Would’ve given 100 stars if possible. Murray Service deserves naming rights to my first born after the quality of service I received. I had a catastrophic plumbing issue that almost put my finances and mental health on the fritz. They treated me like family and supported me through the entire process including financing. I reached out to these guys after a referral from a commercial job they had done. I explained my issue and they were able to diagnose it over the phone. They worked with my schedule to get me in and they are amazing at communication. They let me know when they would arrive. The technician was top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I first used Murray Service Co. when my sewer lines backup on a Sunday evening. I called them and within an hour and a half they were there to diagnosis and fix the problem. They do excellent work and treat you like family. Since then I have used them on two other projects. I was so impressed that I signed up for their very reasonable Maintenance Program. I am not one who often takes the time to post reviews. But I really need to call out the extraordinary service that Josh and his team (Felix, Tomas and others from Murray Service) delivered to us when we were in a major pinch. We had been forced to give up on two different plumbers during our extensive home remodeling effort because they were not reliable, complained about everything we asked them to do, and caused more damage or rework than completed tasks. We found ourselves days away from needing to finish the construction and the potential of having to move in without a hot water heater and bathroom and kitchen faucets. The day I called Josh in a panic, he responded quickly and came out that day to assess the situation. The next day Josh mobilized his calvary of 5 guys (including himself) to work through our punch list of plumbing items. It took a couple trips to address everything, but thanks to them we were able to move in on time. He and Felix were clear in their communications, transparent throughout the process, and addressed issues in a calm, pragmatic way. I will look to them for all of our future plumbing needs.

5 stars is not enough for Murray Service Company. Josh is a genuinely good person and a very professional worker. He’s always giving top quality work at a fraction of what others charge for their apathy. He’s helped us with everything from water main breaks to clogged kitchen sinks to (this just in) damaged sewer lines. He has never lied to us or tried to sell a poor solution he knows won’t work, though he’s also never once over-charged us. They are one of the few plumbers out there who warranty their work. It may sound TGTBT, but I’ve been ripped off by too many shady repair people who are really good at the skill they practice the most-the art of taking advantage- to be kidding or over exaggerating. For those with plumbing issues who want positive human interactions with compassionate craftsmen offering the opposite of a “raw deal,” I cannot recommend Murray Service Co enough.

It all looks great and works flawlessly.-My wife had purchased a new kitchen faucet and because they were down there installing the RO system Jacob put it in for me.-As master plumbers they also noticed issues with the original plumbing from the builders. They resolved electrolysis at the main junction to prevent a possible catastrophe to the home.
