Dustin let me know he was on his way, which I always appreciate. Dustin and his sidekick were dressed very nicely and professional from the time they got out of the truck. Dustin gave me the approximate cost before they started the job, and they were able to fix the bathroom sink faucets to work much better. Pulliam has several exceptional employees including Susan that schedules the jobs.

Starts with kitchen sing no drain and call Pulliam Plumbing the y came out stared with snaking drain and then had to use the camera saw the problem of collapsing dran pipe. Our house was built 50 yrs or more. They write up the necessary paperwork for insurance company and also called in inspectors and excavate crews etc. it was a huge job and they were on site overseeing at needed intervals evened when new developments arose and additional work was needed and addition paperwork to insurance company . They were on top of the job throughout to completion.

I had an aging and damaged cast iron drain pipe beneath my houses foundation. Pulliam Plumbing submitted a claim to my insurance provider and managed all the necessary paperwork. They excavated 60 feet under my foundation to replace all of the drain pipes, and afterward, they thoroughly cleaned up all construction debris and soil. Their work was exceptional; I had no concerns as I was confident in their professional expertise.

Had a big expensive plumbing repair problem and called Pulliam Plumbing since I have used them in the past. Glen worked with me to help reduce the bill on the large job by calling around to find less expensive excavators since the job required tunneling under the house. He was able to fix large problem less expensively than originally estimated and even repaired a couple of other things he found while under the house without charging me additional for those small repair services. Its nice to know that there are professionals out there who are honest and will work with you as much as possible. I would definitely recommend Pulliam plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Im always wary of contractors trying to take me for a ride when it comes to pricing or just trying to do really shoddy work because they dont think I know any better. But Pulliams work is the best Ive ever dealt with where plumbing is concerned. Plus, he did his best to save me money! He showed up earlier than expected and was great with my animals too.

Chris and his assistant performed services at my house. We also got a call telling us that they were on their way. Absolutely fantastic experience working with Dustin and Gage over at Pulliam Plumbing. Both gentlemen are highly knowledgeable, and came out right away to take care of a water pressure issue I had. As it turns out through a process elimination, what we all believed was a pressure regulator/reducing valve issue turned out to be my a clogged water softener. Had it not been for these guys trying to rule out all possibilities (many other plumbing companies out there would not have done that), I would have been given a new $800+ installed PRV and still had the pressure issue to deal with. Long story short, thanks to these guys being honest and diligent in their analysis of my problem, we figured the issue out and the problem is now solved. I highly recommend Pulliam to anyone looking for an honest plumbing group that isnt out just to make money off their customers. Thanks you all so much for helping me in a time of need. Cheers!
