We called Boerne Joe Plumbing for what we thought was a slow leak in our slab. Brian ran a pressure test and it did not detect a leak. He determined there was an issue with the water softener.While installing a new food disposal he noticed an odor from the old disposal and determined the previous installer did not plumb the sink and disposal per code. The previous installer also installed the sink drain gasket incorrectly. He corrected the issues in a professional and timely manner. He worked around our schedule and showed up when he said he would. Very happy with their work. We will definitely use Boerne Joe Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Great service!

We recently bought a property that has many issues. Called Boerne Plumbing and they sent Brian out. Brian is very friendly and competent. He replaced our water softener system, hot water heater and installed a dishwasher (two separate appts). He arrived early each time and finished each task quickly and efficiently. He even helped us out with a couple other things and answered our many questions. He cares about the job he does and it shows. We will likely seek his services many times in the future to complete other projects. Highly recommended.

The service Boerne Joe plumbing company provides is the reason for this review. I have had them to my house twice the past few days. The first time was because my water heater leaked all over my garage which they replaced and even cleaned up the mess from the old leaking water heater. They did an excellent job and was very courteous and professional and at a very reasonable cost compared to other plumbing companies I spoke with. Then on the next day late Good Friday evening, I called them because the new water heater didnt have as hot of water as I like and I expected them to maybe get to my house after the holiday weekend but instead were at my house within the hour to adjust the water temperature setting and at NO cost to me. Im very pleased with their professional and honest service and I highly recommend!

Brian and Mike were extremely professional and quick in diagnosing our problem with our water heater and water softener. It was easy to tell that he knew exactly what was going on and what needed to happen. They were able to order the parts and return the next day to replace the unit and fix the problem. The roofers were replacing my roof from hail damage and they needed to to have the plumber diagnose some vent pipe issues before they could seal the vent pipes in. Brian was able to squeeze us in for a last minute inspection enabling the roofers to finish.He also inspected some water lines in the attic that needed some insulation repairs which he scheduled for another call. Very professional and I highly recommend him!

I am a long time Boerne resident. obviously during this winter storm, many people needed help. I called Boerne plumbing and Brian called me back immediately. he was honest with me about how long it would take to get here. he had to dig out of the snow and ice and got his truck stuck in a ditch but kept me informed the entire way. I had multiple problems with my well, pump, and pipes. Brian diagnosed the issues, and fixed the problem. I was lucky to have him and Boerne Plumbing working for me. hope this helps.

My experience using Boerne Joe Plumbing was by far one of the best experiences using a plumber. They were able to come out to my house on such a short notice when everybody else was at least a two day wait. That alone was huge for me. Even the company I used the first time this problem arose a few months ago was a two day wait, which if the job was done right the first time I would not have had to call the 2nd time. Boerne Joe Plumbing did the job right the first time and was cheaper than the first company we used. The plumber was very professional and got the job done quickly. After the job was done I received a follow up call to make sure all was good. I can honestly say that the other company did not do any of the things Boerne Joe Plumbing did. I will recommend Boerne Joe Plumbing to everybody in the Boerne area.

Id been freaking out about a slab leak for weeks but I was in denial and didnt want to deal with it. Finally, at wits end, I called Boerne Plumbing late on a Sunday afternoon. Brian answered and literally was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. Early the next morning he was at my house and stopped the leak. I could have saved myself lots of worry if Id called him when I first realized I had a problem. He and his helper are very professional, neat and clean in their workmanship, and charged a fair price. After my experience with them, I will never call another plumbing company. Boerne Plumbing all the way!

We had our first experience with Joes Plumbing in Boerne and while I am always nervous when trying new businesses, I was very impressed with the company. They real do great work. We had two toilets replaced and several faucets that were being replaced as well. Their attention to detail was beyond what I expected. Boerne Plumbing replaced a kitchen faucet and a reverse osmosis faucet for us. While they were doing the job, they found that the builder from eleven years ago did not have one of the pvc lines adhered to the line going out of the wall. They took care of this without any issue. We were very pleased with their service. We have used them before and will use them again in the future.

I had a water leak in my master bathroom. I didnt know who to call so I searched Boerne plumbers and found the Boerne Plumbing website. I called them after 5pm and left a message. They called me right back and scheduled. They came out, found the main leak and then a second leak. They were thorough, professional, quick, punctual, and polite. When the work was completed I was happy to learn that the person who did the work is a US Army Veteran who has served in wartime overseas.

I called Boerne Joe for a water heater problem I was having. It was about 11 years old and not producing the same amount of hot water it use to. Joe arrived on time and honestly told me that it would not be wise to spend good money after bad as I dont have a softener and there was quite a bit of corrosion on the connections as well as around where the heater element is. He also informed me that the tank was probably 1/3 full of mineral scale. Long story short, I agreed to replace the hot water heater. Im so happy I did. When he got the old hot water heater out, it took himself and two helpers to load it up and haul it off as it was more than 1/3 full of mineral scale and very heavy. I know I was wasting a lot of energy just heating my water. Joe also put a hot water circulating pump on my hot water system and I could not be happier with their work, service, honesty and attitude. Not to mention they cleaned up much better than I expected. Yes I recommend and will use them again when needed.

This is the second time we use Boerne Joe Plumbing. The first was for a garbage disposal. The one installed by the builder was undersized, they made a good recommendation and went through the various sizes.This most recent was due to hot water heater issues. We had two in the attic with one leaking and the second never piped correctly.After reviewing the options, we went with a tankless heater. The work was professional, quick and we will definitely use them again.

Brian has been very professional on every occasion he has worked with us. In fact, after he came out to set a toilet, he suggested we wait for him to do the work until some of the other wall and repair work was done. He made the long trip out here and did not charge until he came back to complete the work. He has been upfront with the issues that an older home brings to the plumbing and told us what to watch for. He is pleasant to work with. Our service got caught up in the holiday season and we had back orders on deliveries of the toilets I wanted. We moved into a new house with a few known problems, called Boerne Joes and Brian came out and reviewed my list of fixes. He recommended a few different approaches that were a lot better then what I had in mind. Prices for the fixes were stated openly and were kept when the bill was due. Fair prices for good work and an honest approach is all one can ask for. I have other work, including updates to the master bath in our future; Boerne Joes will be my first call. A good plumber is hard to find, looks like we have one less thing to worry about here in Boerne TX.

We undertook a remodel of our older home including kitchen and baths with Brian as our plumber and as the old plumbing was exposed, we realized that there were numerous leaks in the old copper inside the walls. We also replaced our water heater and found that the adjacent copper supply line running through the slab was leaking as well. A slab leak can be daunting because of the expense of rerouting the main supply. Brian had the experience and expertise necessary to guide us in making the appropriate and cost effective repairs to the inside plumbing which included new pex piping and also a complete reroute of the well supply to the home. He also installed our new kitchen and master bath plumbing. We couldnt be more pleased with the results and we have great piece of mind that we now have a sound home plumbing system. Thanks Brian!
