He is truly awesome!Josh Edwards is a stand up guy that quickly diagnosed my furnace. Even though it needs replaced, he went through all the options for me, called Matt right away to get a quote. Matt was great as well explaining all options and getting me a quote very very quickly.Eric came out to install the new furnace. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up and made it look like he was never even there. He was just like Zach and Josh by petting and being super nice to my golden retriever who wanted to meet him and be his friendSummers all around is great!

Kyle was an excellent technician who was very patient and helped me understand what my furnace needed to improve its function and longevity. He took pictures and showed me before and after he worked on the fan blades there was a marked improvement visible. I wish all service technicians were that informed and able to relate to my concerns and questions without a critical attitude. An extra bonus was his care about not leaving me a mess to deal with when he was finished. He wore shoe protection and kept my floors clean on a snowy wet day, he also vacuumed and wiped down his work area when he was finished. You have a very good employee and I hope he is able to service my homes scheduled appointments in the future.

Friendly, hard working, easy to work with - he even showed up on a Saturday to install the new one so we didn’t have to wait until Monday. - First impressions: Tony is very friendly, very customer oriented and highly knowledgeable. Subsequent to meeting and chatting with him, we met at my house to review the current state / reliability of my existing 1999 furnace. Tony did a great job examining my furnace, identifying current age related problems and recommendations for the future. Tonys knowledge of HVAC systems was very impressive and more detailed as compared to others I have worked with or contracted with in the field. Bottom line, I have purchased a new Lennox furnace immediately and may well purchase a matching air conditioner at some point next year. Thank you, Tony and Summers PHC!- My New Furnace install on 12/13/2024: My install including a new thermostat was performed by Eric, Josh and Tony. These are top notch, hard working and knowledgeable individuals. In fact, I have been very impressed with the HVAC technical knowledge and expertise of each and every individual who contributed to my install. The install was accomplished with great care for my home, a complete cleanup of all old materials, good instruction on using my new thermostat and a complete answering of all my questions. Beyond what I have mentioned above, I have a new Lennox furnace which is extremely quiet when running and which provides a very consistent level of heat in my home. Thank you!- My new hot water heater installed on 12/17/2024: Zack and Rusty were assigned to complete my new hot water heater install. Both Zack and Rusty are hard working, customer oriented and very skilled plumbers. The removal of the old water heater and install of the new water heater went very smoothly until the final inspection. A leak was discovered in the anode bolt / rod which was most certainly a flaw in the new hot water tank. So… Zack and Rusty secured a second new hot water heater and removed the faulty heater and installed the second new hot water heater. This install took much time; but, was beyond their control and certainly was not their fault. I appreciate Zack and Rusty’s diligence and sticktoitiveness in completing my install. Thank you Summers PHC!- 12/18/2024. Zack was assigned to replace a bathroom faucet which blew out during water pipe bleeding on the previous day hot water tank install. Zack completed the task quickly and accurately. We very much appreciated his friendly demeanor, and his timely and thorough work. Thank you Summers PHC!

Ive had Zach from Summers come out twice in the last 4 months to repalce my gas line and sink drainage. Hes very smart and fast working. Willing to explain everything hes doing. Highly recommend Summers service at home.Reason for 4 stars is two things: Their phone customer service, and forgetting to activate my service subscription the first time they came out.I was promised a call back onmore than one occasion. I was trying to schedule someone to come to fix my sink and was told I would be called back but it took 4 days. I had to call them and ask to speak to someone after being directed to a call center.Also, when Zach came out the first time in april, i had signed up for their subscription service to save money on future work. After calling to have someone come out again, I was told ibwasnt an active subscription. To their credit I was not being charged for it even though I thought I was. However, I called Zach and he remembered doing the paperwork and submitting for me to be subscribed, but it never got done.

Left a review on Summers website but wanted to share my experience here also. Summers has been taking care of my furnace and air conditioner for the past 3 years. Purchase my home 3 years ago with a V.A. Loan and after 1 year I had Summers replace my air conditioner and furnace. As they were 20 years old and have continued with their service plan. Kyle the service technician came out yesterday and everything was good but rust by the burner. He contacted the manager Matt and are trying to figure out how to remedy this without costing me any extra expense. They could have tried to sell me out of pocket expenses but they didn’t. They were more concerned about my and my family’s finances and safety. As a Nan vet 100% disabled Marine Corps I would highly recommend Summers to all my brother and sister vets. We have a saying in the marines “Semper Fi “ which means always faithful which Summers is. Thank you Matt and Kyle

Clinton and Tony came by to check out our furnace after not having much heat this winter; they checked a few things and pretty quickly came to the conclusion we needed a new blower but before proceeding took their camera to check things out internally and found rotted holes and burn marks from our furnace not working properly. Long story short we need a new furnace and had to get help financing. THEY WERE INCREDIBLY PATIENT with the whole process which honestly took longer than actually checking the furnace. They were very nice and answered any and all questions I had plus went over a few things extra that I didn’t even know to ask! 10/10 recommend this company!! We will forever be a customer with them and have already gotten my neighbors to call and schedule w them!!

