We had a new HVAC system put in in June of this year. The system is fantastic. Our representative came out, his name was Alfredo, he was professional, he explained everything so we understood the pricing was easy to understand so we knew how much they were going to charge us. They came within a few days got our new system installed and ready for hot summer weather. I couldnt speak more highly of access heating and air. Today they came out and installed an air purification system. So Im looking forward to seeing how that helps keep our home even cleaner than ever as we have a big dog and a high traffic family. The technician today Devin was really kind and really knowledgeable he explained the new system to me and want to expect. Thank you access heating and air for your professional services. I look forward to many years of good maintenance in my home.

Alfredo was fantastic in giving us options/estimates for our furnace, which they discovered had a crack in 1 of the heat exchangers. Devin was also fantastic! He was the man who came to our house first to see what was going on with our furnace. He then had Alfredo come to give us the options/estimates. They were both very, very nice, funny, and spent A LOT of time with us!

As always we had a great experience. Josh showed up to do our semi annual inspection to get ready for summer and he was super friendly and helpful. He found an issue with our water tank and called in one of their plumbers who came out the next day. Kyle showed up and he too was super friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us the price but then when my husband explained that he was some what familiar with how to fix what needed to be done, Kyle gave him some great tips including the best place to buy the part!! We are beyond grateful for both of them being proficient and helpful!!

Alfredo was very nice (at first very intimidating on phone) but get through that, he was awesome in person, and makes sure you get what you actually need, not what other companies are trying to push with their top of the line which can be unnecessary. You could get over the top but under served, if that makes sense. I asked about membership (to provide regular maintenance), warranties and learned something on difference of Purchased and Not purchased Warranty. You want a purchased warranty by a reputable company that is certified with the equipment they sell. That is certified to work on equipment. Any company can work on someone’s equipment, but warranty isn’t the same or guaranteed.Ask the question and Alfredo will give you answers in terms you will understand. Thank you Alfredo.

They had a great price promo going on and came out on time, with real time updates of their arrival. I gave them 5 stars but I would really like to see them improve their estimated times of arrival. It would be helpful if their dispatcher would give an updated eta when their tech gets an unexpectedly complex job. I have spent way more time waiting on the tech to arrive than I have waiting to see my doctor.

I would like to give you some very positive feedback. My AC compressor went out last night. I called your office this morning at 7:30 and spoke with Roland. I was happy to have the phone answered before 8am and he was able to get us on the schedule the same day. We got a call from Allie this afternoon 2 hours before the technicians arrived to give us a heads up. She was very friendly and professional on the phone. The techs Brandon and Jared arrived on time. They were extremely friendly, presentable and courteous. They used shoe covers in the house and asked if we required masks. They identified the problem quickly as a bad start up capacitor and soon had it replaced. They verified the system was working properly and efficiently and were finished within an hour. All smiles even though it was after 7:00 on a Friday night on a 106 degree day. Access continues to provide exceptional service with prompt service and high quality employees. Great job and thank you!

Andrew was friendly and professional while still focused on and enthusiastic about the task at hand of evaluating and fixing our a/c system. He was able to diagnose quickly and even though it involved a lot of up and down stairs and working in our attic at 100+ degrees never complained. He went the extra mile in finding each and every problem and provided solutions that we could choose rather than forcing something on us. Even though we had agreed upon a simple remedy for a lower amount he still went further when he found a simple leak in our refrigerant line and fixed it without charging extra resulting in a solution going beyond what we had decided on or expected. Overall 5 star experience - having an a/c system break in the middle of school starting and while helping to plan a funeral was stressful enough, being able to have it up and running immediately was a lifesaver - the positive interaction, professionalism, understanding, and quality of service made for 5 stars.

Our AC stopped working. We called the Access team and they came in the very next day and began repairs to provide cooling. Our unit was over 25 years old so we ordered a new unit. The removal of the old unit and installation of the new system was completed three days later. The staff were very professional and courteous. I can not begin to communicate how amazing the Access team is and I cant thank them enough for their help. My parents AC went out in the middle of triple digit temps. My mom couldnt find a company that could come out within a week. My dad is home on hospice care and bedridden. My mom is stressed trying to care for him so I called Access (theyve been the servicer at my house for several years). I called on Friday afternoon, came out Saturday, they got parts on Monday and had it fixed Tuesday morning.The entire team was so kind and professional. Luke was so caring about our situation, he even called me personally after his assessment to give me an update because he knew my mom was stressed. He also told me he was so sorry for what our family was going through. Nathan worked tirelessly and patiently with me on some requirements we had to meet for insurance reimbursement for my mom, and Andrew was prompt and professional getting the repair done. None of it could have happened without Melissa finding a spot on the calendar for us.Thank you all for your help! It was a stressful time with my dad and yet you got us through it. So my husband and I purchased a warranty with a company called CHOICE warranty Thinking that this would be a good investment to have in place just in case any of our appliances air conditioning unit broke. We called them on a Friday and put a claim in for ourAir conditioning unit that stopped putting out cold air and they responded with an auto email stating it was going to take up to 48 hours for them to get back to us and they never got back to us for four days, after spending that kind of money we asked for a full refund it was just a headache and a waste of time and money … So we contacted ACCESS Heating and Air And wow quite the opposite, they came the next day! Very professional, reasonable prices and excellent customer service also very knowledgeable about what they do! Not to mention they help out the boys and girls club in Meridian and are very involved with our community🥰 you can go on YouTube and listen to their video.
