Allstar Plumbing has done several jobs for me over the years, including finding a sewer gas leak, changing toilets out, fixing leaky pipes, new water heater, but most recently did a huge job digging out an old sewer line and replacing it with a new one. They are my first call for a sewer scope or any diagnostic plumbing issues. They are EXPERTS! I can’t say enough good things, they kept the site clean every day and worked efficiently. It was a big job and everyday they had multiple people on site working. I would highly recommend hiring them for small AND big jobs! They are always my first call 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were very professional. Our tub, toilet & bathroom sinks weren’t draining. They came right away the next day (did offer to come that evening but we were ok with the next morning. They came at the specific time, showed us on camera what the problem was, preceded to fix it, all is great. Came the following week to fix what needed to be strapped to the floor Joyce. We were quoted a price for the second visit & because it didn’t take long, $400 was taken off the quote. Honest company to deal with.

We were experiencing a lack of hot water in our shower and called All Star this afternoon about 1 pm. Jennifer advised us that she could send Carlos and Zack out and they would be at our home by 2 pm. They were here and fixed our issue and were finished by 3 pm. This is the second time weve used them, the first being a complete remodel of our master bath. We purchased all of the fixtures and they installed them, including a 400 pound freestanding bathtub. Their employees have all been very courteous, kind, friendly, honest, professional and knowledgeable! We will recommend All Star Plumbing to anyone looking for a good plumber!

We discovered water flooding our basement one evening, we called All Star Plumbing and they quickly came to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the leak and assisted in the restoration, but they educated us along the way on how these issues happen in the first place. The employees at All Star plumbing demonstrated honesty and care from beginning to end and checked in with us on the job all the way until it was resolved. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know who is in need of honest work in the Treasure Valley.

John showed up on very short notice to give me a bid on replacing all polybutylene piping in the entire house. Carlos and team did a great job removing and replacing the piping and was very attentive to all details, even putting up with dogs trying to help them! I would highly recommend All Star Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

We recently had our water heater go out on us. We called another company and they came out and let us know they couldn’t get it replaced until after the holiday weekend. We panicked thinking we’d have freezing cold showers for the weekend, however, we called Jennifer and she quickly sent John out. John was able to replace our water heater same day within a couple of hours. The service was fantastic!!

We’ve been having backup in our kitchen sink for a bit. John and Alex came out, arrived on time, and were so friendly and professional! They got our kitchen sink working properly again, and gave us tips on keeping it clear moving forward. I have two little babies and they were so patient and kind about them moving around and “helping them out”. Carlos explained everything in a way that made sense and had the sinks working in less than an hour. One of the better customer service experiences Ive had in any industry. Johnny was extremely professional when providing us our assessment and quote. We needed to add to our quote and Jennifer in the office was not only friendly and professional, but extremely prompt. We got an appointment for our plumbing repairs much quicker then I expected and the work was done in top notch fashion. I dont have a lot of experience with local plumbers, but its safe to say this company has to be one of the better ones out there.

It began as a typical Saturday morning, but all of that was about to change. One of a homeowner’s worst nightmares had happened: I discovered a hot water line in the crawlspace that had been leaking for over a week. After I discovered it, I immediately turned off the hot water and then began searching for someone to help. I found All Star Plumbing and Restoration while doing a Google search; checked their reviews, and decided to give them a call: they arrived in less than an hour!Tyler arrived and went down into the humid swamp-like crawlspace and quickly discovered the problem. However, when he came back up, he had some other, more distressing news to give me. He stated that the joists and insulation were totally saturated and that I had better get in touch with our insurance agent. Needless to say, I was floored! I have never had to deal with anything like this before and had no idea what to do. Tyler took the time to walk me through the entire process: from repair through restoration, and what would happen during each step. I was very impressed that he would take the time and thoroughly explain the entire process. Tyler then went back down and completed the repair. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the bill for the repair was much less than what I had expected, especially for a weekend job.While I was told I could choose any company, I decided to choose All Star Plumbing and Restoration to do the cleanup and drying of the crawlspace and the subfloor in our living room. Once we got the “okay” from our insurance adjuster, Tyler and Tony arrived and the first thing they did was protect the floors leading to and from the crawlspace entrance, (a minor thing to do in the scope of what is happening, but I feel that this demonstrates a high level of customer service). Tony then suited-up in hazmat gear and mask, then went down into the hot and humid crawlspace, where he spent the next several hours removing the saturated insulation, spraying antimicrobial agent on the subfloor and joists, and setting fans.When the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage, Tyler also came by and explained to him what had happened, the repair that he made, the damage that occurred, and the restoration procedures they employed.I want to take this time to give a big thank you to Tyler for all his work and support through the entire process. I want to thank Tony for all the hard work he did during the restoration phase. He worked for several hours in a very hot and humid environment and got the job done. I also want to thank Jennifer for her help in working with the insurance company and for explaining the claims process to me.In short, I would highly recommend All Star Plumbing and Restoration for any of your plumbing & restoration needs. They were fast to respond, performed the repair quickly, and the fee was very reasonable, especially since this occurred on a weekend. The professionalism and caring of everyone involved gave us the peace of mind, which helped make this very stressful situation much easier to endure.

