Went with Denny and Jilly after 2 other places refused to give me a quote for new water heater without a trip charge. He arrived when he said and was easy to work with. Paid 2400 for water heater in attic which seemed fair and just about what he quoted me on the phone. I really appreciate being able to talk with repairman themselves vs. Call services so Im sure I will use Denny again.

This is my first time using Jilly Plumbing and I had a great experience. I called for a leaky toilet and broken food disposal. Denny the owner came and explained everything clearly and got the job done in a timely matter. I like that Denny was very professional, personable and educated me well on the plumbing issues. We called John Wayne for an outside leak on Thursday and Monday was the fastest they could schedule for someone to come out. Denny was able to come out right away! He’s not afraid to get in there and get his hands dirty. He has a lot of knowledge and was able to repair our water main fast AND save us money! So grateful that our awesome neighbors connected us with Denny to get us squared away.

I’ve been working with Jilly Plumbing for a couple of years now because first and foremost they are honest in diagnosing the problem and then they will fix only what needs fixing. They don’t try to sell you repairs or labor/materials that aren’t needed to fix the problem. Equally as important is that they can fix any problem that’s out there. There’s not a problem Jilly Plumbing can’t solve. Jilly Plumbing is the only plumbing company that I call when I need a plumber, period!!

The best customer service you will ever receive!We love Jill Plumbing! We have been customers for two years and have always received prompt, professional, and HONEST service. We have never been gouged and have always had friendly and comfortable exchanges.Denny is the owner and made the last call personally. He could have charged a lot of money to fix a problem that didnt exist, yet he made the simple fix for us and essentially charged a service fee.
