    I chose Olde Town Plumbing based on the great reviews I read. They did not disappoint. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they arrived on time, as they said they would. I even received a text message when they were on their way. The work was done quickly and professionally and Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable.     I discovered a water leak from my ceiling on a Friday afternoon . I contacted Olde Towne and they sent someone out within 15 minutes to stop the leak (from a water heater in my attic). He climbed into my attic through a tiny crawl space and managed to stop the flow of water before it could do more damage. . He was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. The fee for this emergency service was very reasonable. I will use them again for the new water heater as soon as the structures are all dried out.

    Walter with Olde Town Plumbing was the best. We had a “foundation leak”, which is bad for us and the plumber. He couldn’t give me an exact estimate or timeframe.     Since living n Boerne I have used a plumber 4 times, 1 of which was Olde Town plumbing due to availability to install a water softening unit. the next two times I did not hesitate in calling Olde Town, the owner and his crew are as professional as they come, they are very fair on their charges and just good honest people.     Once again, I am impressed with Olde Town Plumbing. I was going to put in a new toilet but upon removing the old toilet, the old toilet flange broke off completely! I also had some washer machine shutoff valves to replace. When I called Olde Town, they were friendly and helpful on the phone getting the request scheduled. And when Justin and his helper James showed up, they were on-time, courteous and professional. They explained upfront the work they were going to perform and provided a very fair quote for the work. They did an amazing job of soldering on a new toilet flange to the in-slab cast iron pipe and installing the toilet so that it looked neat and clean. The new washer shutoff valves were also installed quickly and neatly. It was an overall great experience and I highly recommend their services.

    My water heaters were starting to go out and I called Olde Town Plumbing based on a previous positive experience I have had with them. They showed up when they said they would and gave me a fair quote to replace my system with a tankless system. This was on a Tuesday and they said they could do the job on Thursday. My system completely failed later that day and I called to explain I now had no hot water. Rob was able to shift some things around and get my system installed Wednesday.The boys showed up Wednesday morning and got to work. Throughout the day, different team members would show up to see if they needed anything, which seems like a strong indication of a great workplace culture. The employees were all very positive, polite and professional, and seemed to be happy to answer questions that I had. To top it off, the owner is a Marine Corps veteran. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an honest reliable plumbing company and they will be my #1 recommendation going forward.

    Two recent services from Old Towne in November and December 2024. Both were top notch work and great communication. Shawn came both times. Very good work, and helped me understand what was causing both problems and how to prevent going forward. They are my go-to plumbers at this point. Had a pinhole leak in water line in the attic, and a problematic clogged drain where the AC condensation drains, which is not a typical clogged drain. He was able to quickly find fix the problems.     I cant say enough good things about Olde Town Plumbing. Every aspect from start to finish couldnt have gone smoother. We were able to get a next day appointment, and their plumber came out and assessed that our water softener membrane had broken, releasing resin beads into our pipes. They provided a short term solution to clean the pipes and fixtures to get our water flowing again; and long term solution to replace with a home carbon, water softener, and spin down filter. We were shown multiple options to select from in different price ranges which I appreciated. Installation was a breeze. I appreciated they replaced items/pipes that needed it and didnt take short cuts. I would recommend and will keep Olde Town in my contacts and use them for all my plumbing needs. You should too!!!

    We had a stopped up kitchen sink and gave Olde Town Plumbing a call. They got us on the list the next day but could have come later that night! Clay was great. He was polite, answered all our questions and was quick! What a great company. Cant say enough about them. Now we can do the dirty dishes. LOL I highly recommend Olde Town Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They also give a military discount which I appreciated.

    Im in boerne, very happy with the work theyve done at my home which includes plumbing repair, dishwasher install and replacing a garbage disposal. theyve always been on time, given fair pricing and stuck to that pricing when it was time to pay the bill. they did not make a mess of my home. also, shout out to justin whos been out a couple of times and done a great job. i would recommend to friends/family.

    The clog in my 65 year old cast iron pipes was quite a challenge, but Clay was very persistent and got it cleared. He was also very pleasant and informative about everything he was doing and I would recommend him highly.

    Superb service. Professional and responsive. Just out-right nice guys! Needed after-hours emergency service and their plumbers were on site within 30-minutes...and fixed the problem. Followed up with a new water heater, water softener, and osmosis unit replacement/installation--scheduling was timely, staff was friendly, and follow-up service was seamless. Zach headed up the installation of all these units--professional. I only plan to call Olde Town Plumbing for future service.
