My home warranty company, Old Republic, first assigned another company for our clogged kitchen drainpipe issue, but when I checked the awful reviews of that first company, I immediately cancelled the service request. OR then assigned Zeus, and their reviews were decent, so I figured we would take the risk. Fred, the Zeus dispatcher, called me to set up the service call--he was friendly and kind, apologetic that they could not immediately get a tech to us since we are located in a small town on the very fringe of their service area. Our situation was more of an inconvenience rather than an emergency, so I was happy to have the tech scheduled for the next morning. Hugo, the tech, came on-time as scheduled the next day, and took care of our blockage. He was professional and personable, and gave us lots of good advice. These guys are one of the best service providers that OR has ever sent to our home, I highly recommend Zeus!

Zeus Plumbing is so reliable and trustworthy, that they are always our first call for any plumbing problems we have. For almost 10 years now, whenever we have a plumbing issue that we request service for under our home warranty policy, we always request that they send out Zeus Plumbing to take care of it (or we will call Zeus directly for issues, not covered by our insurance policy).Over the years, they have handled everything from the simplest sink leak, or toilet wobble, to replacing our water heater and home water softener system, and the Zeus Plumbing technicians are always so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, that they can take care of our problems in no time.As for the times, when the plumbing issue fell outside of our insurance policy, we have found their pricing to be extremely competitive if not, the lowest you can find, even with their high-quality work. And I have to mention the fantastic communication from the dispatch office; you will always know who, and when, your technician will arrive, and they always have time to answer all your questions.

Juan and Spencer did a phenomenal job. I had a leak of unknown origin only identifiable by the fact the digital meter was running constantly. Over the course of 2 months I had three plumber come out and couldnt and/or wouldnt find the leak. Juan came out, and even through it took an entire day, he found the leak in the yard under a rock landscaping wall. He was able to come out two day later and complete re-route the main water line going into the house. My meter finally reads zero again for the first time in over two months. As far as Im concerned, Zeus plumbing is the only company that will work on my house..

Despite my home warranty not covering the issue and me having to pay out of pocket, I think it was his excellent customer service skills that allowed me to be okay with paying out of pocket. He’s very knowledgeable and made sure everything was good and clean before leaving. He was also very efficient. He also explained the work that would need to get done to fix another issue I have and I now know that when I am ready to get that fixed, I want him to be the one to do it. I cant over hype Zeus plumbing. Xavier Puente from Zeus Plumbing was great! He quickly identified where the leak was coming from, and worked with our home warranty company to find the best solution for the best price - even staying a couple hours late Friday to talk this out with them and me. He went above and beyond and come back Saturday morning to fix the leak so we were only without water for 1 night. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if we do I will definitely reach out to Zeus and request Xavier because I know Ill be in good hands.

Honestly I was worried about the service because as we all do I read the reviews, but this is who our warranty company picked. I didn’t experience one bad thing from Zeus.Our water softener broke and it was beyond repair. The issue was identified quickly and a suggested replacement was identified.Zeus reached out for scheduling and was easy to work with. The front office was on top of everything and kept me in the loop. They worked with our warranty company (Super) and made all the arrangements.Thomas, our technician was amazing. He was informative, helpful, professional, and overall was just nice to work with. He installed a great water softener and it looks and runs amazing.Zeus communicates well, they are on top of their IT, and the technician, Thomas, was great.I would use Zeus again even if it was out of pocket without a warranty company.-Wayne

We had a mystery problem where our toilet would clog for no reason and back up into the bathtub. Three different plumbers from different companies were sent out from my home warranty and none of them could solve the problem. They would unclog the pipe and just leave. Our warranty company then sent Zeus Plumbing, and Im so glad they did. Aaron went above and beyond to find out what the issue was and spent an hour looking for the root cause of the problem. We now finally have a solution and can use our guest bathroom again. I will definitely request them again if we have future issues and I recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

This was a warranty call for me and usually with warranties some technicians not from Zeus plumbing of course or Ruben but some technicians we’ve had in the past treated as such “oh well it’s just a warranty”. They leave sloppy work, they don’t pick up their mess, they come in and out and most of the time we have to call them back. However, Ruben from Zeus plumbing was on time and he had a smile the entire time. Now yes this did take two service calls. Which by the way was not his fault at all. When he came back the second time to finish the job, he did a beautiful job. And the gentleman that he had with him explained the warranty on the showerhead not from the company but from the manufacturer Moen. They were a wonderful team. I would like all my home warranty work to be with them from now on.

