the extra time. I will use Apple Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

    I used Apple Plumbing to install a new water heater, and they were excellent to work with. They were very prompt with scheduling and on-time for each appointment. For the estimate they walked me through my options and did a thorough job of explaining both the water heater replacement and tankless option and how the installation would work. It was extremely helpful and showed me that I could expect some quality work out of the installation. I opted for the water heater replacement and they did the work on time and on estimate. It was a particularly challenging installation, and Im both impressed and happy that they were able to do it! Rob did both the installation and estimate and he was fantastic to work with, very knowledgeable and patient with answering all of my questions. Also, McKenna (sorry if I got the name wrong!) was great about following up on scheduling appointments. I expect to be going with Apple Plumbing for any future plumbing work I need done and I will be referring them to my friends.

    Did a beautiful tub to walk-in shower conversion in a difficult house built in 1900. Were very thorough, very prodessional, and very pleasant to be around while they were working. This was one of the lower quotes we received for the job, but the quality of the work and materials was excellent. Got exactly what we wanted. Would recommend them to anyone.

    Had a leaking pipe in the garage where well delivers water to holding tanks. Plumber (Steve) arrived when scheduled, FREE estimate to repair. We discussed some improvements, and added to estimate. Office always called in advance to confirm appointment time was still good. Repairs & modification were done as discussed. Work was top quality. Done right. Done on time. Done for the agreed upon cost. Next time: Apple Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

    It’s never a good day when you have a plumbing emergency, especially just before a long weekend! But, Apple Plumbing really helped turn a crisis into a very positive experience. Apple Plumbing is an outstanding company. Im sure there are a lot of plumbing companies that can technically complete a job as well as Apple, but hard to imagine any that have the focus on customer service that Apple does. The communication when I booked the appointment was perfect and when the plumber showed up he really listened to what my issue was. He gave me a list of options to consider, took his time to explain each option, and then just let me decide. I never felt pressured at all. I was also very impressed by the level of protocol for safety and cleanliness . Love this company and would highly recommend to others.

    Bob was very thorough in presenting me with options for a bath-to-shower conversion.The finished shower is beautiful!There was a break in the middle of the project for mold removal and remediation. Bob worked with the remediation company to coordinate the work.     We called with some non-emergency issues that had built up over time in our house. Apple Plumbing responded promptly and professionally. They fixed issues with two showers and a toilet, and then came back later to replace our dishwasher and garbage disposal. Scheduling was great, within a few days (again, these were non-emergency issues and we were completely happy to have them fixed within a couple days --- we had imagined that the job might not be scheduled for weeks or months). And Apple stuck to the schedule, no last-second oh something came up. Our plumber, Rob Rose, was very professional and patient. He explained the issues and proposed fixes very clearly, answered questions, and gave us options. The work was done quickly. Were happy. I hope we dont have any more plumbing problems for a long time, but if we do, well give Apple another call.

    Excellent experience! Will definitely use Apple Plumbing again. Mid 50s house in non-emergency need of a new water heater. Estimate took place within 24 hours of initial call, and the technician followed up the next day with a plan and quote. New unit installed in under a week! Cameron was prompt, knowledgable, personable, and conscientious. Office staff was friendly and attentive (even when I had to narrow my window of availability the day of the estimate).     Our relationship with Bath Planet and Apple Plumbing began with designing and installing a new shower. From start to completion this project was a outstanding experience. Mike and Sam were professionl installers and they completed the work on time and with limited disruption to our routine. The finished product is beautiful and we love it. Because of the quality of their work we decided to have them also install a new water heater and a new water softner system. These two additionl projects were also totally outstanding, completed on time and at the price quoted. Robert and Jose were the primary plumbers and they were both professional, courteous and thorough. Requested Change Orders and modifications were always quickly accommodated.     Two times in the last few months, Mike, from Apple Plumbing has been over to the rescue.     I am so happy that I called Apple Plumbing. I posted a request for a plumber that could fix our steam shower on Face Book. A friend recommended I call Apple Plumbing and request Rob Resue. I did and they scheduled for him to come out today. They called and asked if it was a good time for Rob to come out and I said yes. Ping, I receive a text giving me background information on Rob and his 30 years of experience, his picture and his interests and what he likes and where hes from. Rob showed up and I showed him 3 different things we needed addressed and about 30 minutes later he gives me a price of what it will cost and he leaves to go get the parts. He came back right when he said he would and 20 minutes later all 3 problems are fixed. I have never written a review of such incredible work in such a timely fashion.     Robert does a quality job and is dedicated to getting the job done right! I had a pipe with a slow leak in my basement. I was quickly scheduled with Robert, who came out and replaced the damaged piece of pipe. He was very polite and a pleasure to work with. All of my pipes are really old galvanized pipes with lots of rust build-up in them, which I found out after the main water had been shut off and then turned back on (when none of the faucets flowed any more after the pipe repair). Robert came right back, inspected things, and cleaned out every faucet to remove the now-loosened rust. I greatly appreciate his hard work and his dedication to quality service!

    10 stars if I could go that high. I have an older bench home, and my sink drain pipe began leaking under the slab beneath my dining room, pooring grey water into my celar. I was afraid of digging the old pipe out and replacing it, given it was just burried in dirt under the slab, and was probably 10 feet long. The first plumber I called wanted to re-route it to my bathroom sink in my crawl space and quoted me a huge price, stating my insurance might cover it (they wouldnt in the end). Rob from Apple Plumbing arrived, informed me that filing an insurance claim would be futile (it was). He quoted me a price (not trying to scam my insurance company) to re-route it to a bigger 3 inch toilet line, and that price was substantially less than the other plumber. He arrived two days later and was done in less than a day. I could not be happier with the work. I have never seen a plumbing company with more than 3 stars, Apple Plumbing fully deserves thier 5 star rating.

    Apple Plumbing & Bath is a wonderful company to work with. Totally professional from the moment they enter the house. We needed to replace a tub/shower and install a walk-in shower. They have a wide selection of design choices in their showroom. Their employees are highly skilled in plumbing, demolition and installation. There work is AMAZING! We just Love our new walk-in shower. Its just BEAUTIFUL. I highly recommend them. I prefer to support local businesses. Apple Plumbing deserves way more than 5 stars. EXCELLENT company for all your plumbing needs.