He is excellent at explaining things and describing how new compared to old work. He explained what potentially could happen with some of our older plumbing and why we should consider having some items updated and replaced. Zach is extremely personable and knowledgeable and open. Makes it very easy to know what is important now and what may become important later.Below is first visit and new installation. Today Kirk did routine service. Informative, customer service oriented, let us know that he and Summer’s were available if we had any issues or concerns.2nd visit, New installation of A/C And Furnace went excellent. So far so good! Really liked everyones work ethic and being kept well informed! Daniel worked and worked! Looking forward to routine maintenance and upkeep with Summers. 1st visit, AC not working properly. Tony was professional and courteous. Worked to make sure I understood what the issue was and made recommendations. He then explained and showed my spouse the same issues when he walked in as Tony was writing up a quote. Great experience, highly recommended. Looking forward to the new system installation.

We had a plumbing issue with a leak in the wall. They were able to come out next day with a scheduled time of between 12 and 2. Zachary called around 8:30a letting us know that his previous job canceled and that he could be at our place in 15 min.He was very professional and kind. He explained what was going on thoroughly and made suggestions I took despite being more expensive (replacing the whole drain rather than just fixing the issue). He also saved us some money by letting us know about their maintenance plan. Saved us about $200 on a $1,000 repair.We had a lot of trouble with the fix along the way due to the way things were built in my house and not at all caused by them. The access to the leak was difficult. I was kept updated the whole time.The thing I was most impressed by (though I was impressed by a lot) was the fact that the job took 12 hours and Zachary was there past 8p but they completed the repair in one day rather than leaving us without a kitchen sink and coming back the next day to finish it. They were apologetic that it took so long but I didnt care because I felt like I got excellent service and they were friendly to spend a day with lol. We, ultimately, probably met everyone in the company throughout the day and I just really appreciate them working with us on such a difficult project. Another thing that surprised me is that, despite taking 6 times as long as projected, they stuck to their original quote. I was expecting to have to pay significantly more and was super happy that I didnt have to because it was already an expensive fix. Zachary even observed that our main shut off to the house was looking rough and will be back sometime soon to fix that as I really want to avoid a catastrophe!TLDR: I HIGHLY recommend Summers Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling due to friendliness, professionalism, attention to detail, thoroughness, and pricing and will be using only them in the future!

My water heater needed replaced after 7in deep sewer backup in basement. Jeremy and Austin came over the very next day after I called, they were quick, friendly, and very professional. Then I met Tony who came by to talk about getting a sump pump and new furnace(mine was 17 years old and had some water damage due to the flooding). He was was very friendly, explained the different offers, and helped me get the best deal in my price range. A week later I had my sump pump installed by Jeremy, Zach, and Austin. They did a great job, they’re really nice, and explained how the sump pump worked and what all had to be done while installing it. A week after that Austin and CJ installed my furnace, they explained how it worked and were quick and efficient, when installing the new thermostat CJ was careful not to damage my secretary desk below where the thermostat was being installed, which was very appreciated. All together thank you guys for the patience, hard work, and much needed advice on how to keep water out. 5 stars all the way, highly recommended from a very happy customer.

Due to heavy rains, my basement flooded. Misty came out quickly and got things set up to pump the water out. Work was completed, and he made sure everything was working and tidied up before he left.Had an annual maintenance for my furnace/air conditioning unit. He made sure the unit was cleaned well and operating properly, checked the filter to make sure it was clean, made sure the freon level was right and cleaned up the outside unit too. Great work. Nate came to clean out my washing machine drain in my 100 year old home when he discovered that the clay pipe had collapsed in on itself. He was very honest with me about his attempt to clear the pipe, why it was unable to be cleared, and what could be done to solve the issue. The solution was to move my washing machine, and he provided me a very fair quote for the service. I told him that my dad is a contractor, so I wanted to see if he could fix it to save money. Nate was very understanding and courteous about this, to the point that he even told me my dad could call him if he had any questions about what needed to be done! I was so impressed with his kindness, even as I was turning away service! I will be recommending Summer’s service to others. 10/10 Nate!!

We would like to thank Misty and her team at SUMMERS PLUMBING HEATING & COOLING. They were a delight to work with and took very good care of our elderly mother. Our moms AC stopped working right before the heat wave started. When she reached out to her warranty company, she got the runaround and it took them almost two weeks to reply, only to find out they were not going to fix or cover the parts that needed to be fixed or replaced. All this is happening while she is still living in a home with no AC. It was 100 degrees outside and 89 degrees in the house. She was without AC for 3 weeks waiting on the warranty company and they still didnt get back to her until after Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling took care of her.My mom called Matt and he came out the next day to do an assessment and estimate. That evening Misty came out and gave us a full explanation of costs and financing options. Two days later Misty, Dan and Tony were back out to our moms house and spent the day replacing her HVAC system. All of them were patient and kind and took care of the most important person in our lives. Plus all repairs are covered and she has nothing to worry about for the life of her HVAC system..
