Expert knowledge, impeccable craftsmanship, and great customer service. 10/10 recommend Olde Town Plumbing!My husband and I have had the displeasure of dealing with several slab leaks shortly after remodeling our (new to us) home. When our remodel plumber wouldn’t answer calls, we reached out to Olde Town.Walter was able to come that same day to assess our situation and give us options. We ultimately decided to go for a repipe. I must mention that at no point did we feel pressured into the more costly solution. Walter was extremely professional in laying out what he thought our options were and give us room to make a decision.From there, Olde Town was able to get us on their schedule in record time.The team deployed to our house was amazing. Rodney and Juan were seasoned plumbers who went above and beyond to figure our messy plumbing out. They were very diligent in reporting their findings and giving us options. They were courteous, timely, and super clean. They completed the job on-time, and to our surprise, at no extra charge, despite some of the issues they ran into. While we wish we had never had to re-pipe (or better yet: been given the option when the downstairs floor was down to studs), we are thrilled to have found a good, reliable, plumbing service provider.

These folks are tops in our eyes , we have resided here (in Boerne)for 11 months now , and had Old Town Plumbing out 3 or 4 times for different repairs ,/ upgrades to our home . This last occasion, was to install a new shower head / combo as I just had a surgery & were unable to do myself @ this time( and we were expecting some of our kids, and grandkids) . These folks are always on time , very clean , quality workmanship, patient & thorough. Needed a Soft water system, Rob found the best unit for a great price. Fit me into his busy schedule and installed the unit. Installed professionally, looks like it came with the home. All the electrical and plumbing is barely noticeable. Clean and neat the way I like my garage. Will use Olde Town for all my plumbing needs, just hope its not often.

Olde Town was called back after we discovered that all of our faucets screens were plugged with the green copper depoists that had broken loose after they snaked one of our cooper water lines to try to determune a water leak.Justin was very accommodating in continuing to open up 2 more new areas of sheetrock walls and testing for moisture, in trying to identify why the sheetrock was moist in those areas.Highly recommend!

We had Clay at our house. He arrived on time, and was very quick to get started on our pressure regulating valve that had failed. Clay was careful not to disturb our lawn as he dug around our old PRV. He coordinated with us for a very short duration of no water when he installed the new PRV and shut off ball valve. Clay then tested our water heater expansion tank to confirm it had failed and then replaced it. His careful attention to detail and care for my property was apparent since he didn’t spill any water in our attic.Clay did efficient and outstanding work.

I cant even say how impressed I am with Olde Town Plumbing. This is the best company I have had the pleasure of working with. Rob came to my house for the quote and was super nice and efficient. We were in need of a water softener and our house wasnt plumbed for it. We also needed a gas shut off valve relocated. Rob had his team working on our house within two days (it was the weekend). House water pressure was too high due to a failed pressure reducing valve on the main supply line; we called Olde Town Plumbing and they were able to fit us into the schedule the same day and replaced the valve and the expansion tanks on the water heaters. Our old system was failing to soften the water and was producing very salty water at the faucets. Rob replaced my well house pump, irrigation pump and backflow, pressure tank and fixed some corroded shower valves that were out of date and needed extensive research to find proper parts to avoid having to open the wall and take out the entire valve. Rob saved me a great deal of $ over the former plumbing company I had been using. (They were a one man operation when I started using them, but recently sold to a big, out-of-state firm). Rob is a local, small business and does great work.
