Zach called before to let us know he was on his way with an estimated time of arrival. He installed a recirculation pump on our water heater and some other parts under the master bath sink. TH=his pump has a timer which he set and explain everything in simple terms. The price was fair for the benefits of this work. We are very pleased with the results.

I went to Home depot and told the manager over the plumbing department how upset I was over the difference in price. He told me that he hears the same complaint several times each month but the Home office has some sort of deal with them I told him that it was giving Home depot a bad name. When I called Hill country plumbing they were very nice and professional. The two plummers that came out and installed my new water heater were very professional. I would refer this company to anyone needing a plumber.

(UPDATE: The company reached out to me to discuss. Marisa was professional and concerned about my needs. Thank you!) Originally, Zach, the owner came by for my appt to install a part I had ordered. He told me it was the wrong size and we decided I would reorder and schedule a new appt. I did, but a different person arrived to perform the install. While there, I asked the plumber to check a small leak in the well house that was still there after a friend had fixed an after freeze leak. All that needed to be done was to machine the metal part so that it wouldnt leak. Instead, the plumber decided he needed to replace that part. In the process of replacing the part, he broke the PVC pipe coming up thru the cement and ruined all the connections we had previously repaired. He also spent a very long time chipping my cement floor to get the connection to work for him. He also didnt inform me of any of his choices along the way. Initially, I didnt know what to think and accepted the bill despite paying more than twice what I expected. After speaking with the knowledge person that originally repaired the plumbing, I realized that he must have turned the piece the wrong way, causing the break. A single seventy year old man was able to open and close that piece several times without breaking anything. Your plumber told me sometimes things break when trying to make repairs. I cant help but feel as if I paid for his mistake in paying for the hourly wages. If he hadnt broken the pipes, it wouldnt have taken him more than ten minutes to fix. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and a hole in my bank account. Very costly mistake for which I dont think I was responsible.

These guys are some of the best in the business around the Boerne and greater San Antonio area. They were friendly and quick to respond to a water heater issue I had. One company estimated a whole new install and water heater and another company I called was too slow to respond or schedule a visit. But HCP came out to look at my water heater and replaced the heating element and cleared out sediment buildup at the bottom. They gave me a great rate and simple breakdown on an estimate right away and fixed all of the issues I had. Thank you to Sam and Vinny for everything. I’ve know a few others in Boerne who have used them and vouch for them as well. I will definitely stick with ya’ll with any other issues I have!