My experience with Zeus Plumbing was great. I had a leak in my water heater and Juan made it out to my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He made sure everything was turned off and told me what he needed to do to get American Home Shield to approve the repair. Chelsea was awesome! She was constantly giving me the information that I needed to know where we were in the repair process. She was very helpful and made extra calls because American Home Shield dropped the ball. She was always pleasant no matter how many times I called and provided me with updates. Without Juan and Chelsea this experience could have possibly been horrible because American Home Shield drags their feet and doesnt keep the customer updated. Juan worked me in and came by my house after his last call for the day which I greatly appreciated. He was there until 7:30 pm at night and still managed to have a smile on his face. I would definitely call Zeus Plumbing again!!!! Thanks for caring about the customer Chelsea and Juan. Kudos to you both!!!!

Was assigned to Zeus Plumbing from home warranty and the technician who came out (Cody) was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave a ton of recommendations. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had an appointment time scheduled between 9-12 and when I called at 12 to see if somebody was still coming, there was no answer and I got a call around 3pm when I was no longer home. This was upsetting because I wasted my time in the morning, but the lady who I spoke to was apologetic and scheduled to fit me in the next day.

My garbage disposal started to leak from the bottom of the unit and from what I had read up on the repair the unit needed to be replaced due to an internal seal finally wearing away (disposal was 12 years old and had seen a lot of use during that time frame). I called my home warranty company and Zeus Plumbing was assigned the repair job. Ruben called me about an hour out from my house and informed me that they were picking up a new unit and would be at my house in about one hour... Him and his assistant arrived on time and was very nice and professional when checking out the old garbage disposal unit. Him and his partner replaced the old unit in less than 25 minutes and tested the new one before leaving. (And for people still worried about COVID19 precautions they both had masks on when they arrived and kept them on while I was in the kitchen.)I know this company has gotten some bad reviews (I read them and was leery about having them assigned my repair job.) but Ruben handled the repair efficiently and was very professional. So for my repair Zeus Plumbing receives a 5 star rating for professionalism, repairing the problem efficiently the first time and for being on time to my house for the repair! Thank you for valuing people’s time and getting here within the 3 hour window and for calling ahead of time to tell me when your arrival would be.

SOLID SERVICE! This is the third time my home warranty has sent out Zeus Pluming and for the third time I was pleased with the service. I am always weary of companies our home warranty sends out to us, but after three times with Zeus, I now feel confident with them and their service. After the work order was filed with my Home Warranty company, Zeus called me to set up an appointment 1 ½ days later. They were able to get me an appointment 2 days later. They could have gotten me sooner, but I couldn’t because of work. The dispatcher called me the day prior with an estimated time of 12:00-5:00. I requested the last appointment of the day which they obliged. Businesses sometimes get bad press for the long estimated time, but in my experience most businesses give you these types of hours. On the day of the appointment towards the end of the day, I gave them a call to see where I was in the queue. The friendly dispatcher called the technician and she gave me an update to my satisfaction.This time our technician was Justin. He was professional, courteous and friendly. Justin called me 20-30 minutes before he arrived to ensure I was home. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was worried about a hot water leak behind our bathroom wall and he was able to confirm my suspicions about “Pipe Creak”. This is when the water pipe is threaded through a hole cut through the woo d in the wall and when the pipe expands during the winter it presses on the wood and “creaks”. He confirmed his analysis with his supervisor of many years and he confirmed the analysis. They could have easily said “lets open the wall up and see” but they were honest in their assessment and did not gouge me for additional services and out of pocket expenses. Thank you again for the great service!!

Had a leak in the garage under our concrete slab. I thought it was going to cost not just an arm and leg but my whole body since I figured the plumber would have to jack hammer the slab to fix. I called our home warranty in hopes that it would be covered and they referred Zeus Plumbing. Andrew came out, checked it out, and suggested rerouting the line instead of what I feared. He stated that it would be more cost effective. Bless him!!! He even went to bat for us when the home warranty tried to deny. They finally granted it and Andrew and Tom went to work the next day. They were both friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked efficiently and got the job done right. Next time I have a plumbing issue, I’ll definitely recommend Zeus plumbing and ask for Andrew and Tom.

Hi my name is Tracy and I would just like to say I dont no about what anybody else has to say but I find it hard to believe that this company can get anything other than five stars. I called them on an emergency basis and they were front and center. They even pulled a tech from another job to make sure I was taken care of in the same day. The plumbers name was Karl Bishop. I was not on site while work was being done but he called on everything to keep me abroad.This job could have easily taken 3-4 days, they finished in two. Thank you guys I will refer you to anyone that needs a plumber.
