    From the first call (thank you , Michelle!) to the completion of the job, this was a great company to work with. Very friendly, professional. Kris came to give us an estimate for installing a fan and lighting in a bathroom. He was generous with his time and had many helpful suggestions. Chris was the electrician who came and did the installation. Very courteous, upbeat, efficient. Work was exactly what we wanted. He took time to look at some problems we have with our hvac in the attic before leaving, too.Their estimate was very reasonable and they stuck to it, too.Very pleased with Masters Bros. We won’t hesitate to call them again.

    Really good service, These guys are really good. Peter Beadle understood the urgency and came right at 8 in the morning. He was very patient, answered all my questions and completed the job with in an hour. He stood there for good 30 minutes to monitor that everything is working as expected. 100% recommended.

    My furnace went out and I had to call on a weekend and Cole was super prompt in calling me right away and letting me know when he was going to be there. He took care of everything and explained what was happening and was super nice and professional. You never want to have to call anyone to repair something on the weekend but he was super nice and made the experience less stressful!

    Great experience with Andrew. He came out on an unrelated service call, where he went above and beyond on checking out a problem and letting me know the options available.The added plus was that while he was here, we talked about our aging furnace and a/c system. He was thorough in determining our needs and options. Andrew was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff- as we has just started considering an update. Andrew followed up with written proposals of the options as well. He answered all my questions, and was very professional at all times. Great asset for Masters Brothers and our community.

    The service I received was above and beyond. Id had an outlet catch on fire on Monday July 15th and after Fire &Rescue left I called Masters Brothers for a technician to come our to replace it. I was surprised they sent someone that same day. Jake Gonsalves was on time and took care of the bad outlet and replaced another one. He was so polite and nice and a joy to talk to! I then scheduled him to come back to install a new outlet for another appliance and he was able to come back 2 days later! Excellent service, reasonable price and wonderful experience! I will definitely be using them for all future projects!

    Masters Brothers was fantastic! Andrew came over and explained the error code we were seeing on a new humidifier we have in our new home. He explained other things to us and then told us about an air purification system he could install using UV light. We agreed and he had it installed within the hour!     Less than 2 hours ago, which was after hours, on a Saturday night, we noticed our AC unit wasn’t working. We already have a maintenance contract with Masters Bros, so we called them. We didn’t even call them right away—— next time, we will! The repairman was 30 miles away at the time. Within 30 minutes the repairman, Jeff Kenney, arrived. He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately and we couldn’t be more satisfied!!! When we moved to Bloomington 5 years ago we had NO IDEA who to have for our HVAC services. We just guessed. We really couldn’t be happier with Master Bros. We are a 20 year military family, so we have experienced several HVAC companies. None can compare to Masters Bros!     From the first day I moved into my brand new home (3 yrs old), my upstairs area was freezing in the winter and the desert in the summers. I called Chris and discussed my problem. He came out and discussed some solutions like a professional. He said that a zoning thermostat is the solution. We scheduled that 2 weeks later. Greyson & Jason the service tech were friendly and very knowledgeable. They had everything installed in about a half day. They showed me photos of what they did in the attic and explained how the new system works. Within a couple hours it felt wonderful upstairs and even my wife came upstairs and said it was to cold at 75 degrees lol, so you can imagine how hot it was up there before we added the new thermostat. I give master brothers and the techs a 5 stars. I will totally recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, Chris, Greyson & Jason.

    Highly recommend the team at Masters Brothers. Called for an estimate for adding wiring for a hot tub. Had a visit in two days, which included a discussion of what they could do that would support my hot tub, but also a plan that added the most value by avoiding digging up the yard and in adding an outlet for power in just the right place and in a way I had not even considered. The pricing was very good. The technician arrived on time as scheduled within 7 days of the estimate. Throughout the install I was impressed with the care taken to avoid causing issues with the run to the tub location, the quality of the supplies used and the willingness to answer my questions, even the dumb ones (my definition). Overall I received more than expected at a price lower than I had received from other electricians. Great Job Masters Brothers.