Great and easy to work with, a friend referred me to them when I had a toilet leaking, John was very helpful and fixed it very quickly. Advised me that an outside faucet was ok and didnt need anything- great news. Because this was such a good experience I had them replace my 20 year old hot water heater. Again, great experience - John and Alex did a great job. I did check prices and theirs was the best price- by quite a bit! Best thing you get from these guys- Peace of Mind!

As a property manager, it can be painstaking to find good, knowledgeable, and communicative contractors. We had a pipe leak after hours and All Star were quick to the property to get it stopped and repaired.It ultimately led to them doing a full re-plumb of four tenant-occupied units. Jennifer in the office was always very prompt and thorough with her responses. The project manager, Shane, was very knowledgeable and made this project as quick and painless as he could for our Tenants.The crew at All Star made this large (for us) project very easy and stress-free, Id absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs, big or small!

I hired this company to install a new kitchen sink and faucet, and everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Matt left me a pre-arrival message and arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, and highly skilled. The results are fantastic. He went above and beyond by offering to discard the packaging materials for me, and also hauled the old, outdated sink/faucet away. I will recommend this company to anyone and will be using them for all future upgrades!

I was so impressed with All Star Plumbing. We woke up the day before Christmas Eve only to find out our water heater was not working. The company was able to get someone right out to the house. Matthew Dealy was so polite and provided us all of our options. He thoroughly explained every aspect. He tirelessly tried to find a part for our 16 year old water heater but was unable to get one unless we wanted to wait 5 days (due to the holidays) without hot water. We ultimately decided to replace the system and Matthew had a new one in our home within 2 hours. He was so respectful and kind including explaining other concerns with our water softener etc. I NEVER felt pressured or like he was trying to upsell us and he made me feel like I could totally trust his advice and workmanship. I would highly recommend All Star plumbing and Matthew! We were very pleased with the work and the cost to replace our water heater...especially two days before Christmas! Thank you Matthew!

All Star Plumbing & Restoration is an honest and hardworking group. I recently had a significant amount of water damage and plumbing work that needed to be done. This job included cleaning up mold, cutting drywall/patching/painting, toilet install, tub overflow/drain pipe replacement, underlayment replacement, new vinyl floor install, trim installation and caulking.Part of the job included a minor mistake on a toilet install which they responded to immediately. All I did was call their 24 hour phone number and the owner himself picked up. He offered to come out that night but we determined it wasn’t necessary and instead he had a crew come out first thing the next morning on a Saturday. They showed up as promised, fixed installation and completed the rest of the job that was originally scheduled to be done the following Monday.They were more than fair with their pricing and great service. For example, they even went to the extent of taking off their shoes before they came into our house and was very courteous the entire time. I do estimates/pricing for large projects every day for a living and I know they not only gave me a great deal but included superior service on top of that!

Had a big bathroom issue, not just plumbing but subfloor rot which had been hidden for years, someone was actually using the toilet when it bent forward through the floor. Not just a toilet leak but the tub valve as well and leaking around the tub surround. Brian came and gave a fair estimate and agreed to start in about 2 weeks. I received a call the next day asking if they start early, which they did. They had to replace more than 3/4 of the subfloor, and remove most of the old plumbing. Then they placed 2 large fans and a dehumidifier in the bathroom, for a week, to dry everything out. One of their crew showed up everyday to check the dryness level. All new subfloor, new toilet, new tub and surround. Then the finish carpenter Jim from Treasure Valley Tool Box took over. I have to say he was quite meticulous. I know it cost more than the original estimate but the damage was extensive. Great job the bathroom looks Super! I would recommend these folks highly.