    Masters Brothers installed two EV wall chargers in my garage which required running wires from a downstairs panel. They were extremely responsive, professional, and provided fair pricing. The two servicemen that came out were extremely friendly, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with. I live all the way down in Tuscola and they made the trip. I would highly recommend them for any service.

    Updating our review based a fantastic service again! While out of town in a 2 month trip, we got an alert that our shop was falling below minimum temp. Called Masters and they had someone out there and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Now thats service! Important to us because we have some freeze sensitive items in the shop and, well the shop cats were cold, LOL. We call Masters every time we need something and they respond every single time with outstanding service and easy to pay online bills. Theyll be on our call list every time we need something, and especially if we are far away and need help without being able to be there. BRAVO!Original review:Weve had Masters Brothers do most of the electrical work on our farm for a few years now, including a very complex addition/re-wire a couple of years back. This year we installed a pool and needed wiring for the pump and heater, as well as a natural gas feed off the meter.Kris and Doug collected the information theyd need prior to coming on site, and Doug and I had a few phone calls to discuss strategies and placement of the gas line and junction boxes. Over the course of the morning Doug did an outstanding job getting everything all hooked up, and we are several degrees warmer in the pool now that before (excellent!). Doug did a great job of explaining everything, providing options, and finishing the install exactly as wed discussed.If you want a company that shows up on time, brings the right equipment, and plans ahead for options to talk you through them, you cant get better than Kris handling sales at Masters Brothers and Doug doing the install.     These guys have always been great to work with! Our kids were having problems with bloody noses at night from the dry winter air. We call Masters Brothers about a whole house humidifier.     We had Master Brothers install a new furnace and AC system in our house shortly after we bought it in 2016. Until this week, we had never had a problem with it. Tuesday morning we woke up to no AC and no power at the furnace. Called Master Brothers and they were out that afternoon. Unfortunately for us, we ended up needing a few pretty expensive parts to get our less than 7 year old furnace and AC back up and running again but the technician that helped us couldn’t have been better. He had to make multiple trips back to Bloomington to get parts and made us feel like we were his toppriority for the almost 6 hours that he spent at our home. Since we didn’t register our units when we purchased them in 2016, our warranty was up but Master Brothers helped as much as they could. They discounted everything we ended up needing, ensured we got the best rebate available for the new parts, and even gave us a service contract. Landon was very professional in all aspects of the work performed and made an additional trip out 2 days later because we had some questions about the new thermostat. Top notch service and repair work. Would 100% recommend Master Brothers and Landon for any HVAC work.

    Update to my review. Furnace issues this time :) We had our furnace go out today. Kristopher was able to come our within a couple of hours of our call. He got in and figured out what the problem was, went and got the part and had our furnace up and running very quickly. Very great service at extremely reasonable pricing. Absolutely recommend!!!Air-conditioning recently went out The evening before Father’s Day. We call master brothers and Jeff was able to come out within 45 minutes and fix our air conditioner as well as detect a gas leak that we had. This was very fortunate as we do not know what it happened if we didn’t realize we had a gas leak. Jeff was able to get our air conditioner up and running in no time. Great service very professional as well as not extremely expensive even for an emergency, even though it was an emergency Call. I am extremely happy with the service I received and would recommend Master Brothers to anyone who needs great service As well as not being taken to the cleaners on price.

    Chris Otte was excellent! He brought power to the center ceiling of the living room and master bedroom and installed a ceiling fan in each room. They work great and he did it without damaging any drywall. I would recommend these guys for any of your electrical or HVAC needs.     I have been a customer of Masters Brothers for many years....three homes to be exact. They are professional, thorough, price competitive and quality work. I also leveraged their duct cleaning in my latest home. Amazed at the cleaning result. Tim, Kris, Jeff, Todd, etc.....all do a great job!Yesterday, my humidifier was not working.     Great initial response; great price, beat Lowes significantly. I initally scheduled it about 45 days, but changed my mind. I called on a Wednesday and they set it up to install the next Monday.     We needed to have our A/C and Furnace replaced. After a little shopping around, we landed on Masters Brothers and I’m glad we did. Nathan made sure everything was clearly laid out in our quote and there weren’t any surprises in the end. It only took them a half of a day to complete the whole installation. Had I not asked them to come out I would have never known they were there. Rick made sure everything was done just right and there was no mess at all afterwards. I’ve already noticed a difference with the temperature consistency in my house and I am LOVING my new smart thermostat!! I would definitely recommend Masters Brothers to anyone who needs to have any HVAC work done. They are a great!

    Masters Brothers does our annual maintenance on furnace and a/c. I like that they bundle pricing for both of them. In 2017 we had maintenance on our furnace and a couple weeks later the furnace wasn’t working. The repair man said he’d left something connected incorrectly during the maintenance and didn’t charge us for the second visit. A few weeks later we had more problems and they came out on a weekend, right before Christmas and repaired a worn out part before we flew out of town that morning. Repair man even ran to a part shop in order to repair the furnace before our trip. Saved us from frozen pipes.

    Great experience with Masters. Came home from work to a non working furnace. No fun in January! Kris promptly returned my call the next morning ( I didnt indicate urgent otherwise they would have come out same night!).He was there as promised within an hour and my heat was back on in less than 30 mins! It has made a huge improvement in the air quality in our house. And when they were here, they explained how to run our furnace more efficiently, which we really appreciated!     We had water leaking on the floor around our furnace. We called Masters Brothers to come and resolve the issue. Adam was very prompt and quickly found the problem. We have used Masters Brothers when we have had issues with our heating/air conditioning system. They are quick to respond and identify the problem.     Great experience with this company. We needed a new switch and instead of charging us for a new one he just let us know that we could switch it with a higher one that wasnt needed elsewhere in the box. He was honest with us. He could have made us purchase new switches and charged us a bigger bill but he didnt. Now we will use this company anytime we need anything because we know they are honest and legit.

    Installed a new construction residential 3 zone HVAC for thousands less than local competitor quotes a few years ago. Install much faster then the many of the other contracted labor businesses ( exterior siding, floor tiling, etc.) Replaced a faulty computer board in furnace two years later no questions. Good follow-up. Would definitely recommend.

    Today, Sunday PM, and I attempted to switch my geo thermal system from Heat to Cool but in the process my thermostat locked up and needed a PIN to unlock. I had no reference to a PIN entered last Fall when Kris installed a replacement geo furnace but, I had his cell phone as he is my Masters Bros. serviceman. After 1+ hours of texting and phone calls with Kris and, after he contacted two resources for help he got me up and running with a factory default PIN...and, at NO CHARGE! He helped me, a Masters Bros. customer, ON HIS OWN TIME and, AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS! What more could I ask?

    We were new in town and Kris came to do an initial inspection and PM on our HVAC system. He was prompt, courteous, capable and professional. We were also cleaning some water from our basement after a torrential rains the night before. Kris took the time to check our basement walls for any serious issues, make several phone calls to ensure we had access to any support we might need and checked our gutters. He went way above and beyond our expectations and if that represents the company ethos, we are customers for life. All on top of a thorough check of our HVAC. Thanks again...Highest recommendation!

Didnt take them long to determine the problem, replaced a bad part and the house was cooling off! Both very competent employees and extremely polite. Great company to deal with.

    I highly recommend Masters Brothers. They were very reasonable and accommodating to our needs. They had to make 2 trips and several hrs to diagnose what was going on with our central air unit and only charged us a flat rate of $69. They had it diagnosed and fixed for a third the cost another local company wanted just to diagnose the problem. We will definitely be using them in the future for any other issues we may have.

    Our A/C went out Friday afternoon. We called Masters Brothers and were told a service man would call us. Within 10 minutes Jeff called to say he was on other calls and couldn’t get here for one hour!!!! One hour.....with this heatwave I was thinking it would 24 at least!!! Jeff even called back to tell us he would be about 10 minutes late! Jeff had our A/C back in service within 30 minutes and he carried the parts on his truck.
